Abstract

Abstract : Thesis entitled as a “RESULT OF LAW THAT WILL CONTAIN THE APPOINTMENT AND GRAND TESTAMENTARY HEIR ACCORDING TO THE BOOK OF THE CIVIL LAW”. Discuss issues of legal issues that result of law that will contain the appointment and grant testamentary heir according to the book of the civil law; in heritance right to the heirs by statutory (ab intestato) and testament which contains appointment heirs (erfstelling) according to the laws of civil law. Theoretical basis used in this study is the theory of the rule of law, rights theory and theory of legal protection. This type of research uses type of normative legal research using regulatory approach and conceptual approach. Materials research in this thesis the primary law, secondary and tertiary, which is processed at the level of technical level, the level of teleological and systematic level of internal. Material analysis carried out by method of interpretation of law contruction. Based method of deductive logic to think that we can conclude about testamentary appointment and grant testamentary heirs and logical qonsecuences according to the book of civil law by looking article 954 and 957 of the book. However, due to legal provisions regarding the appointment of a will that contains a grant heirs and testament in the book of the law of civil law. The next concept of the ideal law which must be applied by a public official or for a notary clarity and legal certainly. Abstract

Empty fruit bunch and WWTP mud palm oil production is a source biomass energy which has not been utilized optimally yet. This study aims determine the effect of differences in the compotition of raw materials and the addition of crude glycerol adhesive to the quality of briquettes produced using the carbonization process. The proses of making briquettes in this study with variying variations in the composition of raw material for empty fruit bunch : WWTP mud palm oil production 90%:10%, 80%:20%, 70%:30%, 60%:40% and crude glycerol adhesive concentration 0%, 5%, 10%, 15% from the total weight of 10 gram briquettes. The fixed variatons used are empty fruit bunch temperature of 450oC for 90 minutes, sludge temperature 300oC for 60 minutes, particle size used were less than 100 mesh and pressing preasure 100 bar. Drying is carried out indoors for 24 hours and then oven for 1 hour with temperature 105oC. the result showed that the best briquettes were in the composition of 90%:10% empty fruit bunch and WWTP mud palm oil production with the addition of 10% crude glycerol adhesive in which caloric value of 5244,83 cal/gr and compressive strength of 4,82 kg/cm2. Adi Putra Pratama, 2020. Analisis Pendapatan Usaha Pengolahan Kerupuk Singkong Dan Kerupuk Ikan Di Kecamatan Talisayan Kabupaten Berau. Dibawah bimbingan Zamruddin Hasid dan Akhmad Noor.Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kecamatan Talisayan Kabupaten Berau Data primer yang dikumpulkan di lapangan untuk keperluan analisa diperoleh dengan observasi (pengamatan), wawancara dan Studi Dokumentasi yaitu dengan meninjau langsung ke tempat pembuatan Kerupuk Singkong. Penelitian ini mengambil 1 (satu) responden, yang terdiri dari pemilih usaha itu sendiri.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian nilai produksi pengolahan kerupuk singkong pada skala produksi 2000 bungkus dengan nilai penerimaan sebesar Rp. 26.000.000/bulan dan kerupuk ikan selama sebulan pada skala produksi 7500 bungkus sebesar Rp 97.500.000/bulan, sehingga total penerimaan sebesar Rp 123.500.000. Total biaya produksi usaha kerupuk singkong dan kerupuk ikan selama sebulan Rp 110.813.200 itu sudah termasuk biaya karyawan, biaya listrik, biaya bahan baku dan lain-lain, jadi pendapatan bersih yang diperoleh mencapai Rp 12.686.800
