Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of consumer perceptions and attitudes on purchasing decisions for Mild cigarettes in Banda Sakti District, Lhokseumawe City. The population in this study is the community in the Banda Sakti District, Lhokseumawe City, amounting to 75226, using the Slovin formula, the sample size is 100 respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. From the results of the study, the Adjusted R2 value of 0.669 means that consumer perceptions (X1) and consumer attitudes (X2) affect purchasing decisions (Y) by 0.669 or 66.9% and the remaining 33.1% is influenced by other factors outside this research model. . Based on the partial test, consumer perceptions (X1), consumer attitudes (X2) have a significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y). Simultaneous testing, the value of Fcount (101.109) > Ftable (2.70) means that simultaneously consumer perceptions (X1) and consumer attitudes (X2) have a significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y) Mild cigarettes in Banda Sakti District, Lhokseumawe City. Keywords: Consumer Perception, Consumer Attitude, Purchase Decision

Abstract

This study examined the effect of food quality and atmosphere on consumer satisfaction at Pizza House in Lhokseumawe City. This study used primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to 115 respondents who were selected using a non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. The data analysis method used was multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 24.0.  The results  partially indicated  that  food  quality significantly influenced consumer  satisfaction  at Pizza  House in  Lhokseumawe City,  and  atmosphere significantly influenced consumer satisfaction at Pizza House in Lhokseumawe City. Simultaneously, food quality and atmosphere significantly influenced consumer satisfaction at Pizza House in Lhokseumawe City.

Abstract

This study is to describe the strategies that increase customer interest in using internet mobile banking at Bank Syariah Mandiri Lhokseumawe branch offices. The strategies carried out by Bank Syariah Mandiri to increase customer interest in using internet mobile banking is by carrying out promotional activities to introduce services and also retaining customers. Promotion can be conducted by creating advertisements and personal sales. Front liner employees, especially customer service, offer mobile banking services when a customer opens a new account. The obstacles faced in increasing customer interest in using internet mobile banking consist of the ability of customers to use technology and Lack of public knowledge about internet mobile banking facilities so that many customers still do not understand the use of technology.

Abstract

This study aimed to identify and analized the effect of ease, trust, and safety of WhatsApp application users as a medium for online shopping on consumer purchase interest. The sampling method used was a purposive method with a total sample of 120 respondents. The method of data analysis used was simple linear regression analysis. The results show that convenience positively and significantly influenced consumer purchase interest because WhatsApp is easy to learn, controllable, understandable, flexible, easy to become proficient, and easy to use. Trust positively and significantly influenced consumer purchase interest because consumers believe that transacting through WhatsApp media is safe in, safe in product guarantees, and consumers know the seller's reputation. Security positively and significantly influenced consumer purchase interest because WhatsApp media is safe in transactions, transactions via WhatsApp media are easy, proof of safe transactions is sent via WhatsApp media, and products as expected shopping through WhatsApp media.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of cafe atmosphere, product quality and lifestyle on consumer satisfaction at Doctor Kupi Café in Lhokseumawe City. The research sample was taken as many as 100 respondents from the Kupi Café Doctor Customer, through the distribution of questionnaires using the Purposive Sampling method, which is a sampling technique with certain considerations that is only given to customers. The results showed that there are partially three independent variables namely café atmosphere, product quality and lifestyle that have a significant influence on customer satisfaction. While simultaneously through the café atmosphere F test, product quality and lifestyle simultaneously influence customer satisfaction. Adjusted R square of 0.729 shows that 72.9 % of customer satisfaction variables are influenced by the three independent variables used in the regression equation. While the remaining 27.1 % is influenced by variables not included in this study.  Keywords:  Café Atmosphere, Product Quality, Lifestyle, Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the efficiency and effectiveness of service performance at the Tirta Agara Kutacane Drinking Water Company (PDAM). The subject of this research is the Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) Tirta Kutacane, while the object of the research is the Customers of the Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) Tirta Kutacane. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method, with the method of observation and interview. Research results In general, the performance appraisal of the employees of the Tirta Agara Kutacane Regional Water Company that has been carried out by the leadership includes, among others, performance appraisal based on behavioral assessment, performance appraisal based on the individual characteristics and characteristics of employees, performance appraisal based on work results, performance appraisal on the basis of a combination of several elements,. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the efficiency, effectiveness of the service performance of the regional drinking water company Tirta Agara Kutacane has not shown maximum results because it is not in accordance with what is expected. natural resources to optimize public services. For the survival of the company to be better, attention is needed from the government both in the form of capital and policies so that service performance will increase.

Abstract

 This study aims to see the suitable forecasting method between the two Exponential Smoothing Methods and the Decomposition Method in predicting the BULOG Divre Lhokseumawe rice supply for 2019. The data used in this study are primary data, namely BULOG  rice supply data for 36 periods within 3 periods. YearTo achieve the research objectives, using the Exponential Smoothing method and the decomposition method with the calculation of errors consisting of the mean absolute percentage error (MAPE), mean absolute deviation (MAD), and mean squared deviaon (MSD). Based on the results of data analysis, it is known that the best forecasting method for predicting rice supplies in BULOG Divre Lhokseumawe is the Exponential Smoothing method. This method was chosen because it has the lowest error rate compared to the Decomposition method, namely with a MAPE value of 32, MAD of 1,3 and MSD of 3,5. Keywords:  Inventory, Forecasting, Exponential Smoothing Method, Decomposite Method, MAPE, MAD, MSD

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality consisting of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and physical evidence on customer satisfaction in staying at Wisma Sartika, Lhokseumawe City and to determine the effect of service quality simultaneously on customer satisfaction in staying at Wisma Sartika. Lhokseumawe City. The data collection techniques used are questionnaires and literature study. The author distributes questionnaires to 100 consumers who use lodging services at Wisma Sartika Lhokseumawe City. From the results of multiple linear regression analysis and partial test results, the responsiveness variable is the most dominant variable affecting customer satisfaction Simultaneous testing, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, physical evidence variables have a significant effect on customer satisfaction (in staying at the Wisma Sartika Lhokseumawe City, the value of the correlation coefficient (R) is 0.793 and the value of Adjusted R2 is 0.609 or 60.9% and the remaining 39.1% can be influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Employee performance is an important issue that is often discussed in various scientific literatures, but many organizational leaders do not know clearly about the benefits of performance and the factors that influence it. This study aims to determine the effect of employee engagement, organizational commitment and perceived organization support on employee performance through mediation and moderation effects. The data used are primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires to 120 employees who work at the Regional Secretariat of Bireuen Regency. This study uses the Structural Equation Model-Partial Last Square (SEM-PLS) model by using the Smart-PLS device. The results of the study found that direct employee engagement has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Furthermore, direct employee engagement and organizational commitment were found to have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Indirectly found that organizational commitment mediates the effect of employee engagement on employee performance. The results of this study also found that perceived organization support moderated negatively (weakened) the effect of employee engagement on employee performance. Based on the results of the study, it is suggested to the leadership of the Regional Secretariat of Bireuen Regency to be able to provide full support to employees in carrying out employee work, especially in order to increase employee engagement and organizational commitment and perceptions of employee support for their organization.

Abstract

This research is intended to determine how much influence accountability and transparency have on the effectiveness of the management of School Operational Assistance (BOS) funds with Stakeholder Participation as a Moderation Variable in Elementary Schools (SD) in Tanah Jambo Aye District, Aceh Utara Regency. In this study, samples taken were all committees and treasurers of SD in Tanah Jambo Aye District, as many as 50 people. The data collection technique used in this study was to distribute questionnaires to all committees and treasurers of SD in Tanah Jambo Aye District, North Aceh Regency. The data analysis method used in this study is to use multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that accountability and transparency have a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of the financial management of BOS funds at elementary schools in Tanah Jambo Aye District, Aceh Utara Regency. Then stakeholder participation was able to moderate the accountability, transparency and effectiveness of the management of BOS funds at SD in Tanah Jambo Aye District, North Aceh Regency. It is hoped that all school parties concerned should always be open to issues of accountability, transparency in the management of School Operational Assistance funds.Keywords: Accountability, Transparency, Effectiveness of BOS Fund Management, Stakeholder Participation
