Abstract

Based on theoretical studies, the variable arm muscle power is an important factor of physical condition in supporting badminton smash skills. This study aims to determine the correlation between arm muscle power and badminton smash skills. This research uses a quantitative approach with correlational research type. The research sample consisted of 73 people who were selected from physical Serambi Mekkah University, Banda Aceh. The research instruments used for each varibale were: arm muscle power using the shot put test instrument, while for badminton smash skills using a process and result test developed by the author himself, the data analysis stages consisted of calculating the mean, standard deviation.. The stages of data analysis carried out were the calculation of the average, standard deviation, determination of the t score, calculation of the correlation and the t test to determine the significance of the correlation between variables. Based on the analysis of research data, The correlation between arm muscle power and badminton smash skills is (r = 0.88. which means that there is a significant correlation between arm muscle power and badminton smash skills. Based on the calculation of the coefficient of determination, it was also found that arm muscle power contributed 78.68% to badminton smash skills.

Abstract

Football skills are one of the fundamental aspects that must be possessed by football players. In addition, to support football skills, football players must be equipped with the ability to be in good physical condition. Based on theoretical studies, movement in football is dominated by dynamic movements so that dynamic balance is one of the important aspects in supporting football skills. This study aims to determine the relationship between dynamic balance and football skills. This study uses a quantitative approach to the type of correlational research. The population of this study was the Junior Players of the Persati Aceh Tamiang Club, totaling 36 athletes (total sampling). The data collection techniques were as follows: (1) dynamic balance using the "Modified Bass Balance Test", (2) football skills were measured using David Lee test. Data analysis was carried out using simple correlation analysis techniques and multiple correlations. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that: (1) there is a significant relationship between dynamic balance and football skills (r= 0.65), and dynamic balance contributes 42.25% to football skills

Football is a very popular sport in indonesia. Management is an important aspect in the organization of a football club. This study aims to determine the extent of the application of management functions in a football club. This study uses a qualitative research design with the type of case study research that aims to find out and find as much information as possible and an overview of the management of a football club. The subjects in this study were all components of the PSGL Gayo Lues club, namely club owners, coaches and football players. The data in this study were obtained based on the output of observational interviews, while secondary data were obtained through archives, documents, photos of activities and others. Data analysis consists of four components, namely: data collection, data reduction, data presentation or display, drawing conclusions or conclution drawings. Based on the results of the research and description of the data, it can be concluded based on the management functions as follows: (1) the planning function can be carried out properly in a football club management, the football club must have a Memorandum & Article of Association, (2) The organizing function will be carried out if the human resources in the football club organization have met the qualifications and competencies needed in an organization, (3)The actuating function will be carried out well if the leadership at the club can play an optimal role so that there will be a principle of leadership hierarchy, (4). Abstract

This study aims to describe the application of e-learning in improving students' understanding of earthquake disaster preparedness. This study used a quasi-experimental design with an equivalent time series type. The research sample was taken of grade 10 Senior High School 5 Banda Aceh with a non-probability sampling method. The stage of this research is that students are given a pre-test to see their initial level of understanding before being given a treatment, then students are given a treatment in the form of earthquake preparedness learning through the e learning model. the understanding of students after participating in learning with the e learning model has increased by 14.44 %. As for the n-gain value is 0.54 (moderate criteria), the N-gain value indicates that learning with the e-learning model is effective in improving students' understanding of earthquake disaster preparedness. based on research data analysis it was seen that students' understanding of earthquake disaster preparedness had increased compared to before. Meanwhile, related to the effectiveness of learning, based on data analysis, it was found that learning earthquake disaster preparedness using the e-learning model was effective in increasing students' understanding of earthquake disaster preparedness.

Abstract

Abstract

Pregnancy exercise is a motion exercise therapy given to pregnant women to prepare themselves both physically and mentally to face and prepare for a fast, safe and spontaneous delivery. Knowledge of psychological pregnancy exercise can also help smooth delivery of pregnant women. This study aims to determine the relationship between understanding of pregnancy exercise skills and the smoothness of the normal delivery process. This study uses a quantitative approach to the type of correlational research. The population and sample in this study were mothers who had faced labor between January and June 2022 at the Syamlatira Public Health Center. The technique of dqata analysis uses Bivariate Analysis which aims to see the relationship between the Independent variable (pregnancy exercise) and the dependent variable (delivery process) by looking at the p value < 0.005. The results of the analysis using the chi-square test can be seen in table 4. Based on the results of the chi-square test analysis, the value of value = 0.000 (<0.05) means that there is a relationship between pregnancy exercise and the smoothness of the normal delivery process in pregnant women
