Abstract

The purpose of this research is to provide alternative financing of Small Medium of enterprises through funds people. Funds derived people are managed funds by financial institutions that hold the funds, these funds are derived from the zakat, sodakhoh and infac (ZIS). The techniques used to collect data in this research is the observation, in-depth interviews, documentation on Key Informant. Test the validity of the data using the test of Credibility and Transferability. Testing/verification conclusion withdrawals described with interactive analysis models. The results of his research is the grant Funds provided to the ZIS community gathering together the Funds obtained from the ZIS are conditional. The granting of which are regular given to those who are entitled to receive it in accordance with Islamic law and is usually an consumerist, but nevertheless in the changing times the grant funds also given for financing UMKM

Abstract

Purpose: This research aims to determine the effect of intellectual capital on market value with financial performance as an intervening variable. Design/methodology/approach: This study uses quantitative methods, the population used in this study is mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, sampling techniques used are purposive sampling, sampling obtained 55 companies. Findings: This study indicates that there is a relationship between the intellectual capital variable influences Return on Assets. Research limitations/implications: The analysis technique used in this study is path analysis with the Smart PLS 3.0 program's help. Intellectual capital influences market value. Intellectual capital affects the Asset Turn Over. Return on Assets does not affect market value. Asset Turn Over affects market value. This study concludes that Intellectual capital has no effect on market value with return on Asset as an intervening variable.. Practical implications: This study concludes that Intellectual capital has no effect on market value with return on Asset as an intervening variable. Intellectual capital does not affect market value with asset turn over as an intervening variable. Paper type: Research paper

Abstract

The problem on this research is that there may be a lower overall performance at PT Inkasa Jaya Aluminium which is due to the shortage of advantageous factors which include self-efficacy, training, motivation, and competence of PT Bina Utama Sakti personnel whose work at PT Inkasa Jaya Aluminium influences the decline in organizational dedication and worker overall performance.Objective: To investigate the impact of self-efficacy, training, motivation, and competence on organizational dedication with worker overall performance as an intervening variable.Methodology: Based on the approach of facts collection, the researcher used quantitative studies techniques with surveys. The number of samples in this study was 100 employees of the production division at PT Bina Utama Sakti. The data analysis method in this study is using SEM analysis with mediating effects using the SmartPLS3 application to determine P-values and Path Coefficient Test as hypothesis testing.Finding: The effects that are looked at are: Self-efficacy, motivation, and competence that don’t have any great and insignificant impact on organizational dedication; Training has a great and huge impact on organizational dedication; Self-efficacy, training, and motivation don’t have any great and insignificant impact on worker overall performance; Competence has a great and huge impact on worker overall performance; Employee overall performance has a great and huge impact on organizational dedication; Self-efficacy, training, motivation, and competence can't have an impact on organizational dedication via worker overall performanceConclusion: To optimize performance, the company should make a special policy to be able to further improve the self-efficacy, training, motivation, and competence of their employees to maximize their performance in increasing the company's success in achieving its goals.Keywords: Competence;Employee Performance; Motivation; Organizational Commitment; Self-Efficacy

Abstract

Kinerja keuangan perusahaan merupakan hal yang sangat penting untuk diupayakan menjadi baik, dengan kinerja yang baik maka para pemegang saham punya keinginan membeli saham, bila yang dibeli banyak maka semakain banyak keuntungan yang diperoleh. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah melakukan suatu strategi dalam meningkatkan kinerja keuangan perusahaan . Populasi yang digunakan adalah semua perusahan dalam kumpulan Index LQ 45 tercatat di Pasar Modal di Indonesia, teknik penentuan sampel yaitu porposiv sampling. Teknik pengolahan data dalam study ini ini adalah teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis statistic ditemukan bahwa TATO, Firm Size dan current ratio berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan perisahaan

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of voluntary disclosure, independent commissioners and information asymmetry on the cost of debt. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach. The population used in this study is the company. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method. The sample in the study was 12 companies listed on the IDX for the period 2013-2018. The data used in this study is secondary data taken from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data analysis uses Eviews 10 analysis with the aim of testing voluntary disclosure, independent commissioners, and information asymmetry on the cost of debt. The results of this study indicate that voluntary disclosure has a significant effect on the cost of debt, independent commissioners have no significant effect on the cost of debt, information asymmetry has a significant effect on the cost of debt, and voluntary disclosure, independent commissioners and information asymmetry have a joint effect on the cost of debt.

Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze the effect of Economic Value Added (EVA), Market Value Added (MVA), Operating Leverage and Dividend Policy on Stock Returns in Coal Subsector Mining Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2014-2019 Period. The data collection technique used is using the purposive sampling technique and the number of samples used is 11 companies. The variables used in this research are Economic Value Added (EVA), Market Value Added (MVA), Operating Leverage and Dividend Policy as independent variables and stock return as dependent variable. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that Economic Value Added (EVA) has a significant positive effect on stock returns, Market Value Added (MVA) has a significant negative effect on stock returns, Operating Leverage has no significant positive effect on stock returns and Dividend Policy has a significantly positive effect on stock returns.

Abstract

Desa Kenongo Kecamatan Tulangan Kabupaten Sidoarjo, merupakan salah satu desa di wilayah Sidoarjo yang memiliki banyak anggota UMKM. Dari hasil pemetaan awal jumlah UMKM di Desa Kenongo adalah 210 dengan berbagai macam jenis usaha. Jenis usaha yang ada adalah konveksi, batik, souvenir, makanan dan minuman, serta berbagai macam kerajinan tangan lainnya. Dengan jumlah UMKM yang cukup banyak ini, masih sangat sedikit yang mempunyai legalitas usaha serta kemampuan untuk membranding usahanya.Tujuan pendampingan ini adalah mewujudkan UMKM yang memiliki kualitas bagus dan dapat bersaing serta bertahan di masa pandemi dengan cara 1) Branding produk melalui media sosial serta memberikan keahlian agar dapat membuat sendiri media pemasaran. Selanjutnya yang 2) Legalitas usaha bagi UMKM agar lebih berkualitas dan terpercaya.Hasil pendampingan ini adalah meningkatnya nilai penjualan meskipun belum sama seperti sebelum pandemi, dan meningkatnya kesadaran pemilik UMKM untuk legalitas usahanya. Pendampingan ini juga membentuk kelompok UMKM dengan struktur baru yang lebih terorganisir untuk membantu pelaku UMKM dalam pengembangan usahanya. Pendampingan

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Good Corporate Governance on Investation Decision in the Trade, Service and Investment Sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017.This study uses quantitative descriptive research using multiple linear regression analysis techniques and uses Program Eviews 10. The hypothesis in this study is that there is a partial and simultaneous influence on Good Corporate Governance and Corporate Social Responsibility as an independent variable on ROE as the dependent variable.The research results obtained are for partial hypothesis testing of the Board of Directors does not have a significant effect on ROE, the Board of Commissioners has a significant effect on ROE, the Audit Committee, CSR has no significant effect on ROE. While simultaneously the Board of Directors, Board of Commissioners, Audit Committee and CSR have a significant effect on ROE

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and work leadership on organizational commitment to improve employee performance through both direct and indirect influence and to determine the effect of organizational commitment at PT Niki Mapan Surabaya. As many as 102 employees of PT Niki Mapan Surabaya as research samples. Analysis techniques used were path analysis, t-test statistics and F-test statistics. Data analysis was performed with the help of the SPSS program. The results showed that the leadership style and breadth of work affect the organizational commitment and employee performance, and organizational commitment affects the performance of employees of PT. Niki Mapam Surabaya.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Training and Work Environment on Work Motivation with Organizational Commitment as an Intervening Variable on the employees of PT Yamaha Musical Products Indonesia. The research method used is quantitative with path analysis research techniques and using research instruments in the form of questionnaires. The results show that training affects organizational commitment, work environment influences organizational commitment, training influences work motivation, work environment influences work motivation, organizational commitment affects work motivation. The path analysis result show that organizational commitment can’t be an intervening variable for training on work motivation and organizational commitment can be a partial mediation for work environment on work motivation. Furthermore, PT YMPI in Pasuruan Regency remains consistent to increase work motivation through training and work environment. Although organizational commitment provides a low increase, it is necessary that to further enhance the organizational commitment that can strengthen the work motivation so that it can improve company’s performance in the face up to business competition
