Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari website Bank Indonesia. Data yang digunakan merupakan data runtut waktu dari bulan Oktober 2008 sampai dengan Oktober 2013. Analisis data menggunakan uji asumsi klasik yang terdiri dari : (a) Uji Normalitas; (b) Uji Multikolinearitas; (c) Uji Heteroskedastisitas; (d) Uji Autokorelasi. Selanjutnya digunakan uji statistik yang terdiri dari; (a) Uji T; (b) Uji F; dan (c) Uji Koefisien Determinasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini diperoleh kesimpulan sebagai berikut : (a) Inflasi berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Return On Assets (ROA) ; (b) BI Rate berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Return On Assets (ROA) ; (c) Inflasi dan BI Rate secara bersama-sama tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Return On Assets (ROA) ; (d) Variabel inflasi dan BI Rate hanya mampu menjelaskan 1,8 % dari terjadinya perubahan nilai Return On Assets (ROA) Bank Syariah di Indonesia. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel inflasi dan BI Rate hanya memiliki pengaruh yang rendah dan tidak signifikan terhadap Return On Assets. Hal ini dikarenakan sistem operasional Bank Syariah yang tidak menggunakan bunga, sehingga pengaruh inflasi dan BI Rate hanya sedikit memengaruhi resiko operasional dan resiko kredit. Diharapkan bagi perbankan syariah untuk terus memantau nisbah bagi hasil dan margin yang ditawarkan kepada nasabah supaya nilai Return On Assets tidak mengalami penurunan apabila terjadi krisis moneter yang disebabkan oleh inflasi dan BI Rate

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan mempelajari: tingkat keberdayaan peternak, tingkat keberhasilan usaha sapi perah peternak, dan hubungan antara keduanya. Penelitian dirancang sebagai penelitian survey dengan responden sebanyak 70 peternak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1)Tingkat keberdayaan peternak sapi perah sebanyak 40,80 persen tergolong tinggi,  47,17 persen tergolong sedang, dan 12,03 persen tergolong rendah, (2) Tingkat keberhasilan usaha sapi perah peternak sebanyak 28,08 persen tergolong tinggi, 45,54 persen tergolong sedang, dan 26,36 persen tergolong rendah, (3) Terdapat hubungan yang cukup antara tingkat keberdayaan peternak sapi perah dengan tingkat keberhasilan usaha sapi perah peternak dengan (rs) 0565, dan (4) Hal-hal yang belum optimal dari peternak adalah belum konsisten di dalam melakukan pengelolaan usaha, belum lengkap di dalam menerapkan manajemen pemelihara, dan belum utuh di dalam memahami dan menggunakan hak-hak sebagai anggota koperasi. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis karakteristik peternak dan persepsi peternak sapi potong terhadap inseminasi buatan, serta menganalisis hubungan diantara keduanya.  Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode survai.  Penentuan responden dilakukan secara acak sederhana.  Jumlah responden yang diambil sebanyak 40 orang.  Data primer diperoleh melalui teknik wawancara berdasarkan kuesioner, dan data sekunder diperoleh dari kantor desa, kantor kecamatan dan instansi terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) karakteristik peternak termasuk kategori cukup menunjang; (2) persepsi peternak terhadap inseminasi buatan termasuk kategori baik; (3) terdapat hubungan positif antara karakteristik dengan persepsi peternak terhadap inseminasi buatan dengan rs = 0,43.Kata kunci:  Presepsi peternak, Inseminasi buatan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan di wilayah kerja Cabang Dinas Pertanian Tanjungsari Kabupaten Sumedang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh penerapan kebijkan otonomi daerah terhadap perencanaan program penyuluhan peternakan dan pelaksanaan program kegiatan penyuluhan peternakan di Kecamatan Tanjungsari Kabupaten Sumedang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dengan pendekatan deskriptif analitis. Responden dipilih dengan cara purposif sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Berlakunya otonomi daerah di Kabupaten Sumedang tidak memberikan pengaruh yang positif bagi perbaikkan kualitas penyuluh dan penyuluhan di wilayah Kecamatan Tanjungsari  2) Petani/peternak kurang dilibatkan dalam perencanaan program penyuluhan sehingga antusiame untuk mengikuti kegiatan penyuluhan menurun, 3) Pelaksanaan program penyuluhan bersifat jalan ditempat karena tidak ada penjelasan yang memadai bagi tugas serta fungsi penyuluh dan penyuluhan.Kata kunci : Otonomi Daerah, Perencanaan Program Penyuluhan, Pelaksanaan Program Penyuluhan.

Abstract

Introduction: The validity and reliability of the quality of nursing work life (QNWL) instrument in hospitals that suitable to treatment needs include: trust, care, respect, learn, and contribute need, have to be assessed. Therefore, in order to perform good care, it is necessary to notice QNWL aspect, which the implementation may be assessed by using valid and reliable instruments. This study aimed to evaluate the construct validity of the QNWL scale in hospital.Methods:  The research used a cross-sectional approach and the respondents were 100 experts in nursing and 400 nurses working in four hospitals in Gresik, Indonesia, who have been working for minimum one year. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. We analyzed the data using content analysis, the validity of item discrimination using Pearson products moment, reliability with Cronbach’s alpha, and construct validity with Confirmatory Factor Analysis.Results: The results based on content validity index QNWL instrument was 0.2075-0.915, with an average 0.7059 (high). Item discrimination capacity was 0.339-0.79 (high), while the reliability was 0.9374 (very high) and the validity of the construct meets the goodness of fit criteria.Conclusion: All constructs are able to explain and support the QNWL instrument model. This research can be used to measure the quality of work life of nurses in all classes of hospitals in Indonesia.

Abstract

Islamisation is sometimes interpreted as a religious mission to balance Christianisation which is closely related to the missionary aspects of religions. Islamisation or Islamic da'wah activities are tolerant, moderate and harmonious, taking into account humanitarian aspects in many ways. The long history of Islamisation throughout the world shows that Islam is a tolerant religion in which the process of religious conversion is carried out voluntarily and peacefully. Islamisation in the Archipelago is the best example of a successful da'wah activities in the conversion of Islam both individually and collectively. Muslim missionaries in the Archipelago are intellectual sufism figures who have the usual broad ability to revitalize da'wah into rational, reformist and progressive manner.

Abstract

Human resource is important because it plays a significant role in an organization in order to achieve the organizational goals. Other than achieving the goals, human resource are also able to help determine goals that can be achieved through human resource owned by an organization or a company. Good management of the human resource is a must for a company if an organization wants to maintain its existence, develop, and compete with other organizations. Furthermore, good resource management will be able to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the company in carrying out its functions. In the effort to improve the performance of the employee, there are numerous influencing factors, including Organizational Citizenship Behavior and organizational culture. This research was conducted in Tap-Water Company (PDAM) of Kediri Regency applying a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The sample used in this study was 80 employees with a proportioned random sampling technique. Data were collected directly from respondents by using a data collection method in the form of a questionnaire. The data analysis used is path analysis. The results of the study showed that (1) Organizational Culture has a positive and significant influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, (2) Organizational Citizenship Behavior has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, (3) Organizational Culture has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. (4) Organizational Culture indirectly has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through Organizational Citizenship Behavior.

Abstract

The existence of groups, including the Women's Farmers' Group, is an important part of improving the quality of its members. This study aims to examine: (1) how the conditions of the Cibiru Wetan “Pintar” Women Farmer Group, Cileunyi District, Bandung Regency, West Java Province are seen from the implementation of their functions as a farmer group, and (2) how the implementation of PPM in “Pintar” KWT in maintaining dynamics in his group. The service activities carried out are aimed at helping Cibiru Wetan “Pintar” KWT in maintaining the dynamics of the group as part of the Hybrid integrative PPM for the January-February 2022 period. The main activities carried out are mentoring the implementation of smart expo activities, and Focus Group Discussion (FGD) developing group dynamics . The results of the study show that KWT seen from the function of the group has carried out its function, especially as a learning class, and a vehicle for collaboration. The PPM activities carried out at the “Pintar” KWT have helped the implementation of the Smart Expo activities well. The results of the FGD as an effort to develop group dynamics show that KWT “Pintar” is classified as having good group dynamics.Keywords: Group dynamics, farmer women, business success

Abstract

ABSTRACTResearch has been carried out on the types of birds found in the swamp reclamation area of Palembang city. The purpose of the study was to observe and determine the species of birds found in the former swampy swampy area of Jakabaring Palembang. Sampling was carried out from August to September 2020 using a purposive sampling method by exploring modified locations according to Pranotoet al., (2015) and MacKinnon et al., (2010). The collection was carried out by walking along the research area and determining the places frequented by birds. Birds encountered were identified based on morphological and sound characteristics. The results of the study found 7 orders, 15 families and 26 species. Of the 26 species of birds found, there were 19 bush birds and 7 species of swamp birds.Keywords: Birds, Reclamation, Swamp, species, Jakabaring. ABSTRAKTelah dilakukanpenelitianmengenaiJenisburung yang dijumpai pada areal reklamasirawakota Palembang. Abstract

Human Resources (HR) is very important in an organization because HR is a component that can determine success in a company. All employees in the school are an important component for improving the quality of education and in preparing future candidates for the nation, therefore this study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and work environment on employee performance at MAN 2 Malang City. The type of research used is quantitative research. This research was conducted at MAN 2 Malang City with a population of 127 employees and a sample of 56 employees. Data collection techniques in this study are observation and questionnaires. The result of the calculated t value on the Work Motivation variable (X1) is 5.587 while the t table value is 1.672. Then it is known that t count > t table, with sig. 0.001 <0.05. So that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that the work motivation variable has a significant influence on employee performance and the results of the calculated t value in the Work Environment variable (X2) are 2.880 and the t table value is 1.627. Therefore, it can be seen that t count < t table, with a sig value of 0.006 > 0.05. So that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, then the work environment variable has a significant influence on employee performance. The result on the calculated f value obtained is 390.873 while the f table value is (3.17). It can be seen that f count is 390.873 > f table 3.17 with a significant level of 0.001 <0.05, therefore this regression model can be used for employee performance variables at MAN 2 Malang City. it can be said that the variables of work motivation and work environment have a significant effect on employee performance simultaneously. So the results of this study are also in accordance with the theory that has been explained that work motivation can direct the power and potential of an employee to be able to improve his performance. So these results are also in accordance with the theory that has been explained that the existing infrastructure in the work environment of an employee is able to make the desire to work and can produce very good work.
