Abstract

AbstractThe problem taken in this study is "whether there is influence of Proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation training method on split ability. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation training methods on split ability. The population in this study is all students in SMA Negeri 2 Sepauk class XI amounted to 40 people. Sampling in this study using propbability sampling technique is simple random sampling, which amounted to 40 people where 20 people as an experimental class and 20 people as a control class. The method used in this research is experiment with true-experimental design. Data analysis was done by manual and analysis by using t-test. Based on the result of t-test in experiment class, the value of ttest = 6.17 is bigger than T table = 1.73, it means that hypothesis is received, it means there is influence of PNF method to split ability in students of class XI SMAN 2 Sepauk. While t-test results in the control class obtained value of ttest = 0.93 smaller than the value T table = 1.73, meaning the hypothesis is not accepted, means there is no influence in the control group to split. Keywords: PNF, Split.

Abstract

AbstractThe researcher's problem is: at the time of extracurricular activities sepak takraw in SMAN 9 Pontianak found that the students were difficult to determine timming properly when doing smash kedeng, the jump was not maximal and the movement was still rigid, it could be seen when the students got difficulties to do smash kedeng, so the ball was concerned on the net. The purpose of this correlation research is: to determine whether there is a relationship between power and flexibility of leg muscles to the results of smash kedeng and how big the contribution of eachvariable. This research is quantitative descriptive research with correlation research method, there were three variables investigated, those were the power, the flexibility leg muscle and the results of smash kedeng. This correlation research was done by correlation of bivariate and linear regression. The result of research relation of power, flexibility of leg muscle to result of smash kedeng. The results are: (1) there was a power relationship to the results of smash kedeng rcount 0.885 > rtable 0.482 with a contribution of 78.3%. (2) there was correlation of flexibility of leg muscle to result of smash kedeng  rcount 0,836 > rtable 0,482 with contribution 69,9%. (3) there was correlation between power and flexibility of leg muscle to result of smash kedeng rcount 0,708 > rtable 0,482 with contribution 87,1%. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kompetensi pedagogik dan kompetensi profesional guru penjasorkes yang mengajar di SMA Negeri Se-Kabupaten Sekadau. Dalam penelitian  ini metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik kuisioner, sedangkan alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah berupa angket. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Guru pendidikan jasmani SMA se-Kabupaten Sekadau yang berjumlah 10 orang. Hasil penelitian menjunjukan bahwa tingkat kompetensi pedagogik sebanyak 4 orang atau sebesar 40% dan kompetensi profesional guru penjasorkes Sekolah Menengah Atas/sederajat se-Kabupaten Sekadau menunjukan bahwa sebanyak 5 orang atau 50% termasuk dalam kategori sangat tinggi, sedangkan dalam klasifikasi tinggi pada kompetensi pedagogik sebesar 6 orang atau 60% dan kompetensi profesional sebanyak 5 orang atau 50%. Dari data tersebut jika dijumlahkan maka 45% menunjukan sangat tinggi dan 55% tinggi. Hal ini dapat menunjukan bahwa guru penjasorkes yang menjabat sebagai guru Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) yang ada di Kabupaten Sekadau sudah berkualitas dan mampu melaksanakan tugas sesuai dengan profesi dan keahliannya. Kata Kunci : Kompetensi Pedagogik, Kompetensi Profesional   Abstract: This study aims to determine how the pedagogic competence and professional competence penjasorkes teachers who teach in SMA Se-Sekadau. In this research method used is descriptive quantitative method. With the technique of data collection techniques used are questionnaires, while data collection tool used in this study go round in the form of a questionnaire. The population in this study is the high school physical education teacher-Sekadau totaling 10 people. Results of research showing that the level of pedagogical competence as many as four people or by 40% and the professional competence of teachers penjasorkes High School / equivalent se-Sekadau showed that as many as 5 people or 50% included in the category of very high, whereas in the classification of high pedagogical competence of 6 people, or 60% and professional competence as much as 5 or 50%. From these data add up then showed a very high 45% and 55% higher. This may indicate that penjasorkes teacher who serves as professor of Civil Servants (PNS) in Sekadau already qualified and capable of performing the task in accordance with the profession and expertise. Keywords: Pedagogical Competence, Professional Competence

Abstract

AbstractThe problem in this research is whether there is influence of positive reinforcement to learners motivation in SMAN 1 Menyuke District Landak. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of positive reinforcement on learning motivation of learners at SMAN 1 Menyuke District Landak. The method used in this research is experiment with pre experimental design. The population in this study were all students of class XI at SMAN 1 Menyuke which amounted to 143 and the sample in this study were students of class XI IPA 2 which amounted to 35 with sampling technique using purposive sampling technique that is sample determination technique with certain consideration, such as from observations and observations that researchers do, the motivation to learn learners in following the lesson and learners are not motivated to follow the subjects penjaskes. Data analysis with computerized system and analysis by using t-test. The results showed pretest value of 0.76> 0.05 and posttest value of 0.103> 0.05. Data analysis obtained ttest value with difference of pretest and posttes value is 26,18 with value p value 0,000 <0,05 then Ho rejected and Ha accepted mean there is influence or improvement from motivation learners learners at SMAN 1 Menyuke after given Positive Reinforcement treatment.Keyword: Positive Reinforcement, Learning Motivation Learners.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh permainan kucing-kucingan dan metode drill terhadap hasil belajar passing kaki bagian dalam permainan sepak bola pada peserta didik kelas VIII  SMPN 2 Sungai Raya Kabupaten Kubu Raya. Metode yang digunakan ialah penelitian deskriptif. Populasi peserta didik kelas VIII sebanyak 248 orang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik random sampel, sejumlah 72 peserta didik. Analisis data dengan analisis uji beda anova. Hasil penelitian diketahui taraf peningkatan penerapan mean prettest metode bermain adalah 16,3333 dan posttest 19,2917, sedangkan prettest metode drill 16,7083 dan posttest 18,8333, dan prettest kelompok kontrol 16,2083 sedangkan pada posttest kelompok kontrol 16,9583. Adapun persentase perbandingan penerapan  passing kaki bagian dalam permainan sepak bola metode  bermain sebesar 17,18%, metode drill 12,7% dan kelompok control 4,66%. Kata Kunci: Sepak Bola, Kucing-kucingan dan Drill Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine whether there are significant game of cat and mouse and method of passing drills on learning outcomes leg in a football game on the learner class VIII SMPN 2 Kubu Raya Sungai Raya. The method used is descriptive research. The population of students of class VIII as many as 248 people. Sampling using random samples, some 72 learners. Data were analyzed using ANOVA different test analysis. The survey results revealed the level of increase in the application of the method mean prettest play was 16.3333 and 19.2917 posttest, whereas prettest drill method and posttest 16.7083 18.8333 and 16.2083 prettest control group while the control group posttest 16.9583. As for the application of the comparative percentage passing leg in a football game play method amounted to 17.18%, 12.7% drill method and the control group was 4.66%. Abstract

Abstract:The problem in this research can be whether through plastic ball The problem of this study is whether there is an increase in service learning down through playing catch-throws on grade V students of State Elementary School 36 Serimbang Landak. The purpose of this research is to know the improvement of service learning down through playing catch-throw. The method used in this research is descriptive method with research type that is class action research. Subjects in the study were teachers collaborating with students that is as many as 30 students. The first cycle there is a result of completeness by the number of 12 students or by 40% and students who have not completed 18 students or 60%. While the second cycle there are student results with complete category with all students graduated amounted to 30 students or 100% and not complete 0 or none.Keywords: Service  down, throwing catch

Abstract

Abstrak: Rumusan permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah “apakah terjadi peningkatan koordinasi mata tangan pada permainan bola kasti peserta didik kelas B tunarungu SMP Luar Biasa Dharma Asih Pontianak dengan permainan lempar tangkap bola kecil. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Subjek penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas B tunarungu  Sekolah Dharma Asih Pontianak jumlah sampel sebanyak 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukan peningkatan sebesar 8% pada akhir siklus II. Sedangkan pada siklus I tidak terjadi peningkatan. Jumlah peserta didik yang mendapat nilai kriteria sangat baik pada tes awal dan siklus I  sampai siklus II tidak ada (0%) Jumlah peserta didik kriteria nilai baik yang semula pada tes awal tidak ada (0%), pada siklus II meningkat menjadi  8%. Jumlah peserta didik yang mendapat kriteria cukup pada sikuls I adalah 0%, pada siklus II sebanyak 28%. Sedangkan untuk kategori nilai kurang pada siklus  I tidak ada atau 0%, pada siklus II sebanyak 28%. Pada kategori amat kurang pada siklus I terdapat 100%  dan pada siklus II 36%. Kata Kunci : Koordinasi, Tunarungu, Bola Kasti Abstract: The formulation of problem in this research is "whether an increase hand-eye coordination to play baseball learners class B junior deaf Extraordinary Dharma Asih Pontianak to catch a small ball throwing game. The method used was classroom action research. Subjects were students of class B Dharma Asih Deaf School Pontianak total sample peelitian 25. The results showed an increase of 8% at the end of the second cycle. While in the first cycle is not increased. The number of students who scored criteria very well in initial tests and the first cycle to the second cycle no (0%) Number of students criteria for a good value that was originally in early tests no (0%), on the second cycle increased to 8%. Number of students who received sufficient criteria on sikuls I is 0%, the second cycle as much as 28%. As for the category of less value in the first cycle does not exist or 0%, in the second cycle as much as 28%.
