Abstract

One of the officers who served as a supporter of the implementation of the administration was Civil Service Police Unit (municipal police). Civil Service Police Unit (municipal police) was a device that assisted local governments in the implementation of regional heads running of the government and as a guard or vanguard in the field of public peace and order. To assist in the establishment of the local regulations and implementation of public order and peace of the community formed Civil Service Police Unit (municipal police). Abstract

Law No. 32 of 2004 on Local Government and Government Regulation No. 6 of 2010 on the Civil Service Police Unit has mandated that Public Protection is obligatory under the authority of both the Provincial and Local Government District and the City. On Government Regulation No. 6 of 2010 on the Civil Service Police Unit that requirements to be appointed as Municipal Police are civil servants, but in the province of Riau Islands Civil Service Police Unit number is still much that is not civil servant status. On Government Regulation No. 6 of 2010 on the Civil Service Police Unit that Article 16 point a that the requirements to be appointed as Municipal Police are civil servants, which Civil Service Police Unit has the task of enforcing local laws, organizing public order and peace and the protection of society, but to carry out this task Municipal Police Units are often contradictory and conflicted with the community. Civil Service Police Unit has the task of helping the head area as Regional Regulatory enforcement to create a serene area conditions, and orderly. Legal remedy solving problems where the Civil Service Police Unit of the police human resources of the Civil Service has had Permendagri 38 of 2010 on the Civil Service Training police, merging function that refers Satlinmas Regulation No. 6 of 2010 on the civil service and police force Regional Government only raised police members of the Civil Service only for the status of Civil Servants.

Abstract

The technology development in every aspects, in fact the crime was also developing itself, known as cyber crime or the crime by using internet networking. On sell and buy transaction via Online actually it was not missed from the cyber crime.The research problem that would be discuss was (1) how was the implementation of ITE Law against sell-buy transaction fraud by internet in Batam, (2) the problem on implementation of ITE Law against sell-buy transaction fraud by internet in Batam, and (3) what was the best solution to handle sell-buy transaction fraud by internet problem in Batam.This research was using descriptive methode by using normative approach (legal research) to got secondary data and juridic approach (sociologic juridic), to got primary data by field research.According to the research result, ITE Law had been implemented against sell-buy transaction fraud by internet in Batam. The problem that faced by Batam Police Investigator on implementing ITE Law against sell-buy transaction fraud by internet, such ITE Laws was not too clear regulate criminal provisions for the person that had done fraud via internet.The best solution on handling the obstacle to implement ITE Law in Batam was there were need some socialization to all citizens componens to report case against sell-buy transaction fraud by internet in Batam to police. Also needed equipments that useful and a competent human resources to searched the people that done sell-buy transaction fraud by internet in Batam.

Abstract

The study aims to review and analyze the effectiveness of the application of the legislation – Act No. 4 of 1996 on the rights of the Legal Protection Against Creditors Dependents In Execution.The research method used was the normative research. The results showed the form of legal protection the certificate holder's rights of creditors against the debtor who did a dependent resistance time collateral was executed was a dependent Right certificate and certificate Rights over land.The occurrence of nonperforming loans or credit problems are generally caused by the global economic downturn are having an impact on inflation and the weakening of the business sector in addition to other factor was not assessed debtors character cooperative.

Abstract

Any company run their business activities in the filed and related to the natural resoucers filed is required to conduct the environmental and social responsibility. Particulary the Natural resoucers explotations done by mining companies often causing the environment degradation and by not giving any attention to the social aspects at the surrounding of the company. This research is using the Law of Social Research Methods.Result and discussion. Social responsibility and environmenttal implementation will be applied properly if the government and the social and environmental responsibility program are done in synergies, and the funds can be an alternative for financing the program in support of the non budgeting financing. The conclusion is, government regulation no 47 year 2012 has been implemented in Kabupaten Karimun by using the concept of community development. Suggestion is to done the revision for the government regulation no 47 year 2012 to regulate and reinformce the provisions on the sanctions, establish regulations applicable in general, and to form the local government regulation or PERDA governing the social and environmental responsibility that suit to local needs at Kabupaten Karimun.

Abstract

This study to analyze Undang-Undang No. 13 Year 2003 about Employment to organize the labors in order to support the investment at Batam City. This research used juridical sociological law framework. The research showed that the labors wage system at Batam City was adapted to the appropriate living standard at Batam City. The minimum wages at Batam City increased regularly and gave a negative impact in investment climate at Batam City because foreign companies had to pay a high value of wages. Because of that, the solution offered to Batam City government was to create a safe environment and stable labors wage.
