Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripisikan dan menganalisis manajemen kerjasama smk jurusan seni musik dengan dunia usaha/dunia industri dalam meningkatkan prospek kerja lulusan di SMK Negeri 12 surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan rancangan penelitian studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Uji keabsahan data yang dilakukan meliputi uji kredibilitas terdiri dari peningkatan ketekunan, triangulasi, dan membercheck; transferabilitas penyajian hasil penelitian dilakukan secara rinci, jelas, sistematis, dan dapat dipercaya; dependabilitas menggunakan analisis deskriptif oleh, serta uji konfirmabilitas. Teknik analisis data meliputi kondensasi, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) perencanaan kerjasama dengan DU/DI menjelang kegiatan program prakerin dan UKK, Ketua Jurusan Seni Musik merencanakan untuk menjalin kerjasama dengan DU/DI yang berkutat di bidang musik misalnya saja studio rekaman, home recording, ataupun Lembaga kursus dalam program prakerin dan UKK; 2) pelaksanannya menjelang kegiatan program prakerin, Ketua Jurusan Seni Musik dan guru-gurunya menampung segala relasi berupa DU/DI yang sebagian besar dari siswa dan juga relasi yang dari sekolah. Ketua Jurusan Seni Musik dan Wakil Bidang Humas saling berintegrasi dengan mengirimkan perwakilan dari guru pembimbing untuk melakukan survey, serta surat berisi MoU yang harus dibalas oleh pihak DU/DI sebagai peresmian program kerjasama; 3) Setiap akhir ajaran baru evaluasi dilakukan oleh semua pihak khususnya tentang citra Jurusan Seni Musik di lingkungan luar; 4) usaha yang dilakukan, yaitu dengan memberikan kebebasan kepada siswa untuk mencari sendiri DU/DI tempat kegiatan prakerin mereka. Tidak lupa juga dari kegiatan tersebut guru-guru Jurusan Seni Musik membimbing siswa di dalam kelas tentang prospek kerja yang terbuka sesuai dengan kompetensi dan situasi, serta kondisi DU/DI saat ini. Kata Kunci : manajemen, kerjasama Abstract This study aims to describe and analyze the management of junior high school music collaboration with the business world / industry in improving the employment prospects of graduates in Surabaya. This study used a qualitative approach with a case study research design. Data collection techniques are carried out by interview, observation, and documentation study. The validity test of the data carried out includes the credibility test consisting of an increase in perseverance, triangulation, and memberchecks; transferability of the presentation of research results in a detailed, clear, systematic and reliable manner; dependability includes audits by supervisors; and confirmability test. Data analysis techniques include condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study show that 1) in its planning ahead of the internship and UKK program activities, the Chair of the Music Arts Department plans to establish cooperation with Industrial sectors who are engaged in music such as recording studios, home recording, or institutes of courses in internship and UKK; 2) in the implementation of the program ahead of the apprenticeship program, the Chairperson of the Music Arts Department and his teachers accommodate all relations in the form of Industrial Sector which are mostly from students and also from the school. The Chairperson of the Music Arts Department and the Public Relations Representative are mutually integrated by sending representatives from the supervisor to conduct the survey, as well as a letter containing the MoU that must be replied by the Industrial Sector as the inauguration of the cooperation program; 3) Every end of the new teaching evaluation is carried out by all parties with the spotlight being the image of the Department of Music Arts in the outside environment; 4) efforts are made, namely by giving freedom to students to search for their own Industrial Sector where their internship activities are. Not to forget also from the activity the Music Arts Department teachers guide students in the class about the prospects for open work in accordance with their competencies and situations, as well as current the industrial conditions.
