Abstract

Kota Mandiri adalah suatu kawasan yang direncanakan dan dikembangkan tersendiri yang dikembangkan dengan fungsi khusus berkaitan dengan potensi tertentu. Kemudian Kota Mandiri secara ekonomi dan sosial dapat memenuhi kebutuhannya sendiri (paling tidak sebagian besar penduduknya). Selain itu tentunya dalam hal pelayanan infrastruktur dasar juga dapat memenuhi kebutuhannya sendiri, yang salah satunya adalah sistem transportasi umum. Kondisi demikian apabila dari sisi transportasi menjadikan kota mandiri yang seharusnya dapat berdiri sendiri menjadi beban bagi wilayah disekitarnya. Analisis pola guna lahan dan pergerakan memberikan gambaran konsep pengelolaan transportasi umum yang mengikuti bangkitan, tarikan, serta pola pergerakan masyarakat di kawasan BSD. Dari hasil analisis yang dilakukan dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa dalam pengelolaan transportasi umum di Kota Mandiri perlu membangun transportasi internal dan integrasinya dengan sistem transportasi regional seperti BRT, MRT, dan jaringan transportasi umum regional lainnya. Dalam kasus BSD ini integrasi dilakukan antara transportasi internal BSD dengan jaringan BRT Transjakarta dan jaringan KRL Jabodetabek.

Abstract

This research is an example of designing City Green Open Space (RTH) by considering community opinion in the process and encouraging the growth of participation from the community itself as the ultimate goal. As a case study, Pasir Impun post-operation landfill (TPA) in Bandung City was taken. With the aim of increasing the area of RTH, in Bandung Strategic Plan 2004-2009, one of the planned programs was to re-arrange the Post-Operation Landfill, Pasir Impun, in the East Bandung. In terms of technical feasibility, Pasir Impun post-operation landfill is considered the most ready to be converted, Whereas from a social standpoint, this landfill is surrounded by fairly dense residential areas (1,254 inhabitants), who do not have public open spaces that can be used by the community for recreation or other social activities, so that the Pasir Impun post-operation landfill with an area of ± 4.1 Ha is considered to have great potential to be developed as an local Green Open Space. It is expected that with this approach, the results of the design of Green Open Space on the Post-Operation Landfill Pasir Impun, can answer the basic needs of the community and in the end can guarantee the success of land conversion and the program sustainability. The design process begins by conducting a survey directly to the land and surrounding settlements, interviews with relevant parties, distributing questionnaires to the community, as well as literature and precedents. Furthermore, an analysis of these activities is carried out to compile and formulate a space program and design criteria as the basis for the design that will be created or developed. The final result of this design process is a design simulation of local open space on the Pasir Impun post-operation landfill.

Abstract

Various development acceleration programs planned for the Papua region rely more on development capital from outside Papua and pay little attention to development capital from within, such as: human capital, social and cultural Papuans themselves. Development towards modernization in Papua without relying on existing local development capital will require enormous funds because civilizations in this region are still lagging behind. The study area in this study is Denom Atukbin Village which is planned to develop into an independent city. This study uses a qualitative research approach with descriptive analysis methods. The limitation of development capital of local human resources (the quantity and quality of human beings is still low) and supporting facilities (infrastructure is still minimal) shows that the implementation of the development plan prepared by the Pegunungan Bintang Regency government will require greater funds (because it uses development capital from outside). In the process, the original inhabitants of Denom Atukbin Village are not expected to be involved much or not the main actors of the development.

Abstract

Lingkungan laut adalah contoh klasik dari common property resource. Berbagai permasalahan kerusakan lingkungan laut terkait dengan praktek-praktek pemanfaatan yang tidak berkelanjutan semakin meluas, salah satunya karena sifatnya yang open access.Berbagai studi menyimpulkan bahwa penanganan kerusakan lingkungan laut tersebut membutuhkan perhatian untuk prioritas penanganan dan perubahan signifikan dalam kebijakan yang memberikan pengaruh terhadap interaksi manusia dengan lingkungan laut.Perdebatan tentang pentingnya mengatur sumber daya alam, termasuk laut, sebagai common property resource, terkait erat dengan masalah governance, termasuk pengaturan sistem sosial-ekonomi, politik, dan birokrasi yang terkait. Paper ini membahas bagaimana evolusi dan tantangan governance dalam pengelolaan common property resource (CPR) melalui kajian literatur. Pada bagian pertama, paper ini akan mendiskusikan perkembangan teori CPR yang dilatarbelakangi oleh perkembangan CPR yang sangat kompleks, dan bagaimana pergeseran tersebut mempengaruhi pendekatan governance. Hasil review ini menjadi dasar untuk mendiskusikan tantangan yang terkait dengan governance CPR, termasuk lingkungan laut. Paper ini diakhiri dengan kesimpulan dan kemungkinan penelitian terkait governance laut sebagai CPR. Kata kunci: governance, common property resources, konservasi, laut

Abstract

Located in CDB Jakarta, Blok M is one of most strategic area in Jakarta that developed by TOD principles. TOD concept is an approach to develop a city that focuses on station areas. The characteristic of TODs are high density, mixed land use, and pedestrian friendly. This research used spatial query analysis to identify level of congruence Blok M as an area that developed by TOD`s concept. The result of this research implies that congruence Blok M as TOD`s area is 85,215% only. It also shows that density in Blok M area is high already but in the other hand diversity and pedestrian ways design in Blok M still below standart of TODs.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how far the role of communication is a success factor of a project and what are the communication variables that support the success of a project. Case studies were conducted at an EPCM-based company in the Jababeka Industrial Estate, PT. IPK. The approach used is qualitative, with methods of observation, interviews, and literature studies. Observation is carried out in order to observe the way the team communicates, interviews carried out on key persona. The literature study was conducted aimed at collecting data and for understanding the study object. Direct observation in the field is carried out without disrupting the project. The results of the study show that the method of electronic communication is an effective method to use. In general, the use of methods for communicating is quite good. Internal information distribution using email, and WhatsApp.
