Abstract

(1) Pelaksanaan manajemen peningkatan mutu berbasis sekolah di SMK Muhammadiyah Watansoppeng melalui langkah- langkah yang diambil kepala sekolah adalah menyediakan manajemen organisasi kepemimpinan transformasional dalam mencapai tujuan sekolah dan menyusun rencana sekolah dan merumuskan kebijakan untuk sekolah, (2)Pelaksanaan menajemen berbasis sekolah di SMK Muhammadiyah Watansoppeng Kabupaten Soppeng efektif dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Hal tersebut diperkuat dengan pengelolaan kegiatan operasional sekolah dengan baik, di mana sekolah diberi kebebasan memilih strategi, metode, dan teknik-teknik pembelajaran dan pengajaran yang paling efektif sesuai dengan kondisi yang tersedia di sekolah, dan (3) Dampak ril dari efektivitas menajemen berbasis sekolah dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di SMK Muhammadiyah Watansoppeng Kabupaten Soppeng adalah terlaksananya semua tugas pokok, tercapainya tujuan, ketepatan waktu, dan adanya partisipasi aktif dari anggota. Kata kunci : efektivitas manajemen, mutu berbasis sekolah,

Abstract

Penelitian tindakan kelas menjadi salah satu indikator penting untuk meningkatkan profesionalisme guru. Dengan melakukan PTK, guru-guru diharapkan dapat menemukan sesuatu yang dapat digunakan dalam peningkatan kualitas proses belajar dan mengajar, yang pada akhirnya membantu meningkatkan kulaitas pendidikan secara nasional. Untuk itu, kegiatan ini akan memberikan pelatihan penulisan karya ilmiah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) bagi guru. Adapun luaran kegiatan ini mengacu pada tujuan yang diharapkan dari pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah: (1) Guru Mampu memahami dan terampil dalam menyusun PTK dan (2) Guru mampu melaksanakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. kegiatan ini dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kemampuan peserta pelatihan dalam membuat karya ilmiah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) khususnya dalam pembuatan proposal peneltiian tindakan kelas. Selain itu, para peserta mampu menyusun tulisan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) sesuai dengan prosedur yang telah disampaikan pada pelatihan.

Abstract

Problem posing is a learning model that requires students to compose their questions or solve a problem into more straightforward questions that refer to solving the problem based on the initial situation. The study aimed to determine the increase of students in mastering the learning material through the Problem Prosing Learning Model. The type of research used in this study is quasi-experimental research. The sample used was 64 high school students with mathematics as the learning subject. There are two class groups: the experimental class with 31 students and the control class with 33 students. The research data obtained were processed by analysis of the paired sample t-test. The research results found that learning with the problem-posing approach made students active and creative, as seen from the ability of students to develop their questions based on the information provided. Students can process and explore existing information and ask problems or questions that can be resolved. Learning with the problem-posing approach can also increase student activity in the learning process, especially in interacting and sharing ideas with other students and with the teacher. Learning activities are meaningful, and student understanding of the concept becomes better.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze and to know the effect of degrees of decentralization, financial dependency, financial independence, effectiveness of PAD and the degree of contribution of BUMD to the allocation of capital expenditures of Gowa Regency. This research uses explanative research, which aims to test and obtain empirical evidence of the direct effect of financial performance on the allocation of regional government capital expenditures of Gowa Regency in 2002 until 2016. The data source used is secondary data using multiple linear regression method that is the method of analysis for more than one independent variable. Based on the test results found that the degree of decentralization and financial dependence have a negative and insignificant effect on the allocation of capital expenditure, financial independence has a positive and not significant effect on the allocation of capital expenditure while the effectiveness of PAD and the contribution of BUMD have positive and significant influence on the allocation of capital expenditure. Among the five independent variables, the most dominant effectiveness of PAD (X4) has an influence in the allocation of capital expenditure of the Gowa Regency Government compared to other variables.

Abstract

Abstrak:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan kompetensi kewirausahaan mahasiswa program studi pendidikan ekonomi di Kota Makassar yang memperoleh pembelajaran kewirausahaan berbasis budaya lokal dengan mahasiswa yang tidak mendapatkan pembelajaran kewirausahaan berbasis budaya lokal. Penelitian menggunakan metode eksperimen untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan sebab akibat dari satu atau lebih variabel terikat dengan melakukan manipulasi variabel bebas pada suatu keadaan yang terkendali (variabel kontrol). Populasi dalam penelitian adalah seluruh mahasiswa program studi pendidikan ekonomi di Kota Makassar sebanyak 621 mahasiswa, dengan sampel responden sebanyak 487 mahasiswa. Pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis data deskriptif kuantitatif dan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi kewirausahaan yang dimiliki oleh mahasiswa yang memperoleh pembelajaran kewirausahaan berbasis budaya lokal lebih tinggi daripada mahasiswa yang tidak memperoleh pembelajaran kewirausahaan berbasis budaya lokal.Abstract:The study aimed to find out the comparison of the students’ entrepreneurship competency of economics education study program in Makassar City between who obtained entrepreneurship learning based on the local culture and those who did not get entrepreneurship learning based on the local culture. The research used the experimental method to identify the causal-effect relationship of one or more dependent variables by manipulating independent variables in a controlled state (control variable). The population on the study were 621 students from the economics education study program in Makassar City, with the sample of 487 students. The data were collected by using questionnaire. The data analysis techniques used were descriptive quantitative t-test. The findings showed that the entrepreneurial competencies possessed by the students who obtained entrepreneurship learning based on the local culture were higher than the students who did not obtain entrepreneurship learning based on the local culture.

Abstract

This research aimed to analyze the effect of self efficacy on the intrinsic motivation, the effect of the self efficacy on the teacher performance, the effect of the intrinsic motivation on the teacher performance, and the effect of self efficacy on the teacher performance through intrinsic motivation. The method used in the research was the path analysis with the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) AMOS. The research result indicated that self efficacy had a positive and significant effect on intrinsic motivation, the self efficacy had an insignificant effect on the teacher performance, the intrinsic motivation had a positive and significant effect on the teacher performance, and the self efficacy had a positive and significant effect on the teacher performance through the intrinsic motivation. This finding will provide input for the school to recognize the importance of self efficacy and intrinsic motivation in the development of teacher performance. Further research and practical implications are discussed.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine 1) The effect of the principal's academic supervision and school culture simultaneously on the quality of teacher teaching, 2) The influence of the principal's academic supervision on the teaching quality of teachers, 3) The influence of school culture on the teaching quality of teachers at SMAN 6 Wajo. This research is a quantitative descriptive research, the population is all teachers of SMAN 6 Wajo. The sample is 54 people. The results of the study show 1) There is a simultaneous influence of the principal's academic supervision and school culture on the teaching quality of teachers, where the principal's supervision indicators are in the good category, while school culture and teacher teaching quality descriptively are in the very good category, 2) There is an influence The principal's academic supervision on the teaching quality of teachers, where the principal's academic supervision has a significant effect on the teaching quality of teachers, it means that the better the principal's academic supervision, the better the teacher's teaching quality, 3) There is an influence of school culture on the teaching quality of teachers at SMAN 6 Wajo where school culture has a significant effect on the quality of teacher teaching, meaning that the better or conducive school culture, the better the teaching quality of teachers.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to know the application of methods cross group discussion to increase creativity and learning outcomes of SMPN 4 Liukang Tangaya. Research is class action research. Observation and test data collection techniques. Analytical descriptive data analysis techniques. Research shows that 1) The percentage of student creativity increases drastically with each cycle, with student creativity falls into a sufficient category in cycle I and develops into a good category in cycle II. 2) Student learning outcomes each cycle increased by 100%, completion rate in cycle I 28.6%, average learning outcomes 70.71%, completion rate in cycle I 28.6%, cycle II completion rate 100%, with average learning outcomes 93.57%.

Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze the classification of economic growth of each district/city in South Sulawesi Province use Klassen typology, Williamson index, and logistic regression. Analyze income inequality between districts/cities in South Sulawesi Province. This study uses secondary data with a sample of fifteen years from 2005 to 2019. The results of the study show that: (1) several districts/cities have potential as developed and fast-growing areas, developed but depressed areas, fast-developing areas, and relatively underdeveloped areas; (2) income inequality in South Sulawesi Province is in a low condition; (3) economic growth and income disparity have a negative and significant effect on welfare in South Sulawesi Province. This means that economic growth and growth disparities affect the community's welfare in South Sulawesi Province. Economic development results do not only indicate the direction of achieving specific economic growth rates. Based on the results, it can be concluded that the economic growth has fluctuated. The Williamson Index shows that there are disparities. Partially, economic growth and income disparity significantly affect people's welfare in South Sulawesi Province. So that, the local government in its program is also expected to be able to more intensively carry out efforts to equalize income distribution social welfare.
