Abstract

Fatigue is the negative effect which most complained by patients undergoing Hemodialysis (HD). However, fatigue has not been a concern and ignored by both patients and the health care provider, although according to some references it is concluded that fatigue is a predictor of patient’s survival rate with CKD. Fatigue is considered a normal HD effect and does not require specific actions to reduce it. Fatigue is influenced by physical, psychological, situational factors including biomarkers such as Urea, creatinine, Hemoglobin (HB) and Comorbidity. This study aims was to find the relationship between Covariates with fatigue. This descriptive correlational research design aims to determine the relationship of the level of fatigue with biochemical markers on clients with hemodialysis in Yogyakarta. The approach used in this study is cross sectional. The sample in this study were clients who underwent routine HD 2 and 3 times each week with 140 respondents. Spearman's Correlation and Pearson's Correlation was used to investigate the relationship of these variables. It was concluded that only comorbidity that statistically has a relationship with fatigue, the higher number of comorbidity, higher the level of fatigue.

Abstract

AbstractEfforts Muslims to realize the quality of Islamic Education Institutions have long coveted, to be able to give birth to a superior madrasah model that can compete with general education institutions.Madrasah on behalf of himself as superior schools and madrasah model should be recognized by the government and the public, not by the madrasah / school itself. Because excellence means having a value more than the other schools or Madrasahs, and certainly worth it not only can be seen from the physical aspect, but also other aspects that determine.Characteristics of a superior madrasah at least has three aspects, 1). Input, how the selection process for potential students is be done. 2) The process, which includes the ability of teachers, adequate facilities learning, curriculum, skill for language of Indonesian, Arabic, and English is absolutely necessary, teaching methods, which make students become active and creative, which is accompanied by freedom in expressing thoughts and imagination, also extar activities program, as well as extensive cooperation network. 3) Out put, an ability of graduates produced deemed superior, when they have been able to develop intellectual, emotional and spiritual potention of where they are located.Therefore, madrasah should have the advantage to be proud of the school and the community, which includes comparative advantage and competitive advantage. Abstract

Latar belakang: drama korea merupakan salah satu hasil dari kebudayaan Hallyu (Korean Wave) yang banyak digemari oleh remaja. Kecanduan menonton drama korea merupakan suatu bentuk kegiatan yang berlebihan dalam menonton drama korea. Dampak negatif yang ditimbulkan jika terlalu lama menonton drama korea adalah kelelahan otot mata, mata merah, insomnia, dan berekspektasi tinggi. Terlebih kegiatan ini dilakukan sebelum tidur dan dilakukan berjam-jam sehingga berakibat pada kualitas tidur yang buruk. Tujuan: untuk mengetahui hubungan kecanduan menonton drama korea dengan kualitas tidur remaja akhir di komunitas Drakor-ID media sosial facebook. Metode: merupakan penelitian kuantitatif korelasional dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah anggota grup Drakor-ID di media sosial Facebook dengan jumlah anggota 14.825 pada Februari 2021. Sampel diambil dengan teknik pengambilan sampel consecutive sampling dengan margin of error 5% sebanyak 384 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Kuesioner PSQI (Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index). Kuesioner didistribusikan ke responden di grup Drakor-ID Facebook secara daring melalui tautan link google form. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji korelasi Spearman’s rho. Hasil dan simpulan: kecanduan menonton drama korea dengan durasi 3,91±0.834 jam dan rata-rata kualitas tidur yaitu 14,51±1.535, dan dari uji Spearman’s rho pada anggota grup Drakor-ID menunjukkan nilai p<0,05. Terdapat hubungan signifikan antara kecanduan menonton drama korea dengan kualitas tidur remaja.

Abstract

Utilization of renewable energy from solar panel systems is increasingly being applied, but until now its utilization has not been maximized. The movement of the sun caused by rotation of the earth and cloudy condition should be taken into account to maximize the electrical energy in solar panels. In this study, a concept to calculate the movement of a two-axis sun tracker is proposed by using a combination of two controller methods, i.e. Proportional Integral Derivative (PID) and Fuzzy logic known as Fuzzy-PID (F-PID). To follow the movement of the sun, the LDR sensor is used as an input to light as well as output used to drive 2 units servo for x-axis and y-axis. Sun tracker that is used is based on tetrahedron geometry and uses three Light Dependent Resistor (LDR) sensors as input. Input and output components are connected to the Atmega 328P by using a combination of Fuzzy logic and PID programs (F-PID). Fuzzy logic programming is first performed on the Matlab application using Fuzzy Inference System (FIS), then converted into an Arduino-based programming language. The sun tracker movement and the voltage received by the solar panel will be stored into the SD card using a data logging module. Adjusting the sun tracker movement using the combined Fuzzy logic and PID method intends to maximize the electrical energy received by the solar panel. The results showed that the F-PID method obtained the maximum voltage of 5.3 V, a maximum current of 0.11 A, and a maximum power of 0.61 W.

Abstract

Abstrak Status gizi merupakan keadaan yang diakibatkan oleh keseimbangan antara asupan zat gizi dari makanan dengan kebutuhan nutrisi yang diperlukan oleh untuk metabolisme. Anak usia 1-3 tahun (toddler) adalah masa dimana anak mulai terjadi kemajuan dalam perkembangan motorik, istilah masa sering disebut terrible two. Status gizi merupakan salah satu faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi perkembangan motorik kasar pada anak. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara status gizi dengan perkembangan motorik kasar anak usia 1-3 tahun (toddler). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasi korelasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel dari penelitian ini anak yang berusia 1-3 tahun dan terdaftar di Posyandu Dusun Kaligatuk, dengan jumlah 32 anak. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah teknik total sampling. Instrument yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah antropometri dan lembar Denver Development Screening Test (Denver II). Penggunaan uji statistik pada penelitian ini menggunakan uji spearman. Hasil uji analisis spearman didapatkan p value 0,090 (α=0,05). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hubungan antara variabel status gizi dengan perkembangan motorik kasar tidak signifikan. Hal ini dapat disebabkan oleh keterbatasan peneliti dalam mengontrol faktor pengganggu, diantaranya yaitu: pengalaman, asupan makanan anak, status ekonomi dan pendidikan orang tua.

Abstract

Facing the Society 5.0 era, the world of education plays an important role in improving the quality of human resources. As well to education some elements and stakeholders such as the government, community organizations and the whole community also participated in welcoming the coming Society 5.0 era. To answer the challenges of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 and Society 5.0 in the world of education required life skills of the 21st century or better known as 4C (Creativity, Critical Thinking, Communication, and Collaboration). This research method using questionnaire survey by asking several questions to the respondents and doing direct observation at the research site. The total number of them was 12 with details 7 teachers and 5 parents of students respectively. The results of the study show that the majority of respondents agree that it is very important to hone children's English skills for preparing the challenges in the Society 5.0 era. Where the times are getting more advanced and global competition is a necessity. Self-preparation through English language skills started from the education is a solution today. So that children have no difficulty to adapt in the modern or digital world and it is hard to be competitive looking for job vacancies in the future. Consequently, children are expected be technologically literate and fluent English in Society 5.0, considering that English has been established as an international language, business language, and technology language.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the abundance of coconut shell waste in Lamongan and the decreased interest of children in traditional games. Therefore, this research is done intending to discover the utilization of coconut shell waste as egrang to increase children’s kinesthetic intelligence and to grow interest in traditional games. The method used in this study is experimental design, with data collection techniques in the form of observation and documentation in 12 children in group A of TK 02 Mazro’atul Ulum Paciran. In developing kinesthetic intelligence using the traditional game of egrang by teaching children group A kindergarten 02 Mazro’atul Ulum Paciran how to make egrang from coconut shell and doing activities to play egrang together. Based on observations, mentoring, data collection, and the results of tests that have been carried out, it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of playing egrang to increase kinesthetic intelligence and foster interest in traditional games in children in group A of TK 02 Mazro'atul Ulum Paciran Lamongan. Where the independent sample t-test results obtained with a probability value of p-value <0.05 and a t-value of 12.457 which is in the H0 area is rejected.
