<![CDATA[The objectives of this research are investigate: (1) the effect of school infrastructure on student competency in conducting On The Job Training in the XI Grade of state vocational high school 1 Karanganyar in the school year of 2012/2013, (2) the effect of teacher competency on student competency in conducting On The Job Training in the XI Grade of state vocational high school 1 Karanganyar in the school year of 2012/2013, and (3) the effect of school infrastructure and teacher competency on student competency in conducting On The Job Training in the XI Grade of state vocational high school 1 Karanganyar in the school year of 2012/2013.This study employed descriptive quantitative research method. The population of research was all of XI graders of Office Administration Specialty Program in state vocational high school 1 Karanganyar in the school year of 2012/2013, consisting of 80 students. Method of collecting data used was questionnaireand documentation technique. Technique of analyzing data used was multiple regression analysis with analysis prerequisite tests including normality, linearity and independency tests.The result of the research are as follows (1) There is a significant effect of school infrastructure on student competency in conducting On The Job Training in the XI Grade of SMK Negeri 1 Karanganyar in the school year of 2012/2013. It was indicated by rstatistic > rtable values or 0.544 > 0.284 at significance level of 5%. The relative contribution was 50.24% and effective one was 24.53%. (2) There is a significant effect of teacher competency on student competency in conducting On The Job Training in the XI Grade of state vocational high school 1 Karanganyar in the school year of 2012/2013. It was indicated by rstatistic > rtable values or 0.542 > 0.284 at significance level of 5%. The relative contribution was 49.76% and effective one was 24.29%. (3) There is a significant effect of school infrastructure and teacher competency on student competency in conducting On The Job Training in the XI Grade of state vocational high school 1 Karanganyar in the school year of 2012/2013, because Fstatistic > Ftable or 21.466 > 4,043 at significance level of 5%.From the result of calculation, it could be obtained the linear regression equation ? = 12.309 + 0.290 X1 + 0.319 X2, thus, it could be concluded that the student competency in conducting on the job training (Y) will increase or decrease of 0.290 for every unit increase or decrease in school infrastructure (X1) and will increase or decrease of 0.319 for every unit increase or decrease in teacher competency (X2).Keywords: school infrastructure, teacher competency, On The Job Training.]]>
