Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine how much influence product quality and price have on purchasing decisions through word of mouth as an intervening variable (a case study on the kitchen culinary of mbok ghenduk purus in the city of Padang). This study uses a population of visitors with 98 samples obtained through purposive sampling method. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant effect on product quality on word of mouth, price has a positive and significant effect on word of mouth, product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, prices have a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions, word of mouth has an effect positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions, the indirect effect of product quality on purchasing decisions through word of mouth is greater than the direct effect of product quality on purchasing decisions, so it can be concluded that word of mouth is able to become an intervening variable between product quality and purchasing decisions. Direct price on purchasing decisions through word of mouth is greater than the direct effect of price on purchasing decisions, so it can be concluded that word of mouth can be an intervening variable between price and purchase decisions. Finally, the authors suggest that purchasing decisions can affect product quality and price intervening with word of mouth.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Emphaty on Customer Satisfaction at Trans Padang Bus Service Users. Methods of data analysis using a questionnaire, with a sample of 100 respondents. The data analysis method used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. Based on the research results show that Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Emphaty have a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. The Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Emphaty variable contribution has an effect of 66.1% while the remaining 33.9% is influenced by other variables outside of this study. Based on the results of this study, it is hoped that the Management of the Company can increase Customer Satisfaction, where in this study the Reliability variable has a dominant influence on Customer Satisfaction of Trans Padang Bus Service Users, so it is advisable to pay more attention to the problem of Reliability, because it has a dominant influence on Customer Satisfaction of Service Users. Abstract

The Central Statistics Agency provides data which states that the unemployment rate in Indonesia in 2021 is very high. Every year unemployment remains a problem that must be solved. One solution is to provide job opportunities by increasing the entrepreneurial spirit by establishing small businesses (MSMEs). Padang is a city rich in the potential of MSMEs of wood-based artisans and the potential of wood natural resources. Wood is a material that has many advantages and has many benefits. Therefore, the motivation to improve the entrepreneurial spirit needs to be increased. As well as participants are expected to be able to have the ability to manage technology in the face of increased competitiveness. This socialization activity aims to provide motivation about entrepreneurship and can benefit from the potential that exists and can be applied to MSMEs Hobby Kayu in the city of Padang. Technology capabilities can increase the income of the Hobby Kayu MSME community in padang city. Socialization is given to 20 employees of UMKM Hobby Kayu. The results of socialization show the increasing entrepreneurial spirit in developing MSMEs Hobby Kayu in the city of Padang. To increase competitiveness, it takes training and technological skills to hone the skills they have.

Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence work facilities and career development have on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at PT. Bkrie Pasaman Plantations Air Balam . Methods of data analysis using a questionnaire, with a sample of 82 respondents. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between work facilities on improving employee performance,Meanwhile, Job Facilities and Career Development through Job Satisfaction have an effect of 69.2% while the remaining 30.8% is influenced by other variables outside of this study. Based on the results of this study, it is expected that the company's management can improve performance by improving work facilities through office equipment, transportation, career development through training, education and job satisfaction through increasing salaries and promotions at PT. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect exchange rate, Service Quality and Brand Image of Customer Loyalty with Customer Satisfaction As a variable intervening for customers of Kupi Batigo Gor H. Agus Salim Padang, both in a joint and joint manner.The sample in this study were 100 customers at the Batigo Gor Kup H. Agus Salim Padang, the method of data analysis used multiple regression analysis and path analysis with the SPSS 21 application.The results showed that : 1) partially, there is no positive and significant influence between Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction. 2) There is no positive and significant influence between Brand Image and Consumer Satisfaction. 3) There is no positive and significant influence between customer satisfaction on customer loyalty. 4) There is a positive and significant influence between Service Quality on customer Loyalty. 5) There is a positive and significant influence between Brand Image and Customer Loyalty

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana analisis pengaruh kualitas produk dan citra merek terhadap loyalitas konsumen pada konsumen Matahari Padang. Dengan Kepuasan Konsumen sebagai Variabel Intervening. Metode analisis data menggunakan kuesioner, dengan sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dan analisis jalur. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk dan citra merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen dengan kepuasan konsumen sebagai variabel intervening. Kontribusi variabel kualitas produk dan citra merek terhadap loyalitas konsumen dengan kepuasan konsumen sebagai variabel intervening memiliki pengaruh sebesar 57,6% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 42,4% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar penelitian ini. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, diharapkan Manajemen Matahari Padang dapat meningkatkan loyalitas konsumen dengan meningkatkan kualitas produk dan citra merek, serta kepuasan konsumen melalui setiap indikatornya.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of perceived product quality, promotional attractiveness, and brand ambassadors on purchasing decisions with brand image as an intervening variable. This research was conducted on consumers who made purchases at Emina cosmetics, where the respondents in this study were students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Putra Indonesia University in the 2021-2022 academic year. The number of samples in this study were 131 respondents. With the method of collecting data through questionnaires and the sampling method in this study was non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. This study uses Partial Least Square analysis techniques estimated with the SmartPLS 2.0 program. The results of this study are the perception of product quality, promotional attractiveness, brand ambassadors and brand image as intervening variables that have a direct and indirect effect on purchasing decisions. Brand image is the factor that most influences consumers in making purchasing decisions. So that the higher the brand image of a product, the higher the consumer purchasing decision for that product. The perceived benefits greatly influence consumer purchasing decisions in making Emina cosmetic products.
