Abstract

Today, family activity has a significant shift from agricultural production to consumption of goods and services. Many of the family entities that no longer produce their own foodstuffs through rice fields and farming; they go to shopping centers and traditional markets to meet their needs. This is also motivated by cultural changes and socio-economic conditions such as shifting the role of women as wives who are no longer merely struggling in the domestic household. This shift in views and cultural changes color the communication behavior between married couples, either directly or indirectly. The research method used in this research is qualitative research method. This is because the issues to be discussed are complex, holistic, dynamic, and full of meaning. From the results of this study, there are 4 couples who have interpersonal communication patterns that are different from the first type of friendship partner, independent couple, the three complicated pairs, the four independent and traditional combined pairs.

Abstract

In answering the current business competition, it is necessary to have a different promotion strategy from other competitors. In this case, it is not just to gain as much profit as possible, but also becomes an attraction for consumers if the company uses a media promotion strategy that is unique or different from the others, so there is a message that is created through communication semiotics. online motorcycle taxi phenomenon. Online motorcycle taxi services such as motorcycle taxi, grab and uber have stolen the attention of users of public transportation services. One of several online motorcycle taxi that is now stealing the attention is Uber. Through the Uber Edition Boxes advertisement, this online motorcycle taxi service has stolen the attention of other online motorcycle taxi users. Since it was published on November 1, 2017 through YouTube, this ad has been watched by 2,637,183 by cyber activists. This uniquely conceptualized ad carries the message "watch and see what will happen if our city is filled with people in unit boxes that fill city streets to the point of being ridiculous. Abstract

The problem that is the study of this research is the gap between the existing and expected circumstances, then there is a problem. Existing conditions are; Organizational climate that is no longer conducive but still forced on each employee to be productive and have high work motivation, so if this is allowed to drag on, it is not impossible that every employee will have a poor performance in the company, causing workers to inconvenience and reduce employee performance. Research Objectives Analyze the Effect of Organizational Climate with Work Motivation, Analyze the Effect of Work Motivation with Employee Performance, Analyze Organizational Climate and Work Motivation on Employee Performance. The research method used is Explanatory Survey, and uses a five-scale questionnaire, Likert category, while the object of this research is employees of PT. Midi Utama Indonesia, Tbk Tangerang Branch Ciledug. The data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression. The results of this study indicate that the influence of Organizational Climate variables (X1) and Employee Motivation variables (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) is 41.7%. The influence of Organizational Climate variable (X1) on Employee Performance (Y) 37.4% and Employee Work Motivation (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) is 41.7%. The results showed that the Organizational Climate was in the "Strong enough" category, as well as the Employee Motivation variable "quite strong" and the Employee Performance level was in the Weak category.  Keywords: Organizational Climate, Employee Motivation, and Employee Performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengalaman komunikasi Orang Tua yang berhubungan dengan perubahan perilaku orang tua terhadap perubahan pembelajaran anak selama pandemi Covid-19. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini yaitu orang tua siswa kelas I dan II SD. Pengumpulan data diambil melalui wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi secara langsung. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat adanya perubahan perilaku orang tua terhadap perubahan pembelajaran anak selama pandemi Covid-19. Beberapa temuan yang terdapat dalam penelitian ini terkait perubahan perilaku orang tua, yaitu orang tua cenderung sulit untuk menahan kesabaran; orang tua mengalami kesulitan membimbing; orang tua menganggap penting dalam hal menambah wawasan dan pengetahuan; orang tua lebih menyukai pembelajaran tatap muka (konvensional). Selama dalam pembelajaran daring, terdapat hambatan komunikasi semantik dalam menentukan diksi yang tepat sehingga dapat mempermudah anak dalam memahami materi pelajaran. Selain itu terdapat hambatan teknis, yakini kurang menyeluruhnya pembagian subsidi kuota pemerintah sehingga mengakibatkan orang tua harus membeli kuota dengan uang pribadi; dan masih ditemukannya orang tua siswa kelas I dan II yang kurang mengerti fitur media pembelajaran seperti zoom.
