Abstract

Education is a rehumanisme, that was oriented to form individuals who able to understand the reality itself and the surrounding communities. The aim of education is to create significant social change in the life of mankind. One of the contents of the national education goals is to appreciate the reality of humanity and the potential that owned learners (human). Islam in its victorius was a center of the study of various discipline. It was proved by the emergence of Muslim scientists. But over time, the Islamic intellectualism began to decline along with cultural understanding and taqlid, whereas al-Qur`an have many signaled to examines all disciplines, not limited to the religious sciences. It can be seen from the verses of al-Qur`an that ordered to examine the verses kauniyah. Thus Islamic comprehensive assessment is a paradigm of Humanist Islamic Education or in other words, humanize human accordance with the primary task of man as a khalifah on earth.Abstrak:Pendidikan merupakan pemanusiaan kembali manusia (humanisasi) yang berorientasi pada bentuknya individu yang mampu memahami realitas dirinya dan masyarakat sekitarnya serta bertujuan untuk menciptakan perubahan sosial secara signifikan dalam kehidupan umat manusia. Salah satu isi dari tujuan pendidikan nasional adalah menghargai realitas kemanusiaan dan berbagai potensi yang dimilki peserta didik (manusia). Islam pada masa kejayaannya menjadi pusat kajian berbagai disiplin ilmu, hal ini terbukti dengan bermunculannya para ilmuwan muslim. Tetapi seiring dengan berjalannya waktu, intelektualisme Islam itu mulai redup seiring dengan pemahaman dan budaya taqlid, padahal al-Qur`an banyak memberikan isyarat agar mengkaji semua disiplin ilmu, tidak terbatas ilmu-ilmu agama saja. Hal ini bisa dilihat dari ayat-ayat al-Qur`an yang memerintahkan untuk mengkaji ayat-ayat kauniyah. Dengan demikian Pengkajian Islam secara komprehenshif baik ilmu agama maupun umum adalah sebagai Paradigma Pendidikan Islam Humanis atau dengan kata lain memanusiakan manusia sesuai dengan tugas utama manusia sebagai khalifah di muka bumi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan supervisi akademik kepala madrasah pada MTs NU Banat Kudus. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif.  Informannya adalah kepala madrasah, wakil kepala bidang kurikulum, guru mata pelajaran agama dan umum. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi.  Pemeriksaan keabsahan data dengan menggunakan uji kredibilitas. Analisis datanya menggunakan model interaktif, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitiannya yang pertama adalah dalam pelaksanaan supervisi akademik kepala madrasah dan tim supervisor di MTs NU Banat Kudus menggunakan pendekatan langsung dan teknik individu dengan langkah-langkah yaitu pra observasi, pelaksanaan observasi/kunjungan kelas, evaluasi dan tindak lanjut, serta laporan pelaksanaan supervisi akademik. Hasil penelitian yang kedua adalah terdapat dua faktor pendukung dalam pelaksanaan supervisi di MTs NU Banat Kudus yaitu faktor internal yakni kompetensi supervisi akademik kepala sekolah yang memadai dan faktor eksternal yang meliputi guru yang rata-rata sudah siap untuk disupervisi, kemampuan kepala madrasah dalam menciptakan pola hubungan yang baik dengan seluruh komponen sekolah. Terdapat juga dua faktor penghambat yaitu faktor internal yakni banyak guru yang tidak bersedia sebagai tenaga tim supervisor dan faktor eksternal yang meliputi adanya sarana penunjang yang kurang terpenuhi, kurangnya waktu dalam pelaksanaan supervisi akademik. Hasil penelitian yang ketiga yaitu supervisi akademik yang dilakukan oleh kepala MTs NU Banat Kudus berdampak positif kepada semua guru di antaranya adalah meningkatkan kompetensi kepribadian guru, kompetensi sosial guru, kompetensi profesional guru dan kompetensi pedagogik guru. Kata Kunci: Supervisi Akademik, Pelaksanaan

Abstract

This research focused on Sufism of ‘Abdul Wahab al-Sya’rani and studied about the education components which covers: the aspects of purpose and teaching material, the aspects of teacher and students, the aspects of method and strategy in Sufism Education, as well as the relevance of Sufism education by as-Sya’rani with the development of character building. The objectives of this research are: a) To describe what the objectives and teaching materials in Sufism by as-Sya’rani are; b) To describe how the position of the teacher and students in Sufism education by as-Sya’rani is; c) To describe what the method in Sufism education by as-Sya’rani is; d) To describe how relevant the Sufism by as-Sya’rani with the development of character building is. This qualitative research uses hermeneutic approach. The analysis method used in this research is content analysis with the descriptive features.  The writer uses the hermeneutic approach because he efforts to describe the facts gained from text containing as-Sya’rani’s thoughts on Sufism education and performs the perception towards the sense of texts in effort to be possibly close to understand  the idea of as-Sya’rani’s Sufism education.

Abstract

This research describe about the leadership of the head madrasah in improving quality of education and performance teacher at MAN 1. This kind of research is field reseach, with the design, case study. The data collection techniques through interviews, observation the questionnaire, and documentation of. As for the analysis of data used in the qualitative study conducted in an interactive and place in a continuous, to completion so that the data is saturated.Activity in, data analysis namely the reduction of, data , presentation of data the withdrawal of conclusions and verification. The research results have to conclude:  first an increase in professionalism teacher through direct strategy as the embodiment of a device for teachers, learning efforts to improve the performance of teachers and the evaluation of the learning process as well as training teachers; while coaching professionalism teacher indirectly such as include teacher in various seminars and training, a higher level of magister, including the gfc and mgmp.Both, the development of infrastructures, between pemavingan madrasah, another page the construction of a new building, and renovation of the old building, the manufacture of the fence madrasah, the construction of a mosque and madrasah, and improving the infrastructure of the multi media. Through the effort is expected to the learning process runs smoothly and potential on students. well developed. Meanwhile in the performance of teachers, peneingkatan islamic school head teacher always improve commitment in achieving discipline, motivate teachers work in intense, and the head madrasah be an example.

Abstract

Dalam rangka mengontrol perilaku dan perkembangan anak pada usia pendidikan dasar, perlu adanya sinergitas serta komunikasi antara pihak sekolah dengan orangtua. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis program konseling dalam mengontrol perilaku siswa Sekolah Dasar Unggulan Terpadu Bumi Kartini Jepara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Dalam pengumpulan data menggunakan penelitia lapangan melalui wawancara, observasi langsung dalam implementasi program konseling. Hasil temuan  penelitian menunjukkan ada tiga program konseling yang dilaksanakan di Sekolah Dasar Unggulan Terpadu Bumi Kartini Jepara. Pertama, konseling secara individu yang dilakukan guru kelas dengan siswa. Program ini dilakukan sesuai kebutuhan pada waktu kondisional. Kedua, konseling bulanan antara guru kelas dengan orangtua siswa. Jadwal pelaksanaan setiap hari Jum’at pada akhir bulan. Ketiga, program layanan parenting bersama orangtua siswa setiap akhir semester. Program parenting dilakukan dalam bentuk variatif seperti seminar, sarasehan, gathering, dengan tema berbeda setiap semester. Parenting merupakan media update dan sharing informasi tentang perkembangan sikap anak dengan fasilitator ahli. Media komunikasi penunjang konseling adalah grup whatsapp orang tua siswa, guru, pimpinan sekolah, dan buku konseling tentang catatan masalah beserta hasil konseling.In order to control the behavior, attitudes, and development of children in the age of basic education, there needs to be synergy and communication between stakeholder of the school and parents. This study aims to analyze counseling programs in controlling the behavior of students of Integrated Primary School Bumi Kartini Jepara. The research method used descriptive qualitative. In collecting data using field research through interviews, direct observation in the implementation of counseling programs. The results of the study are three counseling programs carried out at the Integrated Primary School Bumi Kartini Jepara. The first, individual counseling by class teachers with students. This program is carried out as needed in conditional time. The second, monthly counseling between class teachers and parents. Implementation schedule every Friday at the end of the month. The third, parenting service program with parents of students at the end of each semester. The parenting program is carried out in various methods such as seminars, parent class, gatherings, with different themes every semester. Parenting is a medium for updating and sharing information about the development of children's attitudes with expert facilitators. There are communication media in order to supporting counseling program, such as WhatsApp group of parents, teachers, school leaders, and counseling books about the problem notes and the results of counseling.

Abstract

This research describes the marketing strategy of higher education with model approach of Islamic Marketing concept. To know that customer loyalty has been recognized as an important source to maintain sustainable competition within an institution. Institutions of higher education is one of the organizations that have a level of intense competition. Increased customer loyalty can be done by an institution of higher education to maintain the increasingly tight competition. This paper answers how the strategies undertaken by higher education institutions in mepertahankan competition, through Islamic Markeing concept approach. The results of this study are: customer satisfaction is built on the basis of sharia values, where marketers in serving customers always behave and behave, among others: first gentle, second, generous, and third, customer priority (Îtsâr).

Abstract

This research explains the values of character building in the poem (sy’ir) of Gondo Arum by Kyai Muhammad Anwar Sanusi bin Karim. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The aim is to explain and analyze a person’s thought, individually or group. The technique of collecting data is done directly by using written document and monumental creature by a person who is a mufti of archipelago, kyai Muhammad Anwar Sanusi bin Karim. Data analysis uses descriptive analysis method. The finding of this research is 1. Respect and well-mannered character. This value is relevant with 9 pillars of national character. In the poem of already explained related with an attitude of talking to parents and others that relate to religious doctrine; 2. The character of honesty is behaviour that is based on the effort of making him/herself as people who always can be trusted in words, action, and work. According to kyai Muhammad Anwar Sanusi bin Karim, honesty is a very admirable character, it is honesty in words and action; 3. The character of hard-working, it means try hard to achieve success and do not know to give up. According to kyai Muhammad Anwar Sanusi bin Karim hard working is described in the poem of by the term of “frequently of study day and night”; 4. Values of love Allah and truthfulness, it means the realization the feeling of relative among human which is Allah creatures is a favor from one and only God, and from the relationship will grow the feeling of loving to each other which is based on piety; 5. The character of a kind and humble, to make a good character person should always try to do good things. The good habit should be done consistently or istiqamah. The good habit will build someone’s character to become good. Any small of goodness always be done then it will be big goodness; 6. The character of coalescence and unity, it means the unity of messed style that is various become one which is intact and harmonious. The implementation of coalescence and unity values is such as defend the compactness, to parents, relative, fellow, and social environment. Keywords: character building, the poem of  Gondo Arum, Islamic literature

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk menguji dan menganalisis hubungan antara kepemimpinan dan kompetensi manajerial kepala madrasah dengan peningkatan kinerja guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian  kuantitatif, dengan model expost facto. Hasil yang ditemukan bahwa: terdapat hubungan yang signifikan kepemimpinan kepala madrasah dengan peningkatan kinerja guru dengan nilai t-hitung (3,745) > t-tabel (2,00958) pada sig. (0,000) <α = 0,05, tingkat hubungan yang sedang, dan besar pengaruh sebesar 22,6%. Jika  semakin tinggi nilai kinerja guru maka Semakin tinggi nilai kepemimpinan kepala madrasah; terdapat hubungan yang signifikan kompetensi manajerial kepala madrasah dengan peningkatan kinerja guru dengan nilai t-hitung (3,803) > t-tabel (2,00958) pada sig. (0,000) < α = 0,05, tingkat hubungan yang sedang, dan besar pengaruh sebesar 23,2%. Semakin tinggi nilai kompetensi manajerial kepala madrasah maka semakin tinggi nilai kinerja guru; terdapat hubungan yang signifikan kepemimpinan kepala madrasah dan kompetensi manajerial kepala madrasah dengan peningkatan kinerja guru secara simultan, dengan nilai F-hitung (13,574) > F-tabel (3,195) pada sig. (0,000) < α = 0,05. Persamaan regresi linear berganda diperoleh Y = 13,447 + 0,379 X1 + 0387 X2 yang mempunyai tingkat hubungan yang kuat dan tinggi hubungan kedua variabel bebas sebesar 36,6%. Semakin tinggi nilai kepemimpinan kepala madrasah dan kompetensi manajerial kepala madrasah maka semakin tinggi nilai kinerja guru.

Abstract

A wave of vanity of modernity and global industrialization has sneaked into the joints of human life. So in turn, contemporary Islamic thought with all its tools, including the methodology of uṣūl al-fiqh and qawā'id al-fiqhiyyah which has been one of the references and the cornerstone of Islamic banking practice, should mimamorphose with the passage of time and relitas. In other words, it is necessary to incorporate revelation into scientific research in order to free Muslim scholars from the coercion of Western epistemology or to adopt the conventional economic and financial parktics without considering all the risks. This is a great work to be done in order to build Islamic self-image (self image of Islam) in the midst of modern life that is always changing and developing. In this regard, Maqāṣid Syar''ah is a relevant corridor as the basis for system development, practice, and even Islamic banking products in the multidimensional era. In relation to the above issues, this study will describe the values ​​of Maqāṣid Syarī'ah as the corridors of the management of today's Islamic banking institutions. These values ​​can provide protection to customers to be preserved in various aspects of life, including: his religion, his mind, his soul, his descendants and his possessions. This paper is expected to contribute theoretically in the field of Islamic economics and can be used as a reference management of sharia financial institutions and especially for Islamic banking institutions.
