Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of Energy Security based on Reliability Energy at the Palm Kernel Oil Mill PT. PTPN V Tandun, Rokan Hulu. By using Slovin formula, the number of samples taken in the amount of 66 respondents who are the employees of the factory. Data analysis method is used descriptive analysis. These results indicatethat the Energy Security based on Reliability Energy is quite reliable on Energy Productivity at the Palm Kernel Oil Mill PT. PTPN V Tandun, Rokan Hulu. From the research result the company should be further improvethe tendance, training, and development of biogas technology innovation to improve the reliability of the power usage of biogas and minimize diesel consumption.Keywords: Energy Security, Reliability Energy, and Energy Productivity

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of workload, job stress and work motivation on the nurse performance in Ibnu Sina Islamic Hospital Of Pekanbaru. There are 4 variabels in this reserach, Workload (X1), Work Stress (X2), Work Motivation (X3) and Nurse Performance (Y). The population of this study were the nurses in-patient ward totaling 104 nurses. Sampling technique using a proposional random sampling method and the data obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression using SPSS version 17.0. Based on hypotesis testing that has been done, the result showed that the workload, work stress and work motivation positive and significant impact on nurse performance in Ibnu Sina Islamic Hospital of Pekanbaru. The result of this study showed, simultaneous regression test (f-test) showed that workload, work stress and work motivation simultaneously affect the performance of nurses, while the partial test (t-test) of workload, work stress and work motivation partially inflluence the performance of nurses in Ibnu Sina Islamic Hospital of Pekanbaru. It is recommended to the Hospital to conduct further analysis related to the nurse perception of workload, work stress and work motivation and make appropriate policies in order to improve nurses performance.Keywords: Workload, Work Stress, Work Motivation and Nurses Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of energy security based on awareness energy is done in the Palm Kernel Oil Plant Tandun PT. PTPN V. By using Slovin formula, the number of samples taken in the amount of 66 respondents who are all employees of the factory. Data was taked by giving them the questionaires and descriptive analysis methods was chosen for data analiysis by SPSS version 17.0. These results indicate that the energy security is based on energy awareness is quite awareness and saving on energy productivity at the Palm Kernel Oil Plant Tandun PT. PTPN V. From the research result company should further improve biogas and minimize diesel consumption.Keywords: energy security, energy awareness, and productivity energy.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the many large companies both in the processing of crude oil , palm oil or paper processing industries located in the Riau Province , so that requires a four-wheel transportation especially kind of pick up to support the activities of the company. Of the varioustypes of pick- ups , brand Mitsubishi L - 300 and Isuzu Panther the most interesting. This study aimed to analyze the attitudes of consumers toward purchasing decisions Mitsubishi L300 pick- upsand Isuzu Panther by product , price , promotion and distribution of each pickup. After a literature review , and preparation of hypotheses , data were collected through questionnaire method against 74 respondents consisting of 37 respondents of Isuzu Panther and 37 respondents of Mitsubishi L300. The technique used in this sampling is purposive sampling where the sample is taken with certain considerations and dealing with the problems studied as a pick -up car owners who live in Pekanbaru and who do service reset at each dealer. After that. Do theanalysis is includes Test Validity , Test The reliability and testing hypotheses through two different test samples were not Connect ( Independent Samples T Test ). The results showed that significant differences in consumer attitudes towards purchase decision pickup Isuzu Panther and Mitsubishi L300 based on products variable and known that the product of Isuzu Panther is better than the Mitsubishi L300. For price variable, promotion , and distribution of the results showed that there were no significant differences in consumer attitudes towards buying decision Isuzu Panther and Mitsubishi L300. The results were obtained for the Mitsubishi L300 is cheaper than Isuzu Panther and better product distribution when compared to the Isuzu Panther. By using Slovin formula, the number of samples taken in the amount of 66 respondents who are all employees of the Plant. Data analysis method used is descriptive analysis. These results indicate that the Energy Security is based on energy efficiency is efficient and saving on energy productivity at the Palm Kernel Oil Plant Tandun PT. PTPN V. Abstract

This research was conducted with descriptive and quantitative methods that use primary data and secondary data obtained through interviews/interview and questionnaire study. Respondents were drawn were 58 people. These samples are used for the purpose of collecting the necessary data in the descriptive analysis determined accidental random sampling. Descriptive analysis of the results it can be concluded that the results of the study are the results of the overall respondents about factors at work compensation of employees of PT. HOHO Pekanbaru in the category are not good, the results are the results of the overall respondents regarding employee discipline factor PT. HOHO Pekanbaru in quite well and the results of that research respondents overall results of the performance factors of employees of PT. HOHO Pekanbaru in a category quite well. Of both the independent variables are X1 (compensation) and X2 (work stress) are the most dominant influence on the performance of employees of PT. HOHO Pekanbaru is compensation (X1), it can be seen from the t value for X1 is equal to 8,276 while the t-table is (0.05, 55) = 1.672 because t (8276)> t table (1.672) then Ho significant. Therefore, the authors advise leaders should consider the issue of compensation to be received by the employee, because of the work that employees do a compensation factor can be determined motivation and employee morale in the work so that it can have an impact on labor discipline and employee performance.Keywords: Compensation, Job Stress and Performance
