Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat pertumbuhan karang jenis Acroporatenuis yang ditanam dengan menggunakan metode transplantasi. Penelitian inidilaksanakan pada Bulan Juni – November 2016, di perairan Desa Bahari KecamatanTowea Kabupaten Muna Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara. Penelitian ini menggunakanRancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 3 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan yaitu perlakuan A(Kedalaman 4 meter); perlakuan B (Kedalaman 7 meter); dan perlakuan C (Kedalaman10 meter). Hasil pertumbuhan mutlak perlakuan A; 2,30 cm, perlakuan B; 4,67 cm danperlakuan C; 3,75 cm. Analisis Sidik Ragam pada taraf kepercayaan 95 %, menunjukkanbahwa perlakuan penelitian ini berpengaruh nyata (F hitung > F Tabel). Dimana setelah Uji Beda Nyata Terkecil, ditemukan bahwa perlakuan A berbeda nyata terhadap perlakuanB dan C, sedangkan perlakua B tidak berbeda nyata terhadap perlakuan C.

Abstract

After the enforcement of The Basic Agrarian Law, land law in Indonesia has the character of unification, meaning that only one land law applied that is national land law. Enforcing one particular land law at various society as in Indonesia, can generate injustice. Therefore, the Decision Of People Consultative Assembly Number of IX/MPR/2001 Section 4 letter c opens the opportunity of pluralism in unification sounding: Respecting law supremacy by accommodating varieties in law unification. What is meant by " varieties in law unification" is not clarified.According to the writer, the meaning of varietiesin unification specially land law is : enforcing adjacently two peripheral laws that is, national land law applied all over Indonesia regions and local adat land law. In areas having customary rights, adat law is fully applied adat law, but in areas without customary rights, national land law is use instead.

Abstract

The title of this research is Kubu Sub Formation Strategy BabussalamRokan Hilir Year 2002-2011 Based on the discovery of the phenomenon thatoccurred in the field, namely lack of response from the Regent of Rokan Hilir indoing or making division in the district of Kubu Kubu district is divided intoBabussalam In 2002, after the Kubu district communities bargaining andconsultation with district head, headman, and community leaders to discuss themulti-purpose halls on the division of Kubu district into Babussalam Kubudistrict. Where the results of its deliberations were submitted to the Regent ofRokan Hilir Kaputen in 2002. This is because the village in the district of KubuBabussalam not enough to qualify bloomed. The type used in this research isdescriptive qualitative survey techniques. Data collection techniques used in thisstudy was the observation, field notes, documentation and interviews withinformants research. The research location is in the district of Kubu BabussalamRokan Hilir.Based on results of the analysis of the data of research to uncover andanswer research questions can be concluded that the action strategies undertakenin the District Formation Babussalam Kubu Rokan Hilir Year 2002-2011 is an actof deliberation which in the deliberations dilibat parties instrumental in theexpansion Kubu Sub Babussalam Rokan Hilir as Member of parliament RokanHilir in 2002 and 2011 Mr Amansyah Mr Bukhoiri, Chairman of the SpecialCommittee V, Head Kubu, Community Leaders and Community Kubu KubuBabussalam from 2002 to 2011. in the meeting it was concluded that Kubu districtBabussalam bloomed. Redistricting Babussalam Kubu district governmentproposed to Parliament Rokan Hilir discussion has been done three times. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan bagaimana membuat cluster kualitas batubara dari data rekapitulasi kualitas dan kuantitas batubara pada PT PLN(Persero) Sektor Pembangkitan Sebalang. Kondisi yang ada saat ini adalah belum adanya analisis data kualitas batubara terhadap kinerja perusahaan yang digunakan untuk membantu pegawai dalam mengevaluasi kinerja PLTU dan pasokan batubara, memberikan informasi pengaruh kualitas batubara terhadap produksi listrik yang dihasilkan. Salah satu solusi yang dapat diterapkan pada permasalahan ini dengan data mining untuk clustering kualitas batubara menggunakan algoritma K-Means.Metode Pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu metode dokumentasi, dan observasi untuk memperoleh data yang di perlukan melalui data yang telah tersedia maka akan memberikan kemudahan kepada peneliti untuk melakukan penelitian. Tools yang digunakan dalam penerapan data mining adalah Weka.Hasil penelitian berdasarkan hasil analisis secara keseluruhan akan menghasilkan  output cluster kualitas batubara yang buruk, normal, dan baik di PT PLN (Persero) Sektor Pembangkitan Sebalang..Kata kunci: PLN,Data Mining, Cluster, Algoritma K-Means, Kualitas batubara.

Abstract

This study was conducted to Employee Services Department PT. PLN (Persero) Branch Selatpanjang Meranti Islands Regency jl. Yos Sudarso.The purpose of this research to explain the variable employee commitmen and training in simultaneous and parcial to Employee productivity at service department PT.PLN (Persero) Cabang Selatpanjang Kabuapten Kepuluan Meranti. The population in this study were employees of PT Services Department. PLN (Persero) Branch Selatpanjang Meranti Islands Regency totaling 50 people. Sampel decision made by the census method as responden 50 samples, the method of analysis used is descriptive quantitative method by using SPSS version 18. From the results of simultaneous testing (F test) showed that the independent variables studied (Employee Commitment and Training) has a positive and significant effect on the variable (Employee Productivity) the magnitude of the effect that (R2) by these two variables together - equal to dependent variable 84.6% while the remaining 15.4%, influenced by variables - other variables not examined in this study. The results of the testing that has been done, the partial regression test (t test) showed that each - each variable studied bebas (Employee Commitment and Training) has a positive and significant impact on the dependent variable (Employee Productivity).Keywords: Commitment to Employees, Training and Employee Productivity

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of work ability on employee performance at PT. Lion Mentari Airlines in Makassar and to know and analyze the influence of work motivation on employee performance at PT. Lion Mentari Airlines in Makassar. The analytical method used in this study is a multiple regression analysis method. Research data was obtained from employees of PT. Lion Mentari Airlines in Makassar. The research approach is an explanatory causal approach. The results showed that based on the results of multiple regression tests, the effect of work ability variables had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Lion Mentari Airlines in Makassar, meaning that employee performance can be increased if influenced by employee work ability and the influence of work motivation variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Lion Mentari Airlines in Makassar, meaning that employee performance can increase if influenced by employee work motivation.

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Makassar Jaya Samudera Kota Makassar. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data primer dalam bentuk kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada seluruh populasi penelitian. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang bekerja di PT. Makassar Jaya Samudera Kota Makassar sebanyak 49 orang. Karena jumlah anggota karyawan PT. Makassar Jaya Samudera Kota Makassar relatif kecil hanya sebanyak 49 orang, maka metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode sampel jenuh yaitu seluruh populasi menjadi sampel.  Data dalam penelitian ini akan diuji dengan beberapa tahapan pengujian, diantaranya yaitu uji statistik deskriptif, uji kualitas data yang terdiri dari (uji validitas, uji reliabilitas), uji asumsi klasik yang terdiri dari (uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas) dan pengujian seluruh hipotesis melalui uji koefisien determinasi, uji parsial (uji t) dan uji simultan (uji f). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan, kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Makassar Jaya Samudera Kota Makassar. Kata Kunci: Kompensasi; Lingkungan Kerja; Kinerja Karyawan. AbstractThe purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of compensation and work environment on employees' performance PT. Makassar Jaya Samudera Kota Makassar. This research method uses a quantitative approach by using primary data in the form of a questionnaire distributed to the entire research population. The population in this study are all employees who work at PT. Makassar Jaya Samudera Makassar City as many as 49 people. Because of the number of employees of PT. Makassar Jaya Samudera Kota Makassar is relatively small, only 49 people, so this research method uses the saturated sample method; namely, the entire population is the sample. The data in this study will be tested with several stages of testing, including descriptive statistical tests, data quality tests consisting of (validity test, reliability test), classical assumption test consisting of (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test), and testing all hypothesis through the coefficient of determination test, partial test (t test) and simultaneous test (f test). The results showed that either partially or simultaneously, compensation and work environment had a positive and significant effect on employees' performance PT. Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh pemasaran online dan etika pemasaran islam terhadap keputusan pembelian pada produk fashion online di Makassar.  Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah orang yang pernah melakukan pembelian produk fashion secara online, karena populasi yang digunakan adalah seluruh yang pernah melakukan pembelian produk fashion via online. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 100 responden yang diperoleh dengan rumus Lemeshow. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data primer dalam bentuk kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada seluruh populasi penelitian. Data dalam penelitian ini akan diuji dengan beberapa tahapan pengujian, diantaranya yaitu uji statistik deskriptif, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik (uji normalitas, uji autokorelasi, uji multikolinearitas) dan pengujian seluruh hipotesis melalui uji koefisien determinasi, uji parsial (uji t) dan uji simultan (uji f). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemasaran online berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap keputusan pembelian pada produk fashion online di Makassar. Hal ini berarti bahwa pemasaran online yang dilakukan dengan baik akan mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen. Sementara itu, etika pemasaran islam berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap keputusan pembelian pada produk fashion online di Makassar. Hal ini berarti semakin baik etika pemasaran islam, maka keputusan poembelian juga akan meningkat. Kata Kunci: pemasaran online; etika pemasaran islam; keputusan pembelian. AbstractThis study aimed to investigate the impact of online marketing and Islamic marketing ethics on purchasing decisions for online fashion products in Makassar. This study's population consists of individuals who have purchased fashion items online, as the population sampled has all made online fashion purchases. Using the Lemeshow formula, as many as 100 respondents were utilized to collect samples. This quantitative research method employs a questionnaire disseminated to the total research population to collect primary data. Several tests, including descriptive statistical tests, validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests (normality test, autocorrelation test, multicollinearity test), and testing all hypotheses via the coefficient of determination test, partial test (t-test), simultaneous test, will be applied to the data in this study (f test). Based on the findings of this study, it can be concluded that online marketing has a considerable beneficial impact on purchasing decisions for online fashion products in Makassar. This indicates that effective online marketing will influence consumer purchasing decisions. In the meantime, Islamic marketing ethics influence purchasing decisions for online fashion products in Makassar in a tangible way. This indicates that the higher the level of Islamic marketing ethics, the greater the purchasing decisions. Keywords: Online Marketing; Islamic Marketing Ethics; Buying Decision.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh pembangunan infrastruktur terhadap kinerja kepala Desa Bontomanai Kecematan Bungaya Kabupaten Gowa. Pembangunan kadang menjadi tolak ukur suatu kepala pemerintah terhadap kinerjanya. Kepala desa dengan dana desa yang begitu besar sangat besar perlu dipertanyakn jika tidak ada pembangunan yang terjadai. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yaitu dengan menyediakan pertanyaan dalam bentuk kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada responden yang merupakan masyarakat yang tersebar dibeberapa dusun lingkup desa Bontomanai. Sampel dipilih dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah Masyarakat di Desa Bontomanai.  Sebanyak 97 kuesioner yang bagikan dan 97 kuesioner yang kembali. Data yang diperoleh kemudian diproses dan dianalisis 97 kuesioner. Metode statistik yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah analisis regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pembangunan infrastruktur berpengaruh terhadap kinerja kepala Desa Bontomanai. This study aims to examine the effect of infrastructure development on the performance of the head of Bontomanai Village, Bungaya District, Gowa Regency. Development is sometimes a measure of a head of government's performance. The village head with such large village funds needs to be questioned if no development occurs. This study uses primary data, namely by providing questions in the form of a questionnaire which is distributed to respondents who are people who are scattered in several hamlets within the scope of Bontomanai village. Samples were selected using purposive sampling method. Respondents in this study were people in Bontomanai Village. A total of 97 questionnaires were distributed and 97 were returned. The data obtained were then processed and analyzed by 97 questionnaires. The statistical method used to test the hypothesis is simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that infrastructure development affects the performance of the head of Bontomanai Village.
