Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing  terhadap kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis siswa kelas VIII MTs Al Islam Petalabumi.Adapun jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian Quasi Eksperimen. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah Randomized Subjects Posttest Only Control Group Design. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah teknik purposive sampling.Instrument dalam penelitian ini berupa tes kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis siswa. Teknik analisis data dalam pengujian ini menggunakan uji Independent Samples T-Test (Uji t). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian pengujian hipotesis terhadap kedua kelas sampel di peroleh nilai P-value lebih kecil dari a, yaitu 0,000 < 0,05. Artinya  bahwa H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Dengan demikian  kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis siswa dengan penerapan model pembelajaran lebih baik dari pada kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis siswa terhadap model pembelajaran konvensional.Kata Kunci :pemahaman Konsep, inkuiri terbimbing

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya pemahaman konsep siswa kelas XI MA Plus Keterampilan Adzqia Batang Gansal. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil jawaban ulangan harian siswa yang hasil nilainya dominan rendah. Penerapan Problem Based Learning berbantuan video pembelajaran untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui efektivitas model  Problem Based Learning berbantuan video pembelajaran terhadap peningkatan pemahaman konsep matematika siswa kelas XI MA Plus Keterampilan Adzqia Batang Gansal. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Quasi Experimental Design dengan desain Pretest-Posstest Control Group Only Design. Populasi penelitian yaitu seluruh siswa kelas XI MA Plus Keterampilan Adzqia Batang Gansal tahun ajaran 2020/2021. Teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu Sampling Jenuh dengan penentuan sampel semua anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel. Sample penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI ADP sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas XI TKJ sebagai kelas kontrol. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes pemahaman konsep Pret-test dan Post-test untuk melihat peningkatan pemahaman konsep matematika siswa. Analisis data yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji Mann-Whitney Test (Uji U). Berdasarkan analisis data yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa, pertama, terdapat peningkatan pemahaman konsep matematika dengan penerapan Problem Based Learning berbantuan video pembelajaran, kedua, Peningkatan pemahaman konsep matematika dengan penerapan model Problem Based Learnig berbantuan video pembelajaran lebih baik dari pada pembelajaran konvensional.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to determine students' mathematical communication skills using the Circuit Learning learning model. This research is a Quasi Experiment study with the design of the Randomized Subjects Posstest Only Control Group Design. The study population was all students of class X SMA N 1 Pasir Penyu. The sampling technique uses random sampling. The instrument used was a mathematical communication ability test in the form of a description. Data were analyzed statistically by the Independent Samples T-Test. Based on the results of the t test, tcount in the rejection area of H0 can be concluded that the mathematical communication skills of students taught with the circuit learning learning model are better than conventional learning.Keywords: Mathematical Communication, Circuit Learning.

Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this study was to determine the mathematical communication skills of class VII students at Muhammadiyah Middle School in Pasir Penyu. This type of research is a Quasi Experiment with the design of Randomized Subject Posttest-Only Control Group Design. The data analysis technique in this test uses the t-test. Based on the calculation of the hypothesis test shows the significant value of the sample class is 0.003 0.05. Based on these results, H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. So it can be concluded that the mathematical communication skills of students using the think talk write learning model is better than the mathematical communication skills of students using conventional learning models in class VII in the middle school Muhammadiyah Pasir Penyu.Keywords: Mathematical Communication, Think Talk Write

Abstract

Abstract. The research is based on the students’ low communication ability in mathematical field at SMP Muhammadiyah Pasir Penyu. The round club learning model using is expected to overcome this problem and if becomes the purpose of the research. This is an experimental research which uses Randomized Subjects Posttest Only Control Group Design. Based the hypothesis test result is obtained that tcount= 2.255 ttable = 2.0003 and it alpha 0.05. It can be concluded that the students’ communication ability in mathematical field by applying the round club learning model can be increased better than the conventional one. Keywords: Round Club Learning Models, Mathematical Communication Skills of Students Abstrak. Penggunaan model pembelajaran round club di duga dapat mengatasi komunikasi matematis siswa yang masih rendah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran round club. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah Randomized Subjects Posttest Only Control Group Design. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh bahwa thitung = 2,255 ttabel = 2,0003 dengan taraf nyata adalah 0,05. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa kemampuan komunikasi matematis dengan penerapan model pembelajaran round club lebih baik dari pada kemampuan komunikasi matematis dengan penerapan model pembelajaran konvensional (biasa) pada kelas VIII di SMP Muhammadiyah Pasir Penyu.     Kata Kunci: Model Pembelajarn Round Club, Kemampuan Komunikasi Matematis Siswa

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan pemaham konsep matematis siswa dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Quantum Teaching. Penelitian ini meruapakan penelitian Quasi Experiment dengan rancangan Randomized Subject Posstest Only Control Group Design. Populasi penelitian yaituseluruh siswa kelas VII MTs Al-Ihsan Buluh Rampai. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan tes kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis berupa uraian. Data dianalisis secara statistik dengan uji independent samples T-test. Berdasarkan hasil uji t tersebut, thitung berada di daerah penolakan H0 dapat disimpulkan bahwa kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis siswa yangh diajar dengan model pembelajaran Quantum Teaching lebih baik daripada pembelajaran konvensional.

Abstract

This research begins with the results of interviews and observations which show that the value of students' mathematical critical thinking skills in class VII SMP Negeri 1 Sungai Lala is still low and there are differences between female students and male students in the process of solving the exercises given by the teacher. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a difference between critical thinking skills based on gender differences. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. The subjects in this study were four students consisting of two female students and two male students, in which the four students were selected based on their critical thinking ability scores. The research instruments were questionnaire sheets and test questions. The data obtained will be analyzed by means of data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. Based on the results of the study showed that the results of the questionnaire percentage of critical thinking skills for female students were higher than for male students. The percentage results obtained were 50.77% for female students and 49.23% for male students. The completion of critical thinking ability test questions between female students and male students has differences. Female students have been able to master the five indicators of critical thinking skills in solving test questions, while for male students there are two indicators of critical thinking abilities that they have not yet mastered. In terms of conclusion, that female students have excellent critical thinking skills while male students have good critical thinking skills.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Implementation of Guided Inquiry Learning Model Against the Mathematical Understanding Ability of Class VIII Students of MTs Al Islam Petalabumi. The type of this research is Quasi Experiment research. The research design used was Randomized Subjects Posttest Only Control Group Design. The sampling technique is a purposive sampling technique. The instrument in this study was a test of students' mathematical concept comprehension ability. Data analysis techniques in this test use the Independent Samples T-Test. Based on the results of research testing the hypothesis of the two sample classes obtained P-value is smaller than a, which is 0,000 <0.05. This means that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Thus the ability to understand students 'mathematical concepts with the application of guided inquiry learning models is better than the ability to understand students' mathematical concepts with conventional learning models.

Abstract

This study aims to determine differences in mathematical communication abilities between students in classes receiving take-and-give learning and students in classes receiving conventional learning. This research is experimental, with a quasi-experimental research design with a nonequivalent control group research design. The data collection technique used a five-problem student mathematical communication test, and the data analysis included prerequisite tests (normality test and homogeneity test), while the hypothesis test used a two-mean comparison test (t test). The results of the tests that have been carried out show that the calculated t value is greater than the t table value. Thus, it can be concluded that students' mathematical communication abilities with the application of the take and give learning model are better than their mathematical communication abilities with conventional learning on triangle material in grade 7.
