Abstract

PEMBERDAYAAN USAHA JAJANAN PASAR GUNA PENINGKATAN INDUSTRI KECIL MENENGAH DI SIDOARJORibangun bamban Jakaria1, Arief Wisaksono2, Cylen setyo rini3Univeritas muhammadiyah sidoarjoribangunbz@umsida.ac.idABSTRAKJajanan pasar yang banyak diperdagangkan di warung-warung, pasar hingga sentra-sentra kuliner wilayah kecamatan Porong Sidoarjo dan sekitarnya adalah hasil produksi yang dikelola oleh usaha-usaha mikro yang tersebar di beberapa tempat di wilayah Kecamatan Porong sendiri, diantaranya adalah usaha mikro ?jajanan mbak Anis? yang memproduksi kue-kue basah maupun kering yang tidak hanya melayani permintaan dari perorangan tetapi juga melayani warung dan pemesanan dalam hal ini sebagai mitra 1. Sedangkan mitra 2 adalah kelompok pedagang keliling, yang melakukan penjualan jajanan berupa kue basah dan kering. Permasalahan mitra 1 adalah produksi jajanan berupa kue kering maupun basah, dengan proses pengerjaan masih dilakukan secara manual terutama dalam memotong wortel sebagai bahan baku isi kue pastel. Permasalahan yang dialami oleh ?kelompok pedagang jajan keliling? sebagai mitra 2 adalah display tempat jajanan kurang menarik. Dari permasalahan kedua mitra tersebut maka solusi yang diberikan pada mitra 1 adalah, membuatkan alat pemotong wortel dalam bentuk dadu secara sederhana. Solusi untuk mitra 2 adalah, dengan menyediakan tempat display produk Jajanan yang memadai dan bersih. Dengan memberikan solusi atas permasalahan tersebut maka, akan memberikan dampak pada proses pemotongan wortel yang selama ini dilakukan secara manual akan digantikan oleh alat, sehingga lebih cepat dan efisien.Pembuatan display jajanan dapat memberikan nilai produk semakin menarik dan meningkatkan volume penjualan yang berdampak pada peningkatan pendapatan mitra.Kata kunci : Alat pemotong wortel, tempat display jajanan

Abstract

Learning evaluation can provide opportunities for teachers to make plans and estimations, whether the predetermined goals will be achieved according to the planned target time. If based on the data from the evaluation results it is estimated that the goal will not be achieved as planned, the teacher would try to find the factors causing the problems found, and provide solutions to the problems. The corona pandemic period really needs an online learning and evaluation process, the use of web-based applications will be able to provide assistance to teachers who can quickly assess learning evaluations on teaching materials as well as make time efficiency. The method of making an application is by Rapid Application Development (RAD) or rapid prototype; it is a model for developing a software system with a tiered pattern. The main thing used is a tool in the form of a web-based learning evaluation application resembling an application that can carry out evaluations related to a certain exam process as a trial during entry data training of all existing subjects by the teacher concerned with the authority as a teacher, scheduling and instructor arrangement by the principal, and finally student entry by the operator. Each application a different task according to its function.

Abstract

Typhoid fever is a disease caused by Salmonella typhi infection. This disease is still a global problem. The purpose of this study was to develop a rapid detection method for Salmonella using molecular methods utilizing Inv A and Fim-C Genes. Two methods compared, which are Multiplex and monoplex PCR. The sample is in the form of the patient's blood, which is stored at 3 ml EDTA vacutainer tube consisting of 10 positive samples and five negative samples. The criteria for samples used previously have tested by widal/ immunoserology (titer more than 1/160). The results showed that multiplex PCR for detection of Salmonella using the Inv A gene and fim c gene not recommended because too many bands produced. The application of monoplex in the Inv A gene gives better results than the Fim C gene. In conclusion, the monoplex application on Inv A gene recommended than Fim C gene used to detect S. typhi in human blood samples.

Abstract

In the elementary school curriculum know 2013 revision 2017 now the process of teaching and learning is based on themes, namely a teaching and learning process that has teaching materials related to the problem, and local needs that are used as themes or titles in the learning process in study groups. As a leading Islamic school SD Muhammadiyah 8 Tulangan Sidoarjo in every teaching and learning process teachers are required to always associate all teaching material with the Qur'an. The problem is that the support of open tools that can quickly find references to verses of the Qur'an related to a particular theme does not yet exist, so that the teaching and learning process becomes ineffective. To overcome this problem the author provides a program solution. This program will provide solutions that are expected to solve partner problems. The main method used is to use a tool in the form of a web-based thematic application, which is an application that can find references to Ayat Al-Qur'an related to a particular theme. In this application, users simply enter the theme to be discussed, the reference letters and verses and their meanings will appear. With this application, it is expected that teachers can quickly find references to each theme in each teaching material while making time efficiency.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPerilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat sangat dibutuhkan pada siswa di sekolah agar terhindar dari berbagai penyakit. Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat salah satunya adalah Cuci Tangan dengan sabun dan air bersih, memilih jajanan yang sehat di sekolah, untuk mendukung hal tersebut perlu kerjasama yang baik antara pihak sekolah,orang tua juga siswa dan lingkungan sekitar sekolah. TK dan MI Assasul Huda, Kepuh Kemiri Tulangan, Sidoarjo berada di lingkungan pedesaan pingiran Desa, dekat dengan perkebunan sayur, sehingga siswa berpeluang besar untuk melaksanakan perilaku hidup bersih dan jajan sehat di sekolah tapi kenyataannya justru terbalik jajan di luar kantin sekolah, dengan resiko jajanan tidak terkontrol sekolah dan bisa mengancam kesehatan anak. Belum tersedianya tempat cuci tangan dan penyediaan air bersih di sekolah. Jajanan sehat bagi anak perlu diperkenalkan pada siswa juga wali murid sehingga ada kesinambungan kontrol yang baik antara pihak seolah dan wali murid. Maka , perlu diadakan Komunikasi, Edukasi dan Penyuluhan baik kepada siswa maupun wali murid. Dalam wadah parenting yang diadakan oleh TK dan MI Assasul Huda, Kepuh Kemiri Tulangan, Sidoarjo Sidoarjo bekerjasama dengan Universitas Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo. Komunikasi, Edukasi dan Penyuluhan yang diadakan pihak sekolah bekerjasama dengan Universitas Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo diharapkan terwujud perilaku Hidup Bersih dan sehat bagi siswa/siswi TK dan MI Assasul Huda, Kepuh Kemiri Tulangan, Sidoarjo dan kesadaran bagi siswa dalam menerapkan hidup Bersih dan Sehat (Cuci tangan paka sabun, pengunaan air bersih, jajanan sehat) sehingga terbentuk generasi sehat dan cerdas.Kata Kunci: perilaku bersih; sehat Community Service Implementation of PHBS in SchoolsABSTRACTClean and healthy behavior is needed for students in school to avoid various diseases. Healthy snacks for children need to be introduced to students as well as guardians of students so that there is continuity of good control between parties as well as guardians of students. So, it is necessary to hold Communication, Education and Counseling both to students and guardians of students. In the parenting container held by TK and MI Assasul Huda, Kepuh Kemiri Tulangan, Sidoarjo Sidoarjo in collaboration with Muhammadiyah University, Sidoarjo. Communication, Education and Counseling held by the school in collaboration with the University of Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo are expected to manifest Clean and healthy life behaviors for kindergarten and MI students Assasul Huda, Kepuh Kemiri Tulangan, Sidoarjo and awareness for students in implementing Clean and Healthy life soap, the use of clean water, healthy snacks) to form a healthy and smart generation.Keywords: clean; healthy behavior

Abstract

Monitoring realizes efforts to improve the quality of health services. To obtain information on patient condition data during treatment. The monitoring process is done manually. So that it has an impact on the service and condition of the patient during treatment. The design of monitoring the patient's body temperature and heart during treatment with IoT can be controlled through the NodeMCU sensor ESP8266, MLX9014, MAX30100 sensor and Arduino IDE software program. Furthermore, it can detect the patient's temperature and the patient's heart rate during treatment. And processed by the NodeMCU ESP8266, the data from the two sensors is displayed on the SSD1306 OLED LCD and also to the smartphone of the medical officer on duty via Blynk. In order for the tool to work properly and optimally, it is necessary to adjust the pin placement so that it can work optimally. The problem of internet connection interference causes delays, resulting in a mismatch between the measurement of the test equipment and the standard tool. Data values are taken with an accuracy of 70%-93% for the MAX30100 sensor, for the temperature sensor it is close to optimal with a value that is read on a standard tool with an accuracy of 97%-99%.

Abstract

The introduction of a healthy way of life must be done early, and can be started from family and school life. Health care for school-age children can be done through Usaha Kesehatan Sekolah (UKS). The UKS program can be used for coaching in the health sector that requires training of little doctors. The purpose of this activity is to provide training on basic medical materials to improve healthy and healthy living skills, the health status of students, and create a healthy environment so as to increase optimal growth and development. Obtained from the results of this training a positive influence on improving the ability of little doctors. Providing little doctor training provides learning that results in changes from the beginning. This activity involved 42 little doctors from two elementary schools in Sidoarjo. The level of understanding was good, the little doctors rose from (10 students) 23,8% to 69,1% (29 students), quite good understanding from 47,6% (20 students) to 21,4% (9 students), and of the 28,6% (12 students) it dropped to 9,5% (4 students) after receiving a small doctor training.

Abstract

Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat salah satunya adalah Cuci Tangan dengan sabun dan air bersih, hal tersebut perlu kerjasama yang baik antara pihak sekolah, orang tua dan anggota masyarakat . TK dan MI Assasul Huda, Kepuh Kemiri Tulangan, Sidoarjo berada di lingkungan pedesaan, Belum tersedianya tempat cuci tangan dan penyediaan air bersih menjadi hambatan untuk penerapan PHBS di sekolah. Penyedian sarana instalasi air bersih yang memadai menjadi sangat penting dari  pihak sekolah dan wali murid. Adanya fasilitas ini sekaligus akan menanamkan banyak perilaku hidup bersih dengan cuci tangan sebelum dan sesudah makan, perilaku hemat air, perilaku hemat listrik,buang sampah pada tempatnya. Instalasi air bersih yang disediakan meliputi Konstruksi penyangga yang terbuat dari besi, instalasi tendon air, instalsi pipa, instalasi wastafel, instalasi listrik pompa air, instalasi bak sampah menjadi sasaran bidang garap pengabdian guna mewujudkan Perilaku Hidup bersih dan sehat di lingkungan sekolah.
