Abstract

The education process will run optimally if teachers as educators have high interest and satisfaction with their profession. This study aims to: (1) see the description of teacher job satisfaction, (2) see differences in teacher job satisfaction based on civil servant and non-PNS status, and (3) see differences in teacher job satisfaction based on gender. This research uses descriptive quantitative method. This research was conducted at State Vocational High Schools throughout Kuantan Singingi Regency, Riau Province. The population in this study were teachers registered in the 2017/2018 school year. Samples were taken using proportional random sampling technique and obtained as many as 206 people, consisting of 85 men and 121 women or 110 people with civil servant status and 96 with non-PNS status. Data analysis was performed using a percentage formula and simple regression. The findings of this study are: (1) most of the teachers' job satisfaction is in the high category with a percentage of 83.49%, (2) there is a significant difference between the job satisfaction of teachers who are PNS and Non-PNS. The job satisfaction of teachers with PNS status is higher than teachers with non PNS status, (3) there is a significant difference between the job satisfaction of male and female teachers. The job satisfaction of female teachers is higher than that of male teachers. The results of this study can be used as input for the Education Office and school principals in order to increase the number of programs that can increase teacher job satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan memberikan gambaran peran yang dilakukan guru BK didalam mengenal perilaku narsisme dikalangan remaja pengguna media social sehingga tidak menimbulkan perilaku narsistik pada remaja. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kajian literature review dengan cara mencari referensi kajian teori yang relevan dengan kasus atau permasalahan yang ditemukan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1.perilaku narisime remaja dapat di pengaruhi oleh beberapa perilaku diantaranya: Perilaku konsurtif, Media social seperti Tiktok, Instagram, self-esteem. Hubungan perilaku narsisme remaja terhadap pada Perilaku konsurtif, Media social seperti Tiktok, Instagram, self-esteem kajian literatur didapatkan bahwa berada pada kategori tinggi dan sedang ,2. Ganguan kepribadian narsistik, bahwa perilaku narsis yang berlebihan akan berdampak kepada kesehatan mental. Tetapi jika seseorang selfi yang dikatakan narsis ketika beranggapan merekalah yang paling sempurna dan selalu ingin di puji oleh penikmat foto mereka di media sosial tersebut. Gangguan yang terjadi jika seserang memiliki perilaku narsistik diantaranya, kesehatan mental, campuran antisosial, kecenderungan anorexia nervosa.  3. Peran guru BK sangatlah penting didalam memberikan layanan bimbingan klasikal kepada mahasiswa agar ketika perilaku narsis bukan menjadi bagian penting kehidupan mereka sehingga merekan tidak berlebihan, karena akan berdampak kepada kesehatan mental dan ganguan kepribadian. Guru Bk bisa melaksanakan konseling terapi realitas dan menggunakan layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan menggunakan media film didalam meminimilisir perilaku narsisme remaja yang akan nantinya menimbulkan perilaku narsistik.

Abstract

The population of Rantau Baru Village is 750 people. Most of the people's livelihood is fishing. There are eleven teachers in Rantau Baru Village, consisting of nine elementary school teachers and two kindergarten teachers. In addition, the number of village officials is eleven people. The purpose of this service activity is to provide an understanding to teachers and village officials about the importance of soft skills in improving teacher professionalism and service quality. In addition, outbound activities are also carried out which are useful as personality development. This service is carried out through: lecture and demonstration methods (Practice). The target group for this service is 22 people consisting of elementary school teachers, kindergarten teachers and village officials. The results of this service can increase the knowledge of participants about soft skills and personality. Another benefit for teachers and village officials is to strengthen personality aspects such as self-confidence, cooperation, courage, creativity, and social relations in improving the professionalism of teachers and village officials.

Abstract

Pembelajaran dalam jaringan adalah sistem perkuliahan yang memanfaatkan akses internet sebagai media pembelajaran yang dirancang dan ditampilkan dalam bentuk modul kuliah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran stress akademik mahasiswa dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran dalam jaringan pada masa wabah virus covid-19. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di FKIP Universitas Riau. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik random sampling. Hal ini untuk meningkatkan tingkat kerpercayaan  pengambilan jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini dapat diambil 11% dari jumlah populasi. Abstract

The general objective of this research is to describe: (a) Level of physical self-concept boys and girls (b) The level of student achievement motivation of men and women,(c) Career planning level boys and girls, (d) Differences in physical self-concept, achievement motivation and career planning boy with girls, (e) Contribution of physical self-concept and achievement motivation to get her to career planning undertaken in-class XI SMKN Se-Kota Pekanbaru. This study uses a quantitative approach with correlation and comparative methods by making a proportional random sampling technique. In this study the following conclusions can be adduced: (a) Physical self-concept level boys and girls, in general, are in the medium category, (b) The level of student achievement motivation of men and women, in general, are in the category of being, (c) Level career planning toward boys and girls in general are at a high category, (d) There are differences in physical self-concept of boys and girls, (e) There were no differences in achievement motivation and career planning boys and the women, (f) There contribution of physical self-concept and achievement motivation on student career planning direction.

Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah peserta didik di sekolah menengah atas yang mengalami keraguan dalam memilih karir mereka. Munculnya keraguan tersebut karena rendahnya self efficacy karir dalam dirinya.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan self efficacy karir siswa sebelum dan sesudah dilaksanakan konseling kelompok trait and factor kelompok kontrol dan kelompok eksperimen, serta mengetahui pengaruh layanan konseling kelompok trait and factor terhadap self efficacy karir siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Quasi Experimen With Pre-Test-Post-Test Desaign Control Grup, yaitu melibatkan dua kelompok subjek,satu diberikan perlakuan eksperimental (kelompok eksperimen) dan satu kelompok tidak diberikan perlakuan (kelompok kontrol). Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini konseling kelompok trait and factor berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan self efficacy karir siswa.

Abstract

Resiliensi merupakan kualitas pribadi yang memungkinkan individu untuk bangkit ketika menghadapi kesulitan. Salah satu hambatan yang terjadi pada siswa adalah pembelajaran tatap muka (PTM). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran resiliensi siswa terhadap pembelajaran tatap muka (PTM). Jenis Penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan mentode survey. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 106 ditentukan dengan teknik proportionate stratified random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dengan skala likert .Hasil peneletian ini menunjukkan bahwa resiliensi siswa terhadap pembelajaran tatap muka (PTM) berada di kategori tinggi. Dari ke-lima aspek resiliensi aspek yang memiliki persentase tinggi adalah aspek kepercayaan diri, penerimaan positif, kontrol diri, spritual, dan kompetensi pribadi yang berada pada kategori sedang. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan dilihat dari jenis kelamin siswa laki-laki memiliki nilai rendah dibandingkan siswa perempuan dalam aspek kompetensi pribadi.

Abstract

The attractiveness of a tourist object is one of the important assets that must be owned in order to improve and develop a tourist attraction because the potential attractiveness of a tourist object is what attracts tourists to that destination. In order to make a tourist attraction acceptable to tourists, a mature concept is needed so that it can have a positive effect on the development of the tourist attraction, as well as for the surrounding environment. In Limau Manis Village there is a Batu Langkai Island Tourism Object. Previously, the existence of this tourist attraction had been managed by the community but stopped due to lack of funds, land issues, lack of knowledge about tourism promotion strategies, lack of information related to tourist objects, at several points there was still quite a lot of trash scattered in the river area and there was no place to capture the moment (photo spots). The service team collaborated with residents to make organic and inorganic trash cans, make photo spots, promotion strategy workshops and provide neon boxes for Batu Langkai Island Tourism Objects

Abstract

This research is a quantitative research with an experimental research method using a Quanti Experimental Design with a Nonequivalent Control Group Design design in which there are two groups that are not randomly selected, in which the group taking the subject is selected using a probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling technique. The data collection was carried out through the distribution of pretest and posttest which were then analyzed using the Spearman rank test and Wilcoxon test with the help of the SPSS version 23 for windows application program to see how much influence and effectiveness of group guidance services with the think pair share method have on self-control of gadget use. Based on the results of the data obtained, there was an increase in self-control in the use of gadgets before and after being given group guidance services using the think pair share method in the experimental group and the control group. Then it was found that group guidance services using the think pair share method had an effect on self-control of gadget use by 63%. Furthermore, this study shows that group guidance services using the think pair share method are effective for increasing self-control in using gdgets.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat harga diri dan motivasi berprestasi siswa serta hubungan antara harga diri dengan motivasi berprestasi siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa SMA N 13 Pekanbaru.sampel pada penelitian ini diambil menggunakan teknik simple random sampling sehingga menghasilkan 90 siswa sebagai sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket harga diri dan angket motivasi berprestasi yang disebarkan kepada siswa. Untuk analisis data menggunakan teknik persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa harga diri siswa berada pada kategori sedang (42,6%) dan motivasi berprestasi siswa berada pada kategori sedang (40,9%). Serta hasil analis product moment menunjukkan sig.<0.05 sehingga terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara harga diri dengan motivasi berprestasi siswa di SMA N 13 Pekanbaru.
