Abstract

The research is entitled ''Assessment of Indonesian Language Teachers on Listening Skills Competence in the Era of the Covid-19 Pandemic in State Junior High Schools in Rambah Hilir District''. Problem formulation, how is the assessment of Indonesian language teachers on listening skill competencies in State Junior High Schools throughout the Rambah Hilir District during the Covid-19 pandemic? and What are the difficulties experienced by Indonesian language teachers in planning learning assessments on listening skill competencies in the Covid-19 pandemic era at State Junior High Schools in Rambah Hilir District? The purpose of this study was to determine the assessment of Indonesian language teachers on listening competence at State Junior High Schools throughout the Rambah Hilir District during the Covid-19 pandemic. and find out the difficulties experienced by Indonesian language teachers in planning learning assessments on listening competence in the Covid-19 pandemic era at State Junior High Schools in Rambah Hilir District. The research method is phenomenology, qualitative type. The theory used in this study is the notion of assessment, learning outcomes assessment function, teaching assessment evaluation, listening competence, listening objectives, listening assessment. The data sources of this research are 6 Indonesian language teachers. Data collection techniques include observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique groups the similarity of meanings in the assessment research of Indonesian language teachers on listening skill competencies at State Junior High Schools in Rambah Hilir District. The results of the research on the assessment of Indonesian language teachers on the competence of listening skills for fable text material were assessed from concluding, writing conclusions, writing descriptions, listening, paragraphs, story conclusions, concluding the content of conversations, answering questions, extrinsic intrinsic elements, listening and listening, vocabulary. The conclusion of the research on the assessment of Indonesian language teachers on the competence of listening skills in the era of the covid-19 pandemic in State Junior High Schools in Rambah Hilir District, the text of the fable story is thirteen sub-themes.

Abstract

The research objectives are 1) To determine the construction of the assessment of reading Indonesian saga for class X SMA Negeri Tenayan Raya District. 2) to determine the construction of the assessment of reading Indonesian poetry for class X SMA Negeri Tenayan Raya Pekanbaru. The research method is a qualitative type of phenomenology. The theory used is Setiadi (2016), Yunus (2012), Suherli (2017), Djiwandono (2011), Zainal (2017). The data sources for this study were 5 Indonesian language teachers. In-depth interview data collection techniques and documentation. Phenomenological data analysis techniques. The results of the research on the construction of saga reading assessments are speech sounds, words, sentences, letters, language, reading, paying attention to reading pauses, sentence breaks, paragraph breaks, pronouncing sentence contents, letter contents, punctuation marks, appreciating the content. While the construction of the assessment of reading poetry is the sound of diction, sound, letters, sentences, rhyme, rhythm, stanzas, figure of speech, confidence, style, appreciation. The conclusion of this research is that the construction of the assessment of reading Indonesian saga in grade X is formed from thirteen sub themes, while the construction of the assessment of reading poetry consists of eleven sub themes.

Abstract

This research is based on the construction of speaking assessment in Indonesian language learning. The importance of this research is studied because it produces the basic concept of speaking assessment, especially in learning Indonesian SMA class X. The problem studied in this study is how the construction of speaking assessment in learning Indonesian for class X SMAN in Tenayan Raya District, Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study was to construct a speaking assessment in Indonesian language learning for class X SMAN in Tenayan Raya District, Pekanbaru. The main theory used by researchers is Kusumastuti (2019), Tarigan (2008), Yunus (2012) and A.K (2019). The research approach carried out using a qualitative approach. This type of research uses the type of field research. The research method uses the phenomenological method. The data analysis technique was carried out using phenomenological techniques. The data collection techniques used were in-depth interview techniques and documentation techniques. The research informants were class X Indonesian teachers at SMA Negeri 6 Pekanbaru, SMA Negeri 10 Pekanbaru, and SMA Negeri 11 Pekanbaru, totaling six teachers. Based on the analysis conducted by the researcher, the results of this study indicate that the assessment of speaking in learning Indonesian for class X at SMA Negeri 6 Pekanbaru, SMA Negeri 10 Pekanbaru, and SMA Negeri 11 Pekanbaru used forms, including (1) conversation, (2) ) pronunciation, (3) video, (4) intonation, (5) content, (6) reading, (7) practice, and (8) articulation. This study concludes that the eight forms of assessment found by researchers can be recommended to educational institutions as a concept for measuring student speaking assessment.
