Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat kelayakan multimedia interaktif pada sub materi anatomi daun kelas XI SMA. Bentuk penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan instrumen validasi. Validator yang dipilih terdiri atas 3 orang ahli materi dan 3 orang ahli media. Data kemudian dianalisis dengan mengacu pada teknik analisis milik Khabibah. Hasil validasi menunjukkan bahwa multimedia interaktif anatomi daun layak digunakan dengan rata-rata total skor validasi oleh ahli materi 3,72 (valid) dan ahli media 3,28 (valid), namun perlu perbaikan pada beberapa bagiannya. Kata kunci: Anatomi daun, jaringan tumbuhan, multimedia interaktif Abstract: This research aimed to determine the feasibility of interactive multimedia on sub matter leaf anatomy grade XI SMA. This research was a descriptive study, data collection were done by using validation instruments. The validator were consisted of 3 matter expert and 3 media expert. Data were analyzed using Khabibah  analysis technique. Validation results showed the interactive multimedia was feasible to be used with total score by matter expert 3,72 (valid) and media expert 3,28 (valid) with improvement on some of its parts. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model kooperatif disertai pembuatan diagram roundhouse terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada materi virus di kelas X SMAN6 Pontianak. Bentuk penelitian adalah Quasi Eksperimental Design dengan rancangan Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Sampel penelitian ini adalah X MIA 2 (kelas eksperimen) dan kelas X MIA 3 (kelas kontrol). Instrumen yang digunakan berupa tes pilihan ganda yang berjumlah 20 butir. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh skor rata-rata hasil posttest siswa kelas eksperimen adalah14,53, sedangkan kelas control adalah 12,53. Berdasarkan uji U-Mann Whitney diperoleh Z hitung < -Z tabel yaitu sebesar -3,91< -1,96 yang berarti terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar siswa yang diajarkan dengan model kooperatif disertai pembuatan diagram roundhouse dengan yang diajarkan menggunakan model konvensional. Berdasarkan perhitungan EffectSize, didapati nilai 1,10 dengan kriteria tergolong tinggi. Model kooperatif disertai pembuatan diagram roundhouse memberikan kontribusi sebesar 36,43% terhadap hasil belajar. Kata kunci: Model Kooperatif, Diagram Roundhouse,Hasil Belajar Abstract: The purpose of this researchto know the influenceof cooperative modelwith roundhouse diagramtoward study result atvirusmaterial for students in gradeX SMAN 6Pontianak. This researchusedquasy experimental with nonequivalent control group design. The samples were X MIA 2 (experimental class)and X MIA 3 (control class). The instrument that has been used is multiple choices consisted of 20 items. Based on the research result, the average of posttest result of experimental class was 14,53, where as the control class got 12,53. Based on U Mann Whitney test, it got Zcount<Ztable(-3,91<  -1,96)which shows that there is a difference of study result between the students that taught by cooperativemodel with roundhouse diagram  and conventional model. Based on the effect sizeresult, it got score 1,10 with high criteria. Cooperativemodelwith roundhouse  diagram contributing 36,43% toward the study result. Abstract

Abstrak:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Numbered Head Together (NHT)terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada materi gerak tumbuhan di kelas VIII SMP Maniamas Ngabang. Bentuk penelitian adalah quasi eksperimental design dengan rancangan nonequivalent control group design. Sampel penelitian adalah kelas VIIIB(eksperimen) dan kelas VIIID(kontrol), teknik pengambilan sampel dengan intact group. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa tes pilihan ganda berjumlah 20 butir. Rata-rata skor hasil belajarsiswa pada kelas eksperimen yang diajar dengan model pembelajaran NHT adalah 14,91, sedangkan pada kelas kontrol dengan model konvensional adalah 13,26. Berdasarkan hasil analisis UMann-Whitney menunjukkan bahwa Zhitung < -Ztabel (-2,34< -1,96), sehingga disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar siswa yang diajar dengan model NHT dan model konvensional. Nilai effect size yang diperoleh 0,49 termasuk dalam kategori sedang dan model NHT memberikan pengaruh sebesar 18,79% terhadap hasil belajar siswa SMP. Abstract: This study aims to find out the effects of cooperative learning model of Numbered Head Together (NHT) towards study resultat the topic of plant movement for students grade VIII SMP Maniamas Ngabang. The study used quasi experimental design with nonequivalent control group design. Samples of research were VIIIB (experimental) and VIIID(control). The samples were taken through the intact group. The instrument was a multiple choice test with 20 items. The average score of student?s study result in the experimental class taught using NHT model was 14,91, while in the control class with a conventional model was 13,26. The analysis of U Mann-Whitney indicated that Zcount<-Ztable(-2,34 <-1,96), so there were differences in student?s study result using the NHT with conventional model. The effect size score was 0,49 includes as moderate category and NHT model gives 18,79% as an effect towards SMP student?s study result. Abstract

This research aims to improve learning achievement and students activities in biology at the organization of life material using the cooperative model picture and picture aided handout. The form of this research is classroom action research, which consists of three cycles with the planning, action, observation and reflection. The result of research showed which has an improvement of passing grade between cycle 1, 2 and 3 were 7.14% and 14.28%. And which has an improvement of student activities between cycle 1, 2 and 3 were 2.73% dan 13.63%. The implementation of cooperative learning model of picture and picture-aided handout can be an alternative learning school biology because it can improve learning achievement and students activities.Keywords: cooperative model picture and picture aided handout, learning achievement, students activities

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui minat baca siswa kelas VIII SMP Santo Fransiskus Asisi Pontianak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan bentuk penelitian survei. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 119 siswa yang terdiri dari 42 siswa kelas VIII A, 37 siswa kelas VIII B, dan 40 siswa kelas VIII C. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah angket tertutup dan wacana yang disertai dengan enam butir soal. Analisis angket menggunakan skala Likert. Analisis angket menunjukkan bahwa siswa memiliki minat baca dalam kategori kuat dengan rata-rata sebesar 65,75%. Siswa memiliki pemahaman yang rendah dalam menjawab soal wacana dampak kebakaran hutan terhadap fotosintesis yaitu dengan rata-rata nilai sebesar 33,77. Kata kunci: deskripsi, minat baca siswa, fotosintesis. Abstract: This study aims to find out the reading interest of class VIII students of Junior High School (SMP) Santo Fransiskus Asisi Pontianak. The research method used was descriptive in the form of survey. The subjects in this research were 119 students consisting of 42 students of class A, 37 students of class B, and 40 students of class C. The instrument used was a closed questionnaire and a passage with six question items. Likert scale was used to analyze the questionnaire. The analysis of the questionnaire indicated that students had a high reading interest with an average of 65.75%. Students had a low comprehension in answering the questions of the passage on the impact of forest fires on photosynthesis that is with an average score of 33.77. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur kelayakan flipbook tumbuhan obat di Desa Penyuguk Kabupaten Melawi sebagai media pembelajaran pada sub materi manfaat keanekaragaman hayati di kelas X SMA. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Media flipbook divalidasi oleh dua orang dosen program studi pendidikan Biologi FKIP Untan dan tiga orang guru Biologi kelas X SMA di tiga sekolah yang ada di Kabupaten Melawi. Penilaian lembar validasi menggunakan skala likert dan perhitungan berdasarkan rumus Yamasari. Berdasarkan penilaian validator, media flipbook termasuk ke dalam kategori valid dengan nilai rata-ratatotal validasi 3,52 dan layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran pada sub materi manfaat keanekaragaman hayati. Kata kunci: kelayakan, flipbook, keanekaragaman hayati, minat, kepentingan, keuntungan, ragam faedah.  Abstract: The research aimed to measure feasibility of medicinal plant flipbook in Penyuguk Village Melawi Regency for learning media in the submaterial of biodiversity in Senior High School Class Grade X. It was quantitative research with descriptive method. Flipbook validated by two lecturers of Biology Education Program, FKIP, Tanjungpura University and three Biology teachers of SMA clss X in there schools in the Melawi Regency. Validation sheet used a likert scale and calculation was based on Yamasari formulae. Based on validation test, flipbook was categorized valid with the score average was 3,52 and it was feasible as learning media in submaterial of biodiversity. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing terhadap keterampilan proses sains (KPS) siswa pada sub materi Spermatophyta di kelas X SMA Negeri 8 Pontianak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Quasy Experimental Design, dengan rancangan penelitian nonequivalent control group design. Sampel penelitian adalah kelas X MIA 2 (kelas eksperimen) dan kelas X MIA 4 (kelas kontrol) tahun ajaran 2015/2016. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa tes pilihan ganda yang berjumlah 30 soal. Hasil analisis menunjukkan rata-rata KPS siswa yang diajar menggunakan pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing sebesar 22,42, lebih tinggi bila dibandingkan dengan rata-rata KPS yang diajar menggunakan pembelajaran langsung sebesar 19,37. Dari uji U Mann Whitney, diperoleh -Zhitung < -Ztabel yaitu -2,92 < -1,96 artinya terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara KPS yang diajarkan menggunakan pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing dengan yang diajarkan menggunakan pembelajaran langsung pada sub materi Spermatophyta di kelas X SMA Negeri 8 Pontianak. Kata Kunci: Inkuiri Terbimbing, Keterampilan Proses Sains, Spermatophyta Abstract: This research was aimed at knowing the effects of the model of guided-inquiry towards students’ science process skills in the sub-material of Spermatophyte in grade X at SMA Negeri 8 Pontianak. The research method was quasy-experimental with non-equivalent control group design. Samples were class X MIA 2 (experimental group) and class X MIA 4 (control group) the school year 2015/2016. The instruments was thirty multiple choice tests. After given the treatment of guided-inquiry, the mean scores of students’ science process skills tests reached 22, 42 while after given the treatment direct instruction was 19,37. Based on U Mann Whitney test, obtained -Zcount < -Ztable i.e -2,92 < -1,96 which means that there were significant distinction of students’ science process skills between students who were taught using guided-inquiry and direct instruction in the sub-material of Spermatophyte in grade X at SMA Negeri 8 Pontianak. Abstract

AbstractThis study aimed to determine the feasibility of leaflet making of ginger syrup (Zingiber officinale) as a learning medium on sub chapter the role of plants in economics class X high school. This research was a descriptive research. The data were collected using a validation instrument. Validation was done by 5 validator, 2 validator was a lecturer of biology education, while 3 other validator was a biology teacher of class X high school using the 2013 curriculum in Pontianak city. The result of  leaflet validation with 14 criteria obtained CVI value equal to 0.99 in accordance with minimum CVI value of Lawshe for 5 validator the value of 0.99. So that media leaflet was categorized valid and declared feasible as learning media on sub chapter role of plants in economics class X high school.  Keywords:  leaflet, ginger syrup, role of plants in economics class X high  school

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji kelayakan flipbook sub materi upaya pencegahan pencemaran udara sebagai media pembelajaran kelas X SMA. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif. Penelitian ini terdiri dari tiga tahap yaitu tahap pembuatan, perbaikan, dan validasi media flipbook. Validasi media flipbook dilakukan melalui dua tahap. Tahap pertama validasi flipbook dilakukan dengan memvalidasi instrumen penilaian media flipbook yang dilakukan oleh dua orang dosen dan satu orang guru biologi SMA. Instrumen penilaian ini berupa angket yang terdiri dari 5 aspek (format, isi, bahasa, praktis, dan efektif) dan 14 kriteria. Tahap kedua dilakukan validasi media flipbook. Adapun validasi media flipbook dilakukan oleh lima orang validator  yang terdiri dari dua orang dosen dan tiga orang guru biologi SMA. Hasil validasi media menunjukkan bahwa media flipbook sub materi upaya pencegahan pencemaran udara layak digunakan dan diperbaiki dengan nilai rata-rata total validasi 3,73. Kata Kunci: Flipbook, upaya pencegahan pencemaran udara, validasi.  Abstract: This study was aimed to test the flipbook feasibility of sub material prevention of air pollution as a learning medium for 10th grade of senior high school. The research method that used was descriptive. The study consisted of three phases: creating, repairing and validating of media flipbook. Validation of media flipbook was done in two stages. The first phase was done by validating assessment instrument flipbook media conducted by two lecturers and one high school biology teacher. The instrument in this research was the questionnaire that consisted of 5 aspects (format, content, language, practically, and effectiveness) and 14 criterias. The second phase was validated media flipbook. The flipbook media validation was done by five validators consisting of two lecturers and three senior high school biology teachers. The tests showed that the media flipbook sub material air pollution prevention was feasible and need repair to be used as a media in teaching and learning process with validation?s average value was 3.73. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan Virtual Laboratory berbasis multimedia interaktif pada sub materi penanaman dan pengecatan bakteri, mengetahui kelayakan media tersebut, dan mengetahui respon siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Pontianak yang diajarkan dengan menggunakan Virtual Laboratory. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Development Research (penelitian pengembangan). Development Research terdiri atas dua tahapan yaitu preliminary (persiapan dan desain) dan formative evaluation (self evaluation, expert reviews, small group, dan fields test). Subjek penelitian ini adalah 37 orang siswa. Berdasarkan hasil validasi oleh validator ahli media dan materi, Virtual Laboratory dikategorikan valid dengan RTVTK 3,55. Sedangkan persentase respon positif siswa sebesar 84,15%, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Virtual Laboratory layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran.   Kata Kunci: Virtual Laboratory, Multimedia Interaktif, Respon   Abstract: This research aims to produce Virtual Laboratory as interactive multimedia on sub material the cultivation and staining of bacteria, knowing about adisability of Virtual Laboratory, and knowing about student responses grade X SMA Negeri 1 Pontianak whom get be taught with Virtual Laboratory. The research method that used is a Development Research. This method  includes two stages: a preliminary (the preparation and design) and formative evaluation (self-evaluation, expert reviews, small group, and test fields). The study subject is 37 students. Be based on result of validation by validator of media and matter, Virtual Laboratory get catagorized as valid with the RTVTK is 3,55. Meanwhile the percentage of student responses at 84.15%.
