Abstract

This research is motivated by the role of the Regional Budget Revenue (APBD) in the welfare of the community. The APBD of the City of Bukitttinggi needs to be criticized as an effort to improve and appropriately suggest the use of the APBD, because if the APBD is well managed then the community will benefit, but if not then the community will not feel the benefits.In general, this study aims to describe the Preparing the Regional Budget for the City of Bukittinggi: An Overview of Management and Maslahah Aspects .This research uses descriptive analysis type of research. The focus of his research is on the preparation of regional revenue and expenditure budget designs in the city of Bukittinggi based on the Bottom Up and Top Dwon approach which will later be associated with management functions namely , Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and Controlling (POAC) and then reviewed with aspects to Maslahahan .Data collection instruments are interviews and observations at the research location and also based on documents and related articles. The data anasilis technique is qualitative. The results of this study indicate that in the Process of Preparing and Utilizing Regional Budget and Revenue (APBD) in the City of Bukittinggi: An Overview of Management Aspects there is a suitability and incompatibility, especially in terms of the time of preparation and the determination that is not timely.Then from the aspect of Maslahah, it was found that there were maslahah both ' Ammah and Khassah .

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the intention to respond issues of ‘megathrust’ in West Sumatera, through social networking sites. An empirical study conducted to analyse the linkage of social capital, homophily, and e-wom behaviour towards attitude and intention to response. Social capital comprises two factors, bonding social capital and bridging social capital. Quantitative technique analysis was utilized to examine five hypotheses through a survey designed on the Likert five point scale. The sampling technique of this research is purposive sampling. Data was obtained from 157 respondents who were directly having read the news about the earthquake disaster issues of ‘Megathrust’ in West Sumatera through social networking sites. Questionnaire online via link of my3q was used to collect data. The influence among determinant factors were analysed at the level of second-order constructs using SmartPLS 2.0 M3 software. The results showed that homophily not been a concern to determine the intentions of individual response, but more influenced by other antecedents, namely social capital, e-wom and attitude toward issues.

Abstract

Abstrak.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Deviden dan Earning Per Share terhadap Harga Saham. Adapun yang menjadi objek penelitian ini adalah 14 perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunderberupa 14 Laporan Keuangan Perusahaan Manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2014-2017 yang sudah di publikasikan, dengan metode yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian memperlihatkan hasil yaitu, baik secara parsial maupun secara bersama-sama deviden dan earning pershare berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di bursa efek Indonesia.Kata kunci: Deviden, EPS, Harga saham

Abstract

Since 1 January 2011 the management of the UN and BPHTB has become the full responsibility and authority of the regional government. This is in accordance with the mandate of Law Number 28 of 2009 dated 15 September 2009 concerning Regional Taxes and Regional Retribution, the authority to collect the United Nations and the BPHTB was handed over to the Regency / City Government. Because the UN and BPHTB have become the responsibility of the region, of course this type of tax is also included as one source of Local Revenue (PAD) which of course is part of the tax and in accordance with the tax function as a budget. The purpose of this study is to see how much influence the UN and BPHTB partially or jointly on Regional Taxes. The analytical tool for this study uses multiple regression analysis. The results of the research prove that the PBB and BPHTB partially or jointly affect the Regional Tax.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the right marketing strategy in an effort to increase songket fabric sales at Mayang Taurai Embroidery shop in Bukittinggi. The analysis method in this research is to use SWOT analysis (Strong, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat), and IFE and EFE Matrix Analysis which is used as a measure of the company's internal and external environment. Then proceed with the analysis of the score weight table is a table that shows the scores on each SO Strategy, ST Strategy, WO Strategy, and WT Strategy. Based on the analysis that has been done previously, in order to increase sales in Mayang Taurai Embroidery shop in Bukittinggi, the strategy used by Mayang Taurai Embroidery shop is by utilizing SO (Strength, Opportunity) strategies, where SO strategies are strategies that utilize strengths and fill opportunities. existing, where strategies can be utilized by Mayang Taurai Embroidery shop

Abstract

The objective of this research is to analyze the effect of financial risk, earning management and sales growth on firm value. Financial risk (DAR), earning management (EM), and  sales growth (PP) are used as independent variable and firm value (PBV) are used as dependent variable. Two variables are used as control variables is ROE and DER. The type of data is secondary data from the financial statements and annual report for 2013 to 2017. The population of this research is property, real estae and building contruction sector componies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Methods of analysis is used a classic assumption test and panel data regression analysis. The result of the regression analysis in this research showed fiancial risk, earning management and sales growth has no effect significant on firm value. ROE and DER has a significant effect on firm value. And jointly fiancial risk, earning management, sales growth, ROE and DER has a significant effect on firm value. The discussion and research that will come under discussion on this research.

Abstract

   The purpose of this study is to analyze the capital market reaction from the impact of religious holidays which will be indicated by the presence or absence of abnormal return and trading volume activity. The sample used is the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII). This type of research is event study so that the observation period is used to see reactions before and after the event occurs. The events used in this study were the Birthday of the Prophet Muhammad, Isra Mi'raj, Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha and Islamic New Year. The observation period used is from 2014 to 2017. The research period used was 7 days before the event and 7 days after the event. Data sources are obtained from Yahoo Finance, Sahamok.com and IDX. The data used in this study are secondary data, such as stock closing prices, IHSG closing prices and stock trading volume. The analytical tool used to test the hypothesis in this study is a paired t-test. The results showed that Eid al-Adha holidays had a significant difference to the abnormal return and trading volume activity before and after holidays. There were no significant differences in the abnormal return and trading volume activity before and after the Miraj Isra holiday. While the birthday of the Prophet Muhammad SAW, Eid holidays and Islamic New Year holidays there is no significant difference between abnormal stock returns and there are differences in trading volume activity before and after holidays.
