Abstract

Laundry house is a business engaged in services in washing and drying, especially clothing. To serve the public in the field of laundry services, the laundry house in managing the data is still done manually and has not been computerized so there are still errors in the transaction process. Problems that occur in a laundry house such as incorrectly recording the type of package, the calculation is still using a calculator tool, in making the report must see the notes that have been collected previously, must see previous records recorded in the ledger, and be vulnerable to losing previous note notes so that it takes a long time and the results obtained are less accurate. The purpose of this study is to build a laundry data management program using the waterfall method which consists of 5 stages, namely, software requirements analysis, design, programming code, testing and support or maintenance. While the data collection is through observation, interviews and searching for literature related to this research so that it can solve problems related to laundry data management activities, especially in the process of receiving laundry services transactions to be more effective and efficient and can improve service to customers. The results of the study show that this laundry data management program can help and simplify the process of receiving laundry services at the laundry house.

Abstract

Yayasan yatim piatu dan sosial IRMA yang berada di Mampang Prapatan Jakarta Selatan merupakan yayasan yang terletak di Kecamatan Mampang Prapatan, Jakarta Selatan. Yayasan ini mempunyai anak yatim piatu yang bersekolah ditingkat pertama dan menengah. Permasalahan yang dimiliki oleh anak yatim piatu yayasan yatim piatu dan sosial IRMA adalah kurangan keterampilan dalam mengaplikasikan beberapa program komputer yang dimiliki, khusunya dalam membuat persentasi dengan menggunakan komputer. Perkembangan teknologi yang ada saat ini hanya digunakan sekedar untuk mengupdate status di media sosial tetapi tidak digunakan untuk melakukan tugas sekolah dan mengembangkan kemampuan persentasi mereka. Menjawab permasalahan diatas perlu diberikan pelatihan kepada Anak yatim piatu Yayasan yatim piatu dan sosial IRMA Mampang Prapatan Jakarta Selatan dengan tema Peningkatan keterampilan anak yatim piatu yayasan yatim piatu dan sosial IRMA dalam mengelolah data dan persentasi melalui pelatihan komputer menggunakan Microsoft Office, agar anak yatim piatu tersebut memiliki kemampuan membuat suatu persentasi yang menarik saat melakukan tugas sekolah serta kemampuan dalam mengelolah data dalam menghadapi era 4.0

Abstract

Abstract  - One of the most important sectors in determining the success of the development process in developing countries is transportation. Existing transportation such as land, air and sea transportation. Of the three types of transportation, in Indonesia, the fastest development of island transportation. The rapid growth of transportation is evidenced by the increasing number of motorcycle transportation by 7.40% per year. This amount is supported by factors in the development and utilization of information technology that is increasingly growing in Indonesia. Behind that, it turns out there is support from the many companies developing technology to build transportation applications. As with online transportation that can provide land transportation facilities only by utilizing smartphone technology. The development of online transportation is one of the important factors in the use of transportation vehicles in Indonesia. Previous transportation has the facilities and infrastructure in the use of transportation is still minimal, namely the lack of providing services to the community so that people do not feel satisfied. Therefore, we conducted a study to evaluate the success factors of using land transportation from an online transportation application in the perspective of customer satisfaction using the AHP method that can overcome complex, unstructured problems such as expert thought, from the results obtained by the main factors that are very influential with the success of an application can be seen from the level of technological confidence of the application.Keywords: Success Factors, Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

Di masa pandemi covid-19 saat ini, masyarakat terutama anak-anak yang bersekolah maupun orang tua dipaksa untuk bisa menggunakan teknologi untuk melakukan kegiatan belajar mengajar secara daring. Kegiatan belajar daring ini membuat sebagian anak-anak atau orang tua mempelajari teknologi yang digunakan secara otodidak. Kami selaku Dosen dan PPPM (Pusat Penelitian dan Pengabdian Masyarakat) Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen Informatika dan Komputer Nusa Mandiri ingin melakukan pengabdian masyarakat dengan memberikan  pelatihan kepada warga RT 008/010 Pela Mampang dengan tema pemanfaatan IPTEK dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar untuk masyarakat pela mampang di masa pandemi. Bentuk dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang akan dilaksanakan adalah berupa webinar memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dasar belajar menggunakan aplikasi pembelajaran daring yaitu Google Classroom untuk menunjang kegiatan belajar secara daring selama pandemi covid-19 kepada warga RT 008/010 Pela Mampang, Melakukan penyampaian materi berkenaan dengan pengenalan Google Classroom, Menjelaskan bagaimana langkah-langkah memulai Google Classroom dan apa saja yang dapat dilakukan dengan Google Classroom, Memberikan latihan mengakses Google Classroom dan memulai kegiatan belajar. Hasil dari kegiatan pelatihan ini adalah Peningkatan keterampilan peserta terhadap pengenalan penggunaan Google Classroom yang memudahkan sebagai tambahan ilmu yang bisa diterapkan pada kegiatan belajar, Para peserta dapat mengoperasikan Google Classroom untuk mendukung proses belajar secara daring selama pandemi, Para peserta dapat mengajari teman-temannya yang lain, yang belum bisa mengoperasikan Google Classroom untuk kegiatan belajar di sekolah..

Abstract

Technological developments, especially in the automotive sector, make automotive companies competing to produce vehicles or means of transportation that are in accordance with the demands of society at this time. The public wants a means of transportation that is safe, comfortable, environmentally friendly and economical. To drive a private vehicle properly and correctly one of them follows training from institutions or driving schools. In this study, the authors helped overcome it by Building a Driving School Information System by analyzing using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) model. Use the Rapid Application Development (RAD) model for software development by minimizing the planning stage and maximizing prototype development. Through this system, prospective drivers can find out all information relating to driving schools, such as training schedules, names of instructors, costs required, types of cars available and comments of prospective drivers who have attended training at the school. This information system is very important for prospective drivers, it is also very useful for the driving school to display all information related to driving learning that will be applied.
