Partnership Pattern is a partnership or what is known as syirkah, which is a collaboration between two parties, namely between the Company (Core) and breeders (Plasma). Through this partnership, both parties benefit, the farmers get capital while the company benefits from marketing livestock production and production facilities. The partnership pattern between PT. Ciomas Adistwa with breeders in the poultry farm business in Panca Rijang Sidrap revealed: first, the company facilitated the needs of farmers in terms of availability of production facilities and livestock products, while breeders prepared land, cages and cage equipment in the form of eating places, drinking places, and labor. Second, the contract between PT.Ciomas Adisatwa and the breeders in Panca Rijang Sidrap made a contract in accordance with an agreement agreed between each party. Third, the view of the Islamic economy towards the implementation of the business of broiler breeders in Panca Rijang Sidrap with the company PT.Ciomas Adisatwa, namely in terms of generating profits which are permitted according to Islam with the principle of mutual help to help in the good.

This paper examines the maslahah analysis of practice of determination of the highest price of 3 kg LPG in Panca Lautang, Sidenreng Rappang Regency, consisting of three problems, namely; 1) what is the practice of determination of the highest price of 3 kg LPG in Panca Lautang, Sidenreng Rappang Regency?; 2) how is the effectiveness of Perda No. 12 of 2014 concerning LPG 3 kg in Panca Lautang, Sidenreng Rappang Regency ?; 3) how is the implementation of maslahah values in the practice of setting the highest retail prices of 3 kg LPG in Panca Lautang, Sidenreng Rappang Regency?.This paper uses qualitative research methods. The focus of the study is the determination of the highest price of 3 kg LPG. Location of study in Panca Lautang, Sidenreng Rappang Regency.The results of this study indicate that1) The practice of the determination of the highest price of 3 kg LPG in Panca Lautang, Sidenreng Rappang Regency, was found that Pangkalan still ignored regional regulations, due to several reasons such as transportation costs, capital, and the uncontrolled distribution chain; 2) Effectiveness of Perda No. 12 of 2014 concerning LPG 3 kg in Panca Lautang, Sidenreng Rappang Regency to implement retail prices is considered ineffective even though the Government intends to protect the public from arbitrary prices, and provide guarantees of justice; 3) The implementation of maslahah values in the practice of setting the highest retail price of 3 kg LPG in Panca Lautang, Sidenreng Rappang Regency is legal protection for consumers in setting the highest retail price, fighting for consumers or the poor to get their rights.

The manufacturing industry is showing very promising developments, especially in the aspect of manufacturing value added in the consumer goods sector. Because the products are needed by the wider community. This study aims to analyze how the influence of leverage and profitability on company value, the Food and Beverages Sector Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research method used is descriptive method and verification method. The sampling technique was carried out using the purposive sampling method, and a sample of 14 Sector Food and Beverages Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, in 2015 - 2019. Data analysis used in this study was multiple regression analysis. Statistical test results show that the leverage variable has a relationship with firm value, with a moderate level, while the profitability variable has a very strong relationship with company value. From the results of the research, solvency and profitability have a significant positive effect on firm value. This means that the higher the leverage and profitability, the higher the value of the company. Leverage variables and profitability variables have a significant positive effect on the value of the company, meaning that together the higher the leverage and profitability the higher the value of the company.

This research is a literature review that aims to describe how social services for the elderly in the West Sumatra study are. Institution-based elderly care in West Sumatra is carried out by the Tresna Werdha Social Panti (PSTW) which is managed by both the government and the private sector. Meanwhile, community based care for the elderly can be in the form of the Elderly Social Welfare Institution (LKS). Regarding household-based care for the elderly, it is a form of assistance and care for the elderly at home carried out by the nuclear family. The data analysis technique used is content analysis method. The data sources in this study were journals and articles on care for the elderly in Indonesia. The data presented is data in the form of words that require processing to be concise and systematic). While the writing instrument in this article is a checklist for the classification of writing materials, writing schemes/maps and the format of writing notes
