Abstract

Decreasing in number of outpatients visiting health care Air Dingin reached 26.33% showed that the patients had their own perception toward the quality which could realize their satisfaction toward received services. Their satisfaction toward received services had effect on interest to reuse the same outpatient service. In order to anticipate tendency of decreasing in number of patient reusing outpatient service, it was needed to conduct a research about determinant factors of patient perception toward service quality with interest to reuse outpatient service at health care Air Dingin Padang city 2017.The type of research was analytical research using cross sectional method. The instrumentation of this research was questionnaire on 79 newcomer patients who receive ambulatory services at health care Air Dingin using accidental sampling. Primary and secondary data were processed and analyzed using chi square test and multivariate using multiple regression logistic test using enter method. Significance was determined with p< 0.05.Based on the result of Univariate analysis  showed 53.2% of patients were interested in reuse the services at health care Air Dingin and the variables related to the interest of reusing of health care outpatient services were the patient's perception of the dimensions of reliability, ladder, assurance and direct evidence, together variables which have the greatest influence on interest in reusing outpatient services at health care Air Dingin was the patient's perception of direct evidence dimension.In order to increase the quality, it is recommended health care Air Dingin to conduct andmake repairs of buildings and other infrastructure by cultivating the building facilities for instance waiting room, toilets and mushalla along with complementing the supporting needs to improve the cleanliness of the environment and building of health care.Keywords: Patient Perception, Service Quality, Reuse Outpatient Service Health Care

Abstract

The primary immunization complete if infants receive fifth types of immunization ( HB - 0, BCG, Polio vaccine, DPT / HB, measles vaccine) and the amount of the provision is complete. The completeness of primary immunization at district of Puskesmas Tarusan is 73.47 % with a target of 90% in 2015. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that related with the completeness of primary immunization in infants at district Puskesmas Tarusan 2016. The type of research is descriptive analytic with Cross Sectional approach . This research is conducted in two Kenagarian at District Puskesmas Tarusan, Pesisir Selatan September 2015 until June 2016. The population in this study are all mothers who have children aged 1-3 years. The samples in this study as many as 80 people and samples are taken by random sampling propotionate . Data analyzed by univariate and bivariate with Chi - Square test. The results of univariate analysis showed that ( 63.8 % ) provision of basic immunization in infants is incomplete , 38 % of families are less supportive in providing complete primary immunization, 56 % less cadre role in the provision of complete primary immunization. The results of the bivariate analysis showed significant relationship between family support, and the role of cadres with a completeness primary immunization in infants at district of Puskesmas Tarusan. Suggested to the holders of the mother and child of health program can increase the coverage of completeness primary immunization in infants, the cadres expected to provide information to mothers about complete primary immunization, and expected to the holders of health promotions program and mother and child of health programs can often provide training to the cadres. Keywords: primary immunization

Abstract

Pada era pandemi Covid-19 saat ini, masyarakat dituntut untuk mengurangi aktivitas di luar rumah yang mempengaruhi ekonomi para pedagang. Secara nasional dampak ekonomi dari pandemi covid-19 telah menurunkan omset penjualan pelaku usaha, usaha besar, UMKM dan pedagang kaki lima hingga 80 persen. Kualitas hidup dipengaruhi oleh kondisi fisik individu, psikologis, tingkat kemandirian serta hubungan individu dengan lingkungan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran kualitas hidup pedagang kaki lima dalam kondisi covid 19 di Kecamatan Bukit Raya Tahun 2021. Desain penelitian yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dalam mengumpulkan data atau fakta. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di daerah Simpang Tiga Kecamatan Bukit Raya Kota Pekanbaru pada bulan Januari sampai bulan Juli 2021. Informan penelitian adalah pedagang kaki lima yang berjualan ditempat-tempat umum. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kesehatan PKL selama pandemi Covid-19 baik-baik saja, meskipun terdapat flu dan batuk, aspek psikologis PKL selama pandemi Covid-19 merasa cemas dan khawatir dikarenakan sepi konsumen dan sulitnya berjualan selama pandemi Covid-19, hubungan sosial PKL semakin mengurangi interaksi antar sesama pedagang dikarenakan harusnya menjaga physical distance antar semua khalayak yang ditemui dan aspek lingkungan sebagian sarana berjualan yang digunakan PKL yaitu tenda dan gerobak, bahkan kebersihan disekitar dagangan tidak baik. Saran bagi peneliti selanjutnya agar melakukan penelitian lebih lanjut mengenai kualitas hidup PKL di tempat yang berbeda sehingga diperoleh hasil penelitian yang lebih bervariatif. Kata Kunci : Psikologis, Kesehatan Phisik, Hubungan Sosial, Lingkungan
