This activity started from data from the Bethel research center, the GBI Synod which conducted research in May-June 2020 throughout Indonesia. Surprisingly 64% of the total GBI officials are experiencing economic hardship. Based on this need, the Department of Mission and Tribal Church Planting was neglected by the GBI synod, in collaboration with the Community Service Team (PkM) of STT Real Batam, which took the initiative to hold a national webinar. The purpose of this assistance is to improve the skills of God's servants in procuring daily needs and increase the knowledge of pioneering servants of God or pastors in the mission field for economic strengthening in the context of independent mission services. The method used is debriefing by practitioners in their respective fields, workshops, questions and answers, discussions. Even though this activity is carried out zooming in on the pandemic, this activity has a very positive impact on God's servants in growing an interest in being independent from finance. In carrying out this community service activity for God's servants, pioneers, and spearheads of service, it is carried out through sustainable missionomic webinars.Keywords: economy; servant of God; Skills; accompaniment; sustainable missionomic AbstrakKegiatan ini bermula dari data pusat penelitian Bethel, Sinode GBI yang melakukan penelitian pada bulan Mei-Juni 2020 di seluruh Indonesia. Sangat mengejutkan 64% dari total pejabat GBI mengalami kesulitan ekonomi. Berdasarkan kebutuhan itu, maka Departmen Misi dan Penanaman Gereja Suku terabaikan sinode GBI bekerjasama dengan Tim Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) STT Real Batam berinisiatif mengadakan webinar nasional. Tujuan dari pendampingan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan ketrampilan hamba Tuhan dalam pengadaan kebutuhan hari-hari dan menambah pengetahuan para hamba Tuhan perintis atau gembala di ladang misi untuk penguatan ekonomi dalam rangka pelayanan misi mandiri. Metode yang digunakan adalah pembekalan oleh praktisi di bidang masing-masing, workshop, tanya jawab, diskusi. Sekalipun aktifitas ini dilakukan secara zooming pada pandemi, namun kegiatan ini sangat berdampak positif kepada hamba Tuhan dalam menumbuhkan minat mandiri dari keuangan. Dalam melakukan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini terhadap hamba Tuhan, perintis, dan ujung tombak pelayanan, dilaksanakan melalui webinar suistainable missionomic.Kata kunci: ekonomi; hamba Tuhan; keterampilan; pendampingan; sustainable missionomic

The global COVID-19 pandemic has caused churches to change their worship patterns from meeting at church buildings to virtual worship at home to prevent transmission of the virus and comply with the health protocols set by the local governments. This study aims to determine the priority of the pastoral ministry during the COVID-19 pandemic and explore new strategies to be adopted analyze and examine the functions of the church, especially with regards to how the church responds previously during the pandemic and determines the priority of the church's ministry to continue to do the Great Commission and the Great Commandment amid the COVID-19 pandemic. This study uses the descriptive qualitative method by researching relevant literature using Biblical perspective. Based on this study, we recommend that churches to embrace digital online technology for digital evangelism to effectively reach, connect and engage with many people who are more connecting to social media platforms. Online church is an effective tool for evangelism and missiology to extend the reach and enable the spread of the Gospel worldwide in the digital era. ABSTRAK: Pandemi global COVID-19 telah menyebabkan gereja-gereja untuk mengubah pola ibadahnya dari yang dilakukan di gedung gereja kepada pola ibadah virtual di rumah, sebagai upaya untuk mencegah transmisi virus dan mengikuti protokol-protokol kesehatan yang telah ditetapkan oleh pemerintah setempat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa dan menggali apa yang menjadi fungsi dari gereja, khususnya berkaitan dengan pertanyaan apa yang menjadi sikap gereja sebelumnya ketika diperhadapkan dengan pandemi dan untuk mengetahui akan apa yang menjadi prioritas pelayanan gereja untuk tetap dapat melakukan apa yang menjadi Perintah Utama dan Amanat Agung di masa COVID-19 pandemi. Metode yang digunakan bersifat kualitatif deskriptif melalui penelitian terhadap berbagai literatur yang relevan dengan menggunakan perspektif Alkitab. Berdasarkan penelitian ini, kami merekomendasikan gereja-gereja untuk memanfaatkan teknologi digital untuk dapat menjangkau, terhubung dan terlibat secara efektif dengan banyak orang yang sekarang menggunakan platform media sosial. Gereja online adalah alat yang efektif untuk melakukan pekabaran Injil dan misiologi untuk memperluas jangkauan penyebaran Injil ke seluruh dunia di era digital.

Abstract In the realization of the implementation of the Great Commission of Christ, the church, apart from preaching or evangelizing, the church also performs discipleship or is often referred to as teaching new souls and their congregations. A church that has experienced the benefits of the discipleship process will surely grow in the spiritual quality of its congregation. The effect of the benefits that can be seen is that someone who has followed the process of discipleship, that person will certainly grow his spiritual life towards spiritual maturity. Spiritual maturity is very important for believers so that their lives truly reflect the character of Christ. Christians who have reached the spiritual maturity stage will have a strong and solid faith amidst the onslaught of the influence of misleading teachings (false gospels) and amidst the challenges of the storms of life during the Covid-19 pandemic and have a heart's desire to serve God with love faithful so that many new souls are brought to Christ. Through this paper, the author will invite readers to find out what effective steps for discipleship will be during the Covid-19 pandemic?

History records that there are several systems of Church government namely: First, the system of government of the Episcopal Church; second, The system of government of the Presbyterian Church; third, the system of government of the Congregational Church; Fourth, There is no system of Church government. All its management activities move by relying on the Holy Spirit. P there was a session of the GBI Synod in 2021 which it was stated that the Indonesian Bethel Church (GBI) stated that it adheres to the system of government of the Synodal Pastoral Church. The system of government of the Synodal Pastoral Church is a system of Church government that gives autonomous rights to the pastors of the congregation to administer their local Church. What is the biblical basis of the Synodal Pastoral Church's system of government? It is this policy that has implications for the decision of the pastors of the local Church congregation to remain faithful to join this GBI synod until its old age because its leadership can be passed on to the next generation in accordance with the expectations of the pastors of the local Church congregation. With the loyalty of the congregational pastors, it will lead to the enlargement of the second largest GBI synod in Indonesia. Sejarah mencatat ada beberapa sistem pemerintahan Gereja yaitu: Pertama, Sistem pemerintahan Gereja Episkopal; kedua, Sistem pemerintahan Gereja Presbiterian; ketiga, sistem pemerintahan Gereja Kongregasional; Keempat, Tidak ada sistem pemerintahan Gereja. Semua aktifitas manajemennya bergerak dengan mengandalkan Roh Kudus. Pada sidang Sinode GBI tahun 2021 yang lalu telah dicetuskan bahwa Gereja Bethel Indonesia (GBI) menyatakan menganut sistem pemerintahan Gereja Pastoral Sinodal. Sistem pemerintahan Gereja Pastoral Sinodal adalah sistem pemerintahan Gereja yang memberikan hak otonom kepada para gembala sidang untuk mengelola Gereja lokalnya. Bagaimanakah landasan Alkitab sistem pemerintahan Gereja Pastoral Sinodal? Kebijakan inilah yang berimplikasi kepada keputusan para gembala sidang Gereja lokal untuk tetap setia bergabung dalam sinode GBI ini hingga masa tuanya karena kepemimpinannya dapat diturunkan kepada generasi selanjutnya yang sesuai dengan harapan gembala sidang Gereja lokal. Dengan adanya kesetiaan para gembala sidang maka akan berujung pada pembesaran sinode GBI terbesar kedua di Indonesia.

Ectogenesis technology, where the process of pregnancy can occur outside the human body through the use of an artificial womb, raises the question of whether the use of artificial wombs is in line with the concept of God's Womb Theology, as humans are created to reflect God's presence over this world. This study explores the theological construction of God's mercy to gain a Biblical perspective on the existence of Ectogenesis technology currently being developed. The study employs a qualitative method by conducting a literature review to find answers. Based on the conducted study, it is found that the existence of artificial wombs is not in harmony with the concept of God’s Womb Theology. The planned use of artificial intelligence in these artificial wombs does not reflect the character and power of God, which are manifested through the natural process of pregnancy within the human womb. This research aims to enable Christians to hold a firm and unified stance in responding to the existence of Ectogenesis technology while also contributing thoughtful insights to other academic disciplines. This is because the reproduction process is intertwined with God's presence as the Creator.AbstrakTeknologi Ektogenesis di mana proses kehamilan dapat terjadi di luar tubuh manusia melalui penggunaan rahim buatan menimbulkan pemikiran apakah penggunaan rahim buatan ini selaras dengan teologi kerahiman Allah, karena manusia diciptakan untuk merefleksikan keberadaan Allah atas dunia ini. Penelitian ini melakukan kajian konstruksi teologis kerahiman Allah untuk mendapatkan tinjauan Alkitab terhadap keberadaan teknologi Ektogenesis yang saat ini tengah dikembangkan. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan melakukan kajian literatur untuk dapat menemukan jawaban. Berdasarkan kajian yang dilakukan ditemukan bahwa keberadaan rahim buatan tidak selaras dengan teologi kerahiman Allah, di mana rahim buatan yang juga direncanakan akan menggunakan kecerdasan buatan dalam pelaksanaannya tidak merefleksikan karakter dan kuasa Allah yang terwujud melalui proses kehamilan di dalam kandungan manusia. Melalui penelitian ini diharapkan agar umat Kristen bisa memiliki sikap yang tegas dan solid dalam menanggapi keberadaan teknologi Ektogenesis ini serta memberikan sumbangan pemikiran bagi bidang disiplin ilmu lainnya sebab proses reproduksi merupakan proses yang terintegrasi dengan keberadaan Allah sebagai Sang Pencipta.
