Abstract

Latar Belakang: Stres dalam masa kehamilan adalah fenomena yang sering dihadapi ibu hamil terutama trimester III karena akan menghadapi proses persalinan. Stres ini meningkatkan risiko kelainan bawaan, operasi sesar, persalinan alat, kelahiran prematur, bayi dengan berat badan lahir rendah (BBLR) dan gangguan jangka panjang berkaitan dengan gangguan perilaku emosi anak. Setiap ibu hamil diharapkan rutin melakukan senam hamil dengan tujuan siap menghadapi proses persalinan baik secara fisik dan psikologis sehingga tidak stress saat proses kehamilan.Tujuan: Mengetahui pengaruh senam hamil terhadap tingkat stress ibu hamil trimester III di Kecamatan Sukawati, Gianyar, Bali.Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik dengan rancangan one group pretest-posttest without control dan dilaksanakan di Kecamatan Sukawati. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 50 ibu hamil trimester III. Teknik analisa data bivariate menggunakan Uji Wilcoxon.Hasil: Dari 50 responden sebanyak 86% berumur 20 – 35 tahun, 54% berpendidikan menengah dan 56% multipara. Tingkat stress sebelum dilakukan senam hamil didapatkan 12% stress ringan, 6% stress sedang dan 2% dalam keadaan stress berat. Setelah dilaksanakan senam hamil hanya 4% yang mengalami tingkat stress ringan, selebihnya dalam batas normal. Hasil analisis bivariat didapatkan p-value 0,004 (0,05).Simpulan: Ada pengaruh senam hamil terhadap tingkat stress ibu hamil trimester III di Kecamatan Sukawati, Gianyar, Bali. Senam hamil merupakan salah satu alternative dalam mengurangi stress dalam kehamilan asalkan dilaksanakan secara rutin.Background: Stress during pregnancy is a phenomenon that is often faced by pregnant women, especially in the third trimester because they will face the labor process. This stress increases the risk of congenital abnormalities, cesarean section, childbirth tools, preterm birth, low birth weight babies (LBW) and long-term disorders related to emotional behavior disorders in children. Every pregnant woman is expected to routinely do pregnancy exercises to be ready to face the labor process both physically and psychologically so as not to stress during the pregnancy process.Objective: To determine the effect of pregnancy exercise on the stress level of third trimester pregnant women in Sukawati District, Gianyar, Bali.Method: This study was an analytical study with a one group pretest-posttest without control design and was carried out in Sukawati District, Gianyar, Bali. 50 trimester III pregnant women were the sample of this study. The bivariate data analysis technique used the Wilcoxon test.Results: From the 50 respondents, 86% were aged 20-35 years, 54% had secondary education and 56% were multiparous. The stress level before doing pregnancy exercise was found 12% mild stress, 6% moderate stress and 2% under severe stress. After doing pregnancy exercise, only 4% who experienced mild stress levels, the rest was within normal limits. The result of the bivariate analysis was obtained p-value 0.004 (0.05).Conclusion: There is an effect of pregnancy exercise on the stress level of pregnant women in the third trimester in Sukawati District, Gianyar, Bali. Pregnancy exercise is an alternative in preparing pregnant women both physically and psychologically so that they are ready to face the labor process as long as it is carried out regularly.
