Abstract

Abstrak: Penggiatan usaha dari Unit Program Belajar Jarak Jauh perlu dilakukan untuk meningkatkan jumlah mahasiswa Non-Pendidikan Dasar. UPBJJ-UT Padang memiliki jumlah aktif mahasiswa NonPendas yang sama setiap masa registrasi, persentase kelulusan mahasiswa kurang dari 8%. Salah satu perbaikan untuk peningkatan persentase lulusan melalui optimalisasi aktivitas belajar dari mahasiswa. Aktivitas belajar dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan aktivitas belajar, faktor, dan dampaknya terhadap prestasi belajar pada mahasiswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Non-Pendas UPBJJUT Padang masa registrasi 2012.1 sebanyak 920 orang. Aktivitas belajar mahasiswa masih rendah karena motivasinya hanya mengejar ijazah. Faktor yang berperan adalah ikut tutorial online, akses layanan belajar, dan membeli buku di toko buku online. Layanan belajar dan bahan ajar berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar. Kata Kunci : analisis, aktivitas belajar, prestasi belajar AN ANALYSIS OF THE NON-ELEMENTARY-EDUCATION STUDENTS OF UPBJJ-UT PADA Abstract: To activate effort of the Distance Learning Program Unit is needed to increase the number of the non-elementary-education students. The number of the non-elementary-education students is the same each registration period. However, the percentage of the graduates is less than 8%. One improvement to increase the percentage of the graduates through the optimum student learning activities. Learning activities could improve learning achievement. This study aimed to describe the learning activities, the factors and their impact on students’ achievement. The research method used the descriptive quantitative method. The population was non-elementary-education students of UPBJJ-UT Padang in the 2012.1 registration period consisting of 920 students. Their learning activities were low because their intention was only for getting the certificate. Factors that affected the learning activities were to participate in online tutorials, to access learning services and to buy books at online bookstores. The learning service and teaching materials significantly influenced the learning achievement. Keywords: analysis, learning activities, learning achievement

Abstract

Conflict resolution plays an important role in organizations such as in business, government, politics, etc. Some management systems make a conflict as an effort to explore the ability of their employees in rational thinking. Unfortunately, conflict situations tend to be uncertain. It is very difficult to make decisions in rational manner. In this paper, we used -soft sets approach to handle such conflict problems. The proposed algorithm was applied to the real tourism data. The -soft sets algorithm for conflict analysis is effective for decision making problems. The results showed that public transportations and place of worships are very good in Gili Trawangan, Senggigi, Sembalun, and Pantai Kuta, West Nusa Tenggara.

Abstract

Abstrak: Kemampuan Komunikasi Matematika dalam Pembelajaran Statistika Elementer melalui Problem Based-Learning. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi apakah kemampuan komunikasi matematis mahasiswa yang diajar dengan model problem-based learning lebih baik daripada kemampuan komunikasi matematis mahasiswa yang diajar secara konvensional. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian semu yang menggunakan desain pretest-posttest control group. Data dikumpulkan melalui tes hasil belajar pada Statistik Elementer. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan komunikasi matematis mahasiswa yang diajar dengan model problem-based learning tidak lebih baik daripada kemampuan komunikasi matematis mahasiswa yang diajar secara konvensional. Kata Kunci: komunikasi matematis, pembelajaran berbasis masalah, statistik elementer Abstract: The Ability in Mathematic Communication of the Students IN Elementary Statistics Teaching through Problem-Based Learning. This study was aimed to investigate whether the ability in mathematic communication of the students who were taught using the problem-based learning model was better than that of those taught conventionally. This study was categorized quasi experiment using the pretest-posttest control group design. The data were collected through an achievement test on Elementary Statistics. The findings showed that the ability in mathematic communication of the students who were taught using the problembased learning model was not better than that of those taught conventionally. Abstract

In this article, we introduce a new hybrid model of -soft sets called multi hesitant -soft sets (MHNSS). The multi hesitant -soft sets is extention of -soft sets theory which is needed for multicriteria from some group decision makers. We propose the decision making algorithm of MHNSS dan apply it with real life data of distance education especially online learning using webinar tutorial. The population are tutors of Universitas Terbuka Padang that using webinar tutorial between April until May 2020. We use random sampling and spread questionnaires online to collect the data. As a result, by using the MHNSS algorithm, we conclude that webinar tutorial is effective for conceptual subjects.

Abstract

Performance allowance or also known as salary is an award or remuneration given by the company for the company's goals. In this case, the performance allowance means that the organization or institution should not ignore its existence in the company organization. The questions explored in this study are as subtle as the major influences that give performance or gratuities to the performance of 41 members of the Barelang Police. The purpose of this study is to use data analysis methods (namely descriptive analysis, simple linear regression analysis and data normality test using SPSS) to see whether it affects performance. The results showed that the performance permit variable (X1) has a significance value (Sig.) Of 0.001 in the Coefficientsa table, the α (significance) value of 0.05 means 0.001 <0.05 or has a significant effect, and the t test shows 3.520> t table (2.000 ).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the analysis of the effect of net income, operating cash flow, free cash flow, cash dividends in the previous year, on cash dividends. This study uses a food and beverage sub-sector research design. The research population amounted to 18 companies for 5 years from 2014-2018 and were picked up by 7 companies in a row to publish their financial statements. The method used in this data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that: net income has no effect on cash dividends, operating cash flow has no effect on cash dividends, free cash flow has no effect on cash dividends, previous year's cash dividends have an effect on cash dividends.recommendations The company should pay attention to the cash dividend payments in previous years as an independent variable that affects the current year's cash dividend. Because the company will be attractive to shareholders whose preferences are related to dividend payout and stability. Investors want a stable dividend as a source of income embedded in shares that are paid the same amount of dividends every period. For further researchers, it is better to add the number of samples in the observation period of 6 years or 7 years, adding other variables such as Analyzing the relationship between Net profit, Operating Cash Flow with cash dividends, or Effect of accounting profit, cash profit, Free Cash Flow, Operating Cash Flow, leverage and current ratio to cash dividend. and can expand the research sample, not only to manufacturing companies but to more than one type of company.
