Abstract

ABSTRACT: The purpose of this study was to determine the difference between the effect of the combination of exercise plyometric frog jump and speed single leg hop with conventional exercise to increase the ability of shooting football. The design of the study is a purely experimental research (true experimental). The sampling technique sistimatic been using the technique of random sampling. The division of the group to the experimental group and the control group using ordinal pairing techniques matching. Collecting data using pure experiment and observation preliminary tests. Analysis of data using inferential statistics such as analysis of variance test of the track comes up in the form of the t test. The results of the analysis of single-lane (ANOVA) was obtained F count equal 0.0556 < F table 2.82 of the significance of 0.05. Results of t test replicates observations obtained t count of 66.3593 > t table 2,228 for the experimental group and the conventional practice of 38.3905 obtained t count > t table 2.228 at the 0.05 significance. Independent samples t test results obtained by 6.272198 t count>t table 2.262 at the 0.05 significance.Key words: Combination Plyometric, Frog Jump, Single Leg Speed Hop, Conventional Exercise, Shooting Football.

Abstract

ABSTRACTMolecular and biochemical characteristics of Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. cubense (Foc) were detected. Six of Indonesian Foc isolates were artificially inoculated on “Ambon Kuning” banana. DNA of one-week culture isolates was extracted by three methods prior to PCR assay using Foc TR4 (tropical race 4) specific primer. Activity of extracellular enzyme was determined with reduction sugar, agar diffusion and SDS-PAGE assays. Statistical analysis revealed that all isolates insignificantly caused Fusarium wilt symptoms on tested banana with disease severity index ranging from 3 to 3.6. Maximum DNA concentration was obtained by CTAB method (766.25 µg mL-1), followed by SDS and alkaline l ysis methods, i.e. 553.75 and 211.25 µg mL-1, respectively. PCR analysis showed that Bnt2 and Kjg1 isolates positively reacted to TR4 of Foc primer (DNA size of 1400 bp approximately). Reduction sugar and agar diffusion assays demonstrated that Kjg1 isolate significantly produced more extracellular enzyme, with 6.53 × 10-2mg mL-1 in conce ntration and 20 mm in halo diameter. Meanwhile, SDS-PAGE assay viewed diverse bands of tested fungi (20.6 to 80 kDa), representing four extracellular enzymes. Positive PCR results highlighted the presence of Foc TR4 infecting banana in Indonesia. Various activities of extracellular enzymes did not influence the pathogenicity of Foc.Key words: pathogenicity, DNA concentration, extracellular enzyme

Abstract

Fusarium wilt in bananas is caused by Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. cubense (Foc). Foc is one of the soil-borne pathogens. The intensity of disease attacks in different conditions with very severe is conducive soil. Suppressive soil can suppress and control the rate of development of soil-borne pathogens. The aims of this study are to determine the physical and chemical properties of soil and environment against fusarium wilt and find out the effects and levels of nutrients from the addition of manure and silica to fusarium banana wilt. Supressive soil samples from Sarampad, Cianjur and conducive soil from Salaman, Magelang. Ambon Kuning banana cultivar derived from tissue culture were planted to find out effects of manure and silica against fusarium wilt. Suppressive soil has higher soil chemist including neutral pH, sandy loam of texture class, total N, total P, organic C, organic matter, available Si than conducive soil. Manure and silica addition have significantly suppressed fusarium wilt on suppressive soil. The final experiment suppressive soil has higher total N, total K, organic C and organic matter than conducive soil.

Abstract

Wonolopo merupakan desa yang memiliki potensi besar yang masih perlu dikembangkan. Daerah ini merupakan daerah penghasil duren, salak, dan singkong. Mayoritas masyarakat di Wonolopo menjual potensi hasil buminya dalam keadaan segar. Hal ini mengakibatkan potensi sumber daya alam di Wonolopo belum memberikan kontribusi yang maksimal terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat. Tujuan pengabdian yaitu: meningkatkan nilai jual dan nilai guna dari potensi sumber daya lokal desa Wonolopo, menghasilkan produk olahan pangan berbasis pangan lokal yang dapat dijadikan oleh-oleh khas DEWIS (Desa Wisata), dan membentuk kelompok wirausaha ibu rumah tangga dalam bidang usaha boga pengolahan NDULANG (duren, salak, dan singkong). Metode yang dilakukan untuk pemecahkan permasalahan yaitu menggunakan strategi pelatihan keterampilan usaha di bidang pengolahan pangan dengan metode pendekatan participatory learning yang menekankan prinsip learning by doing melalui penyuluhan, pembinaan, demonstrasi, dan simulasi. Hasil dari kegiatan ini yaitu adanya perubahan mindset masyarakat untuk sadar mengolah potensi local desa untuk dijadikan produk bernilai jual di lingkungan RW. 01 desa Wonolopo Kecamatan Mijen Kota Semarang, produk hasil PHBD berupa aneka getuk singkong, tepung mocaf, dodol salak, kopi biji salak, brownies substitusi tepung mocaf, nugget sayur substitusi tepung mocaf dan pie duren, dan terbentuk sentra produksi tepung mocaf (modificated cassava flour) di desa Wonolopo karena melimpahnya bahan baku singkong. Tepung mocaf yang dihasilkan mudah diolah menjadi produk turunan seperti: kue-kue basah (brownis) dan kering (stik) dan lain-lain. Untuk menunjang perkembangannya sentra tepung mocaf telah terbentuk kelompok usaha bersama (KUBE) lengkap dengan struktur organisasinya.Kata kunci : duren, participatory learning, salak, singkong, dan Wonolopo.

Abstract

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis  atas kemungkinan terjalinnya kerjasama yang  saling menguntungkan antara sektor UMKM (Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah) dengan Perguruan Tinggi.   Sebuah bentuk kerjasama  dengan skema Joint Venture Profit Sharing (JVPS) merupakan sebuah alternatif desain yang akan dianalisis dalam tulisan ini. UMKM hingga saat ini menghadapi berbagai permasalahan klasik, seperti permodalan, pemasaran, produksi dan teknologi, pengelolaan Sumber Daya Manusia, dan permasalahan akses informasi dan jaringan.  Sementara itu, Perguruan Tinggi (PT) di satu sisi adalah tempat bertemunya para ahli dari berbagai bidang dan tempat dikembangannya bermacam ilmu  dan teknologi yang sebenarnya sangat dibutuhkan oleh UMKM.  JVPS yang merupakan bentuk penyertaan modal dengan hak keterlibatan dalam pengelolaan usaha adalah bentuk kerjasama yang sangat dibutuhkan oleh UMKM sekaligus bisa dipenuhi leh PT. Diperlukan sebuah Unit Pengelola Kerjasama JVPS di Perguruan Tinggi yang bertugas mengelola penarikan dana-dana PT untuk tujuan pemberdayaan UMKM.  Dana yang terkumpul untuk kemudian dialokasikan kepada UMKM yang potensial, dengan sebuah perjanjian kerjasama yang mengatur hak dan kewajiban masing-masing pihak.  Perjanjian ini menjadi syarat mutlak sebelum kerjasama dilakukan, untuk menjamin bahwa hak semua pihak yang terlibat akan terlindungi dengan baik. Abstract

The study discusses the zakat distribution on the effect of wellbeing equality by using the rolling capital investments. It is believed that zakat have a role to increase well being of citizen. However it have been yet managed well professionally. Hence, it is proposed that zakat distrubution able to improve wellbeing equality if it is managed as capital investment which applied in a proper way.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Elektronik Word Of Mouth dan Brand Image Terhadap Purchase Intention Pada Konsumen Smartphone Samsung Yang Berbasis Android. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian yang dikategorikan kedalam penelitian pengujian hipotesis. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa S1 di Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta yang menggunakan smartphone android. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang menggunakan metode self-administered survey. Peneliti mengambil sampel 100 mahasiswa S1 Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta, yang menggunakan smartphone Samsung yang berbasis android. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan nonprobability sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah menggunakan uji validitas reliabilitas, korelasi, regresi berganda, dan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 22.Hasil penelitian berdasarkan regresi berganda menunjukkan bahwa : (1)  elektronik word of mouth berpengaruh positif pada purchase intention pada konsumen smartphone Samsung yang berbasis android dengan koefisien sebesar 0,327. (2) Brand image berpengaruh positif terhadap purchase intention pada konsumen smartphone Samsung yang berbasis android dengan koefisien sebesar 0,278.

Abstract

This research  was conducted to examine the effect of Level of Service Quality Public Transport Bus Trans Jogja to customer satisfaction. Trans Jogja bus this is an attempt Yogyakarta Provincial Government since 2008 with the aim to improve public services, especially in the land transport sector in urban areas based DIY to replace the deposit system into a system service purchase. A very important factor in consumer satisfaction is service quality, which is measured in the quality aspects of the service will be a service is satisfied  or not satisfied user when using these services so that these aspects can be seen whether the quality of services provided is good or not good. The quality of transport good services and should attention wants and needs of consumers. Every customer have a perspective different to all forms of transportation layananpada. Whether or not consumers are satisfied with the product will affect the service behavior shown next. The sample used in this study is 100 respondents. The sampling method using purposive sampling. The result show that by using regression (R square)  methods, it can be concluded that tangible of variable positive and significant impact on consumer satisfaction with a significance value (P Value) of 0.308 0.05. While the reliability of a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction with a significance value (P Value) of 0.305 0.05. Assurance significant positive effect on customer satisfaction with a significance value (P Value) of 0.194 0.05. Responsiveness positive and significant impact on consumer satisfaction with a significance value (P Value) of 0.301 0.05. For empathy and a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction with a significance value (P Value) of 0.259 0.05.

Abstract

Early childhood education is an attempt to stimulate, guide, nurture and providelearning activities capable of generating abilities and skills of the child. Early childhoodeducation is an education conducted in children from birth to age eight. The process ofeducation and learning in early childhood should be done with the aim of providing ameaningful concept for children through a real experience. In early childhood childrenexperienced a golden age (the golden age) which is a period where the child startssensitive / insensitive to receive various stimuli. Sensitive period for each child isdifferent, along with the rate of growth and development of individual children. Sensitiveperiod is a period inwhich the physical and psychological maturity functions are ready torespond to the stimulation provided by the environment. This period is also the timethe foundation stone to develop cognitive abilities, motor, language, socio-emotional,religious and moral.

Abstract

Environmental hygiene became one of the fundamental factor for the ongoinglive a clean, healthy, and convenient. Protected from various kinds of diseases so desiredby everyone. In maintaining the cleanliness of the environment not only ourselves, butalso the community, and also the government. The lack of public attention to theenvironment is very familiar to today. Most of them think partially and only want tobenefit themselves, such asthe problem of garbage disposal is not in place, the disposalof industrial waste, air pollution, water pollution, and others. Cases concerningenvironmental hygiene problems in the always affect public health each year is alwaysincreasing. Communities also need to improve the environment and to theimplementation of development activities that can help power the harmonious andsustainable land. For that the extension services related to environmental sanitation andmanufacture of absorption wells is expected to be efforts to make people aware of theimportance of environmental health as well as providing knowledge of how to make ithappen.
