Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze (1) the influence of leader member exchange on Organizational Citizenship Behavior Foci Supervisor (2) the influence of perceived organizational support on Organizational Citizenship Behavior Foci Supervisor (3) the influence of leader member exchange on Organizational Citizenship Behavior Foci organizational (4) the influence of perceived organizational support on Organizational Citizenship Behavior Foci organizational. The populations in this research are the employees of PT. Telekomunikasi Padang which consist of 128 employees. The samples were selected using Clustered Proportional Sampling which the total of the samples are 97 employees. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The data was analyzed using multiple reggression analysis. The result of this research shows (1) leader member exchange has a positive relationship on  Organizational Citizenship Behavior Foci Supervisor (2) perceived organizational support has a positive relationship on  Organizational Citizenship Behavior Foci Supervisor (3) leader member exchange has a positive relationship on Organizational Citizenship Behavior Foci organizational (4) perceived organizational support has a positive relationship on  Organizational Citizenship Behavior Foci organizational.Keywords: Organizational citizenship behavior foci supervisor (OCBS); perilaku kewarganegaraan organisasi foci organisasional (OCBO), pertukaran anggota pemimpin; dukungan organisasi persepsi

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of psychological factors on Saving Decision on Bank Syariah in Padang State University. The variables used in this research are motivation, perception, learning, and Consumer Attitudes. The population in this study are Padang State University students who have never used the savings in one of the Islamic Bank in the city of Padang. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with 100 respondents. Analysis tool used is multiple linear regression analysis, using SPSS version 23. The results of this study indicate that: (1) motivation, perception, learning, and attitude significantly influence the Saving Decision on Bank Syariah in Padang State University. (2) Perception is the most dominant factor in influencing Saving Decision.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze: (1) The effect of organizational justice on employee performance PT. Andalas Berlian Motors Branch Simpang Empat, (2) The effect of organizational justice on organizational commitment of employees of PT. Andalas Berlian Motors Branch Simpang Empat, (3) Effect of organizational commitment on employee performance PT. Andalas Berlian Motors Branch Simpang Empat, (4) The effect of organizational justice on employee performance as mediator organizational commitment PT. Andalas Berlian Motor Branch Simpang Empat. The population in this researchis were all employees of PT. Andalas Berlian Motors Branch Simpang Empat, the sampling technique is total sampling technique with a sample of 31 employees of PT. Andalas Berlian Motors Branch Simpang Empat. Based on the results of this research is concluded that (1) Organizational justice have significant effect on employees performance of PT. Andalas Berlian Motors Branch Simpang Empat, (2) Organizational justice have significant effect on organizational commitment of employees PT. Andalas Berlian Motors Branch Simpang Empat, (3) Organizational Commitment have significant effect on employees performance of PT. Abstract

This research is aimto analyze the influence of trust and satisfaction on customer loyalty of Mitra Beasiswa AJB Bumiputera 1912 of Pariaman. The population in this research is the Mitra Beasiswa AJB Bumiputera 1912 of Pariaman in 2015. The sample was taken by purposive sampling using the formula of Slovin, with sample size as much as 90 respondents. Data analysis is performed multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing using F test and t-test. The results of this study show that trust and satisfaction have a significant effect on customer loyalty of Mitra Beasiswa AJB Bumiputera 1912 of Pariaman.
