Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the comparison between customer expectations and company performance. The object of this research is Telkom IndiHome product customer care service by taking the subjects of 100 Telkom IndiHome Regional III Telkom customers who have interacted with Telkom IndiHome customer care services. The results obtained from the comparison between expectations and performance obtained a level of suitability of 69.215%. Furthermore, from the analysis technique of Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), there are eight attributes that are in the top priority of the company to be improved, the two most important things are: the accuracy of service fulfillment as promised and the speed of resolution of the disturbance. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui perbandingan antara harapan pelanggan dan kinerja perusahaan. Objek penelitian kali ini adalah pelayanan customer care produk Telkom IndiHome dengan mengambil subyek 100 pelanggan Telkom IndiHome Regional III Kota Bandung yang pernah melakukan interaksi kepada layanan customer care Telkom IndiHome. Hasil yang diperoleh dari perbandingan antara harapan dan kinerja didapatkan tingkat kesesuaian sebesar 69,215%. Selanjutnya dari teknik analisis Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) maka terdapat delapan atribut yang berada pada prioritas utama perusahaan untuk dilakukan peningkatan, dua hal yang paling penting diantaranya adalah : ketepatan pemenuhan layanan sesuai yang dijanjikan dan kecepatan penyelesaian gangguan.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of work environment human relations on the work ethic of BPJS Health Main Branch Makassar. This study uses a sample of all 49 employees, the survey was conducted from May to July 2018. Data were analyzed using the IBM Statistics SPSS 22 program. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Human relations, physical work environment, have a significant effect towards work ethic (2). The most dominant environment influences the work ethic of employees of the BPJS Kesehatan Makassar Branch. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh human relation lingkungan kerja terhadap etos kerja BPJS Kesehatan Cabang Utama Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel dari seluruh jumlah pegawai sebanyak 49 orang, survei dilakukan pada bulan Mei sampai dengan Juli 2018. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan program IBM Statistik SPSS 22. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Human relation, lingkungan kerja fisik, berpengaruh signifikan terhadap etos kerja (2). Lingkungan yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap   etos kerja pegawai BPJS Kesehatan Cabang Makassar.

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of knowing and analyzing the dominant variables influencing employee performance at the BPJS Work Office in the Gorontalo Branch Office. This study uses data collection techniques through questionnaires and literature studies with data analysis techniques for quality testing (validity and reliability test), classical assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test and heterokeddasticity test), multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing (partial test and test simultaneously). Based on the results of regression testing, the results show that the dominant variable that influences employee performance at BPJS Employment in the Branch Office of Gorontalo is the work environment, the reason being that it has the largest beta value when compared to competency and education variables.

Abstract

The role of management control over the object of research at PT. Cempaka Nusantara on the implementation of the project has a role to play in the effectiveness of the budget towards the realization of the project costs with a range of 26.28% while at PT. Jonjoro Panrita Kampong with a range of 54.21% with a time range between 2011-2015. The results of the study show that control is how management, especially project management, can control the use of components of raw material costs, labor, overhead and fixed costs, thus that the project can be completed by contributing to the company thus that this is expected to be profit.

Abstract

In theory there are only 2 types of business typologies, namely craftsman entrepreneur and opportunistic entrepreneur. Both have unique and different characteristics in carrying out the pace of their business, including the technical and strategic steps to determine a sustainable business. In this case the pattern of leadership and knowledge of business and business orientation certainly plays its role which in turn will provide final confirmation of the sustainability of a business activity. The purpose of this study is to analyze the extent of leadership roles, knowledge of management and business orientation towards business performance. This study took a sample of business people with SME status in Makassar City. Research approach with quantitative analysis with linear regression analysis method. The results of this study stated that leadership strategy, knowledge management and business orientation had no significant effect on the performance of SMEs.

Abstract

compensation is one of the implementations of HRM functions that are closely related to all types of awards that aim to increase work passion and job satisfaction. Compensation is deemed important in order to avoid negative prejudices arising from a sense of injustice between management and the labor force. This study aims to find out to analyze the relationship of compensation to Job Satisfaction. Data analysis method in this study uses regression analysis by involving all employees as many as 94 employees. The results showed that compensation had a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

IKEA is a company that implements a marketing strategy through the concept of green marketing. Now, IKEA Indonesia continues to expand by opening its newest branch, namely in West Java which is located in Kota Baru Parahyangan, this indicates that the public's interest and enthusiasm for what IKEA wants to offer with a green marketing strategy approach. This study aims to determine the effect of green marketing, product quality on buying interest through green brand image as an intervening variable. The method used quantitative with descriptive and causal research as well as SEM-PLS analysis method. The sampling technique used non-probability sampling technique with a total sample of 384 consumers IKEA Kota Baru Parahyangan. The results of descriptive analysis on green marketing, product quality, green brand image and buying interest are in good category and the results can be concluded that Green marketing has a positive effect on buying interest through green brand image as an intervening variable at IKEA Kota Baru Parahyangan. Abstract

Sales of banana chips tend to fluctuate, allegedly influenced by customers who switch to another company. This research was to determine and analyze the effect of product quality to customer loyalty. This study uses a quantitative approach explanatory. Using simple random sampling. The statistical method used is the product moment correlation. The results of the questionnaire are in either category. Coefficient correlation of 0.485 means that the relationship between variables in a category is. Influence of product quality to customer loyalty amounted to 23.5%. The test results hypothesis states that there is significant influence product quality on loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the differences in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises’ (MSMEs) performance before and after implementing digital marketing. The research paradigm was quantitative with primary data sources. Furthermore, the research instrument was a questionnaire designed to measure MSMEs' performance in the balanced scorecard perspective on customer and internal business processes. The number of samples totaled 107 respondents, and data were collected directly from MSMEs in Malang City. The determination of respondents involved a judgment sampling approach. Data analysis was mainly descriptive (categorization index) which also involved hypothesis testing (sample paired t-test). The results showed that there were significant differences in MSMEs' performance before and after implementing digital marketing. These differences were shown by the results of data analysis, in both descriptive and hypothesis testing.

Abstract

Profitabilitas (ROA) dan leverage (DER) memiliki pengaruh yang menguntungkan dan material terhadap kebijakan dividen perusahaan manufaktur makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di BEI. Artinya, jika profitabilitas dan leverage terus meningkat, maka kebijakan dividen juga akan meningkat. Dibandingkan dengan likuiditas (rasio lancar), yang berpengaruh positif tetapi dapat diabaikan terhadap kebijakan dividen perusahaan manufaktur makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di BEI. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa sementara likuiditas yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan dapat membantu meningkatkan dividen, namun tidak dapat berdampak besar pada reformasi kebijakan dividen. Kebijakan dividen yang meningkat akan menarik investor. Dengan demikian, kebijakan dividen dapat ditingkatkan melalui penelitian ini dengan mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan aset (ROA) dan menurunkan bahaya pembebasan utang (DER).
