Abstract

Family planning services strongly emphasize the demographic aspect, namely birth control one of the main aspects in the family planning program is the quality of services provided. Improved service quality will increase the number of satisfied family planning participants and will increase the prevalence and decrease the birth rate (BKKBN, 2015). The design used in this study is a descriptive design that aims to identify the satisfaction of family planning acceptors in family planning services at the Midwifery Suratmi 2022. The sample in this study amounted to 96 people. The sampling technique in this study was accidental sampling. The results of respondents' answers on family planning services, then divided into 3 categories, namely categories of high levels of satisfaction, moderate levels of satisfaction and low levels of satisfaction. The data obtained shows that people (79%) acceptors who have a high level of satisfaction, (18%) acceptors who have a moderate level of satisfaction and (2%) acceptors who have a low level of satisfaction with family planning services. This study shows that the satisfaction of family planning acceptors in family planning services, the majority of the level of satisfaction of acceptors in the medium category.

Abstract

World Health Organization describes the prevalence of Chronic Energy Deficiency in general in pregnancy, which is 35% to 75%. Indonesia's risk of developing CED is quite high, namely as much as 17.3% experienced by pregnant women with an age range of 15-49 years. The 2020 routine report data notes that of the 4,656,382 pregnant women who have LILA <23.5 cm, approximately 451,350 people are at risk of developing CED. Efforts made by the government in overcoming KEK are by providing Supplementary Food (PMT) to increase calorie and protein intake. The purpose of the study is to provide midwifery care for pregnant women in a comprehensive and sustainable manner for pregnant women with CED through the provision of additional food to meet the nutritional needs of pregnant women. The case report in this case study uses the case study method which consists of one mother which means one mother who is given pregnancy care using the SOAP method (Subjective, Objective, Analysis, Management). The study was conducted at the Tanjung Balai Karimun Health Center in January 2023. The subject used in this case study with midwifery care management was Mrs S, a pregnant woman with KEK. Data collection methods are participatory observation, interviews, measurements, documentation. The results of the study found that the mother was willing to consume PMT biscuits and maintain a good diet. Midwives can work together with nutrition officers in monitoring activities and then evaluating the provision of food and fulfillment of nutrition for pregnant women.

Abstract

Perineal rupture is a cause of postpartum maternal bleeding. Postpartum hemorrhage is the main cause of 40% of maternal deaths in Indonesia. Improper perineal wound care can result in infection. Non-pharmacological therapy that can be given to speed up wound healing so that infection does not occur is to use binahong leaves. Provide comprehensive midwifery care for postpartum mothers. The midwifery care that is applied is the treatment of perineal wounds using a decoction of binahong leaves. The type of research used in the preparation of practice reports is descriptive research using the case study method. Midwifery care related to Basic Midwifery Skills by treating perineal wounds using binahong leaves for postpartum mothers to accelerate wound healing has been carried out. This is in accordance with the theory that the boiled water of binahong leaves can accelerate the healing of perineal wounds.

Abstract

WHO states the prevalence of anemia in various regions of the world is around 40-88%. In 2018 the prevalence of anemia, meanwhile in 2018 it increased to 48.9%. One alternative to meeting iron needs can be done by consuming green vegetables, one of which is spinach, combined with honey, because honey helps the formation of blood. Research objective Provide midwifery care to mildly anemic pregnant women by administering spinach and honey to increase hemoglobin levels. The type of research used in the preparation of practice reports is descriptive research using the case study method. The research was conducted at the Tanjung Balai Karimun Health Center in January 2023. The subject used in this study was a third trimester pregnant woman with mild anemia. Midwifery care for pregnant women with mild anemia by administering spinach and honey has been carried out. After conducting the study to the case evaluation, there was no gap between theory and practice in the field. Based on the results of midwifery care, it was found that the consumption of spinach and honey can be an alternative treatment for mild anemia in pregnant women because it can help increase hemoglobin levels
