<![CDATA[It is hoped that this research can determine how much influence Salary and Work Inspiration have on the Implementation of City Representatives in the Ciampea Region. This kind of exploratory strategy is a quantitative technique. The instruments used in this study are important information obtained from the survey and optional information from the Ciampea area profile connection. The population in this study are sub-area workers and cities in the Ciampea region. Tests in this study using a quantitative strategy with an example of 50 respondents.
