Abstract

The digital world brings a great influence for the actions of economic practitioners. This research will try to describe the startup phenomenon as a form of transformation of the actions of economic practitioners in the global world. The selection of the research objects and subjects is on ITB STIKOM Bali Campus with tenant (startup) informants who are starting a business and are given facilities in the form of incubators by the academics who are competent in their fields. Data collection techniques are carried out using interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that four digital startup tenants are under the shelter of the STIKOM Bali Business Incubator, they are Pasupati.id, Troll, Jemari Channel, and Agrito. ITB Stikom Bali is one of the leading universities in the field of technology by not leaving the roots of Indonesian culture, especially Balinese culture, with the contribution of Pasupati.id startups, digital homes for Balinese artists and the Jemari Channel is a digital commodity space for Bali endek craftsmen. The four startups transformed from conventional sales to digitalization.

Abstract

Currently a variety of strategies are strived by the entrepreneurs to strengthen their identity efforts amid new products popping up by presenting renewability in accordance with the interest that exists in the market. Partners in public service activities this is Kiki Adelya a young entrepreneur trying to do creative food products namely remahan beans and gnetum Brown named "Winsome". Partners often obtain orders for the event, wedding, and anniversary poems for personal consumption. Location of partners located in Banjar new temples, Gianyar. Currently owned by business partners are experiencing barriers in product development. The results of the solution that has been given is on product diversification done socializing by delivering the material results of scientific researchers on product diversification. Knowledge of product diversification which are much sought after on the market such as Yam, plantain, potato, maize and others. After the partners learned of the activities further granting of gifts in the form of additional flavor chocolate such as green tea, strawberry, white chocolate/vanilla as well as base material in addition to using a variant form of addition done Rau peanuts. Supplies product diversification has been given also practiced together with the team and partners so as to produce a new variant. The results of the second form of the creation of a more attractive packaging design to reinforce branding partners and granting standing pouch type ecobag as the site of the new packaging.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to elaborate on the tradition of Ngeneng Ngening ceremonies conducted by the Balinese Age Community of Bayung Gede Village and also look at the religious, social, and ecological impacts and Ngeneng-Ngening. Research using qualitative methods is selected to help solve this problem. The theory used in this research on ngeneng ngening is Talcot Parson's Structural Functionalism with 4 indicators namely Adaptation, Goal, Integration, and Latency. Based on the results on the ground it was found that the application of this ngeneng ngening tradition refers to the rules of PHDI and the Bali Customary Village Assembly. The implementation process in Bayung Gede Village is carried out for 3 days where all levels of society are at home, working at home and moving from home. People are prohibited from wewidangan activities ranging from receiving guests or visiting. Nunas Ica Ngeneng Ngening is carried out at the time of tilem kedasa, which is only allowed to do nunas ica and earth brew activities and prepare banten rayunan and yellow white sodaan for Sanggah Kamulan, banten segehan white yellow in natar merajan and various other networks to ngaturang bakti to bhatara kawitan and Sang Hyang Widhi Wasa.

Abstract

Digital marketing is still not thoroughly known by business people. The lack of equal distribution of literacy education regarding information technology, especially in digital marketing, is still a major problem that must be resolved immediately. In addition, there is a lack of resources willing to provide training for MSMEs. The purpose of this community service activity is to analyze and educate the importance of digital marketing for business actors, namely MSMEs in Denpasar City. This activity uses a qualitative method where the data collection technique begins with observation, then interviews, followed by educational transfer. The result of this community service activity is that there are still many MSMEs that have not implemented digital marketing, so that educational transfer activities are considered quite successful in having an impact on MSMEs. The results of this activity are recommended to the academic community or stakeholders to provide digital marketing training evenly. So that business actors in the future will be ready to be competitive.

Abstract

The sustainability of processed food in Indonesia is inseparable from the role of economic actors, one of which is the home industry. Mrs. Farida Azis is part of the business activists from the home industry business group in Denpasar. The purpose of the community service is to find out 3 aspects partner's problems, namely aspects of flavor diversification, production management, and marketing transformation. The method used in this activity are observations, existing partners, survey of production and support equipment, Distribution of production equipment and flavors, packaging and logo design, distribution/provision of new packaging and logos, marketing transformation. The results of this community service activity have produced solutions from the production management aspect in the form of additional equipment, namely a 3-tray aluminum type oven machine, and an idea life multi-speed Premium Quality Idea life mixer (IL221s). While in the aspect of flavor diversification there are additional variants of cheese, almond, Choco ball flavors. Partners are also supported in terms of marketing aspects which have been given a logo and packaging that includes the partner's identity and marketing transformation, namely from the creation of Instagram social media under the name Farida bake. Overall, all aspects that are an obstacle for partners have received solutions that suit the needs of partners. The activity went well and smoothly and there was hope from the partners that this activity would not only stop until the community service program was completed, but could continue to foster other MSMEs that needed assistance.
