<![CDATA[ABSTRACT : Information technology continues to evolve along with the computers ability to provide solutions to problems diberbagi field. One of the developments of information technology is the information system that can provide a solution for the sale process. In the Store E-Cell, author noticed many problems in the data processing sales mobile phones, as it is still done conventionally so the impact on the delay in the delivery of an information data, both to managers and to the consumer. With this author system provides a solution of making the sale and purchase of mobile phone information. With a system of this information, it can help in the process of selling, buying examination accuracy in inventory and sales reports. In this study describes what are the things that factor into making the sale of information system mobile phone and what is needed in the making. Resulting from the research of information systems sales this mobile phone is provided at the store E-Cell in data processing of sales and purchase of spare parts handpone, providing information to consumers about the list of mobile phone spare parts are sold at the store E-cell and provide information inventories, sales reports at the store E-cell. Key Word : Information Systems Sales Mobile Parts ABSTRAKSI : Teknologi Informasi terus berkembang seiring dengan kemampuan komputer memberi solusi bagi permasalahan diberbagi bidang. Salah satu perkembangan teknologi informasi yaitu adanya sistem informasi yang bisa memberikan solusi untuk proses penjualan. Pada Toko E-Cell, penulis memperhatikan masih banyak permasalahan pada proses pengolahan data penjualan handphone, karena masih dilakukan secara konvensional sehingga berdampak terhadap keterlambatan di dalam penyampaian suatu data informasi, baik kepada manajer maupun kepada konsumen. Dengan ini penulis memberikan solusi pembuatan sistem informasi penjualan handphone. Dengan adanya sistem informasi ini, maka dapat membantu dalam proses penjualan ketepatan dalam pemeriksaan persediaan dan laporan penjualan. Dalam penelitian ini menguraikan tentang hal-hal apa saja yang menjadi faktor pembuatan sitem informasi penjualan handphone dan apa saja yang dibutuhkan dalam pembuatannya. Yang dihasilkan dari penelitian sistem informasi penjualan dan pembelian handphone ini adalah memberikan kemudahan pihak Toko E-Cell dalam proses pengolahan data penjualan spare part  handpone, memberikan informasi kepada konsumen tentang daftar spare part handphone yang dijual pada Toko E-cell dan memberikan informasi persedian barang, laporan penjualan pada pihak toko E-cell.
