Pendidikan Anti Korupsi Bagi Pelajar Widyaningrum, Hesti; Rohman , Adi Nur; Sugeng, Sugeng; Putri , Elfirda Ade

Abstract Corruption crime can not only be minimized through the eradication of corruption, such as through law enforcement, but also needs precaution that is no less important. Therefore, the community plays an important role in preventing these crimes. Various elements that exist in society, civita academics can also participate in supporting building anti-corruption behavior. Lecturers and Students can be involved in this through Community Service activities as part of the Higher Education Tri Dharma. Various ways can be done and one of them is by providing early education for students in recognizing anti-corruption behavior and its importance for the nation and state. The Legal Counseling Activity regarding Anti-Corruption Education for Students was held at the Global Prima Islamic School Vocational School which was attended by approximately 59 Participants. After delivering the material and questionnaire to the participants, it can be seen that anti-corruption education is really needed to students because based on the questionnaire distributed, it turns out students do not know the relationship of dishonesty with corrupt behavior as evidenced from the results of the questionnaire that most students stated that cheating is not corrupt behavior. Through the material delivered at the time of counseling that cheating is one of the dishonest behaviors that is the seed of a corrupt attitude and can be the seeds of corruption crime in the future and the impact that occurs on the behavior of corruption. Regarding this, based on the results of the questionnaire, the majority of participants stated that the behavior of corruption had a more complex effect on the nation and state. Keywords: Education, Anti-Corruption, Students Abstrak Kejahatan Korupsi tidak hanya dapat diminimalisir melalui pemberantasan korupsi semata seperti melalui penegakan hukum namun juga perlu tindakan pencegahan yang tidak kalah pentingnya. Oleh karena itu, masyarakat sangat berperan dalam pencegahan kejahatan tersebut. Berbagai elemen yang ada di masyarakat, civita akademika juga dapat ikut berpartisipasi dalam mendukung membangun prilaku anti korupsi. Dosen dan Mahasiswa dapat terlibat dalam hal ini melalui kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat sebagai bagian dari Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi. Berbagai cara dapat dilakukan dan salah satunya dengan cara memberikan pendidikan dini bagi pelajar dalam mengenal prilaku anti korupsi dan pentingnya bagi bangsa dan negara. Kegiatan Penyuluhan Hukum mengenai Pendidikan anti Korupsi bagi Pelajar ini telaksana di SMK Global Prima Islamic School yang diikuti lebih kurang 59 Peserta. Setelah disampaikannya materi dan kuisioner kepada peserta, maka dapat diketahui bahwa pendidikan anti korupsi sangat diperlukan kepada pelajar karena berdasarkan kuisioner yang dibagikan ternyata pelajar belum mengetahui hubungan sikap tidak jujur dengan prilaku korupsi yang dibuktikan dari hasil kuisioner bahwa sebagian besar pelajar menyatakan bahwa menyontek bukan prilaku korupsi. Melalui materi yang disampaikan pada saat penyuluhan bahwa menyontek adalah salah satu prilaku tidak jujur yang menjadi bibit dari sikap korup dan dapat menjadi bibit kejahatan korupsi di masa mendatang serta dampak yang terjadi atas prliaku korupsi. Atas hal ini, Berdasarkan hasil kuisioner itu juga, sebagian besar peserta menyatakan bahwa prilaku korupsi berdampak lebih komplek terhadap bangsa dan negara. The lack of public awareness of the implementation of the Covid-19 health protocol has made the spread of Covid-19 even more massive, for example on December 1, 2020 in our country Indonesia has reached 543,975 positive cases with 17,081 deaths and 454,879 recoveries and if we refer to the data on CoronaVirus cases in the world, it has reached 2,500 cases. positive 63,315,184 with 1,469,835 deaths and 40,602,957 recoveries. The data was obtained from the Johns Hopkins Coronavirus Resource Center. This activity provides education to the people of Lubang Buaya Village on the importance of wearing masks, washing hands and maintaining distance as well as providing education to the community about the dangers of the Covid-19 virus and providing benefits to the community on the importance of preventing the spread of Covid-19 in the form of counseling. Keywords: Optimization, Pandemic, Response Abstrak Kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat akan penerapan protokol kesehatan Covid-19 membuat penyebaran Covid-19 semakin masif contohnya pada tanggal 1 Desember 2020 di negeri kita Indonesia telah mencapai kasus positif 543.975 dengan kematian 17.081 dan kesembuhan 454.879 dan jika mengacu pada data kasus CoronaVirus di dunia telah mencapai kasus positif 63.315.184 dengan kematian 1.469,835 dan kesembuhan 40.602,957. Data tersebut didapat dari sumber Johns Hopkins Coronavirus Resource Center. Kegiatan ini memberikan Edukasi terhadap masyarakat Desa Lubang Buaya pentingnya memakai masker, mencuci tangan dan menjaga jarak serta memberikan penyuluhan kepada masyarakat terhadap bahayanya virus Covid-19 dan memberikan manfaat kepada masyarakat akan pentingnya mencegah penyebaran Covid-19 berupa penyuluhan. A business actor is any individual or business entity, whether in the form of a legal entity or not a legal entity established and domiciled or conducting activities within the jurisdiction of the Republic of Indonesia, either alone or jointly through an agreement to carry out business activities in various economic fields. As it has been stated that nowadays, many business actors are starting to offer their business activities through online mechanisms, on the other hand, consumers also welcome this online transaction model, so its development online transactions appear to be growing. In connection with this phenomenon, it is important to study and socialize the legal basis of online transactions, especially in the context of consumer protection. The method used is the dissemination of socialization materials and the legal basis for consumer protection and efforts to resolve consumer disputes in buying and selling online. The results of the implementation of the community are able to understand that sellers and buyers have rights and obligations, sellers have responsibilities if consumer rights are not fulfilled, and efforts to resolve disputes with litigation effort and non-litigation effort.
