Abstract

Artikel ini menuliskan hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dengan kegiatan pelatihan penulisan karya tulis ilmiah yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan penulisan karya ilmiah bagi Guru di SMP Negeri 9 Palembang. Subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 45 orang guru (30 perempuan, 15 laki-laki). Untuk mengetahui tercapai tidaknya materi pelatihan yang disajikan dilakukan evaluasi secara tertulis. Kegiatan dilakukan dalam empat tahap kegiatan. pertemuan pertama; memberikan penjelasan tentang penulisan karya ilmiah, sesi pelatihan ini menitikberatkan pada pemberian penjelasan mengenai memotivasi guru-guru agar mau menulis dan membuat karya tulis ilmiah, pertemuan kedua; ini yang menititberatkan kemampuan melaksanakan kegiatan tentang identifikasi, memilih merumuskan topik, pertemuan ketiga; menyusun kerangka tulisan, mengumpulkan bahan tulisan, menulis, menyunting dan membuat artikel ilmiah. Pertemuan keempat melakukan evaluasi pelaksanaan pelatihan penulisan karya tulis ilmiah. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa 91,11% guru yang mengikuti proses pelatiahn dari awal sampai akhir telah memahami konsep penulisan karya tulis ilmiah dengan baik dan benar.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to produce learning techniques for volleyball service for class IX Junior High School so that by producing new learning techniques, the learning outcomes of student service will be better, this research and development is intended to be a solution to the problem of volleyball game service at junior high school students. This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE development procedure (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). Data was collected through documentation, observation, questionnaires and top service assessment tests. Data analysis was carried out descriptively, qualitatively and quantitatively. The product implementation stage was carried out in class IX.2 totaling 32 students and IX 4 totaling 32 students at Junior High School No 1 Palembang using the development results in the form of 8 top service drill learning techniques that had been declared valid. The learning outcomes of student service in the realm of attitudes, knowledge and skills obtained an average of 88.58% of students passed the minimum completeness criteria. Based on these learning outcomes, it can be concluded that 8 top service drill learning techniques are said to be effective in learning to serve volleyball games in junior high school students. The findings in this study are that the 8 drill learning techniques developed for top service can be used as a reference for learning techniques that can improve learning outcomes for volleyball service learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh latihan Circuit training terhadap peningkatan VO2Max pada pemain Mega futsal Musi Rawas. penelitian ini menggunakan latihan circuit training sebagai treatment yang diharapkan dapat meningkatan VO2Max pemain Mega futsal Musi Rawas .Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 30 pemain Mega Futsal Musi Rawas yang diberikan perlakuan selama 6 minggu. Instrumen  yang  digunakan  adalah bleep test. Rancangan dalam penelitian ini adalah one group pre-test and post-test design. Rumus yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah t-test dengan hasil perhitungan statistik “uji t” didapat hasil 4,87 sedangkan Ttabel adalah 1,70. Kriteria pengujian hipotesis diterima Ha jika Thitung> Ttabel(1-α), dan tolak H0 jika Thitung< Ttabel(1-α), Karena hasil Thitung (4,87) > Ttabel (1,70) hal ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai t-test yang di peroleh dalam penelitian ini  lebih besar dari pada nilai t-table. Sehingga dapat ditarik suatu kesimpulan bahwa ada pengaruh latihan circuit training terhadap peningkatan daya tahan VO2Max pada pemain Mega Futsal Musi Rawas.

Abstract

Currently, the higher education system is in a continuous process of change. There is a change paradigm in learning that is nowadays being carried out online, or what is commonly known as e-learning. The purpose of this study was to discover college students perspective of e-learning that have been applied. An online survey with a semi-structured questionnaire was conducted on 177 (M: 112; F: 65) college students of the Physical Education, Health and Recreation Departement, Faculty of Teacher Training, Sriwijaya University. The results show that 70.06% of students liked the application of e-learning during the Covid-19 pandemic, but on the next semester, 63.84% of students wanted face-to-face (offline) learning. This is because 67.79% & 69.49% of students stated that there were lack of interaction with lecturers and classmates in the application of e-learning, although 64.41% of students think that the application of e-learning can increase their learning independency. The contradiction in the results of the study shows, only when an extraordinary event (pandemic) occurs, the application of e-learning becomes a priority to do, but if the situation returns to normal, students prefer faceto-face (offline) learning. This is because students are accustomed to practice in the field as a PE teacher candidate.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the improvement of basketball passing learning outcomes through modification of the traditional fort and pushcart games for junior high school students. The method used in this research is Classroom Action Research with Kemmis and Mc.Taggart models through 2 cycles with stages: planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The subjects in this study were students of class VIII.2 SMPN 1 Talang Kelapa and the research sample amounted to 32 people. The results showed that there was an increase in basketball passing learning outcomes through modifications to the traditional fort and pushcart games for junior high school students. The results of the pre-cycle of students who were able to achieve a completeness score were 13 people with a graduation percentage of 41%. After learning cycle 1 the number of students who achieved completeness scores was 23 people with a passing percentage of 71%. Meanwhile, after cycle 2, there were 29 students who achieved the completeness score with a percentage of 91%, which means that the target of classical learning success, namely 85% of students who passed, had been achieved. It can be concluded that the modification of the traditional game fortification and pushcart can be used as a learning model to improve basketball passing for junior high school students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dimaksudkan agar dapat mengetahui pengaruh latihan lari (sprint) 20 meter terhadap kecepatan menggring bola pada atlet sepak bola club Tanjung Batu Soccer. Jenis penelitian yaitu quasy experiment dengan bentuk one group pretest-posttest design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu atlet club Tanjung Batu Soccer yang berjumlah 30 atlet. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 30 atlet. Instrumen pada penelitian ini adalah tes kecepatan menggiring bola (dribbling). Data diambil dari tes awal (pretest) dan tes akhir (posttest). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis data uji hipotesis diketahui thitung (22,21) > ttabel (1,70), maka thitung > ttabel sehingga H1 diterima dan H0 ditolak. Pernyataan H1 tersebut yaitu terdapat pengaruh latihan lari (sprint) 20 meter terhadap kecepatan menggiring bola (dribbling) pada atlet club Tanjung Batu Soccer. Implikasi pada penelitian ini yaitu latihan lari (sprint) 20 meter mampu digunakan menjadi bentuk latihan untuk meningkatkan kecepatan menggring bola dalam sepak bola.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara aktivitas fisik terhadap tingkat kecemasan pada peserta didik SMK Negeri 4 Palembang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif serta menggunakan rancangan korelasi atau corellation. Populasi penelitian ini yaitu peserta didik SMK Negeri 4 Palembang. Sampel pada penelitian ini dimbil secara acak yaitu kelas 10 dan 11 berjumlah 348 orang peserta didik. Instrumen pada penelitian menggunakan kuisioner international physical activity quesionaire (IPAQ) untuk aktivitas fisik dan kuesioner depression anxiety stress scale (DASS42) untuk tingkat kecemasan. Teknik analisis data diolah dengan peprsentase dan uji chi-square menggunakan bantuan komputer pada program exel dan SPSS 22. Berdasarkan analisis persentase data yang diperoleh yakni untuk aktivitas fisik diperoleh persentase 11% berjumlah 38 orang peserta didik dengan kategori rendah, 40% berjumlah 138 orang peserta didik dengan kategori sedang, dan 49% berjumlah 172 orang peserta didik dengan kategori tinggi. Untuk hasil tingkat kecemasan 49% berjumlah 170 orang peserta didik dengan kategori normal, 9% berjumlah 31 orang peserta didik dengan kategori ringan, 20% berjumlah 60 orang peserta didik kategori sedang, 19% berjumlah 65 orang peserta didik dengan kategori parah, dan 4% berjumlah 14 orang peserta didik dengan kategori sangat parah. Hasil teknik analisis pada uji chi-square yaitu nilai signifikansi=0,147 yaitu lebih besar dari 0,05 menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan aktivitas fisik terhadap tingkat kecemasan pada peserta didik SMK Negeri 4 Palembang. Penerapan dari penelitian ini yaitu bahwa saja aktivitas fisik tidak ada hubungan dengan tingkat kecemasn pada peserta didik SMK Negeri 4 Palembang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the need for the development of digital-based vertical jump test equipment. This research is a survey research using a non-structural questionnaire which has been prepared to be filled in by the research subjects. Six statements were compiled in this research questionnaire to find out how much is needed for the development of digital-based vertical jump test kits.146 participants consisting of students, teachers, and physical education lecturers in South Sumatra filled out questionnaires through the google form media. The survey results showed that the majority of participants experienced difficulties during the vertical jump test and most of them thought that the vertical jump measurement instruments used were inaccurate. All participants agreed with the development of the vertical jump measurement instrument from manual to digital. The results of this study will be used as a consideration to develop a vertical jump test instrument that has a good level of validity and is relatively affordable.
