Abstract

Soy is a crop-producing substances essential for human food. The content of amino acids making up the protein and soy protein to replace animal protein needs of the people of Indonesia. But compliance is constrained by local soybean production is low. Local soybean production is able to meet only about 25% of the total requirement of tempeh and tofu industry, while 75% drawbacks to be imported from soybean producing countries. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of factors such as a wide variety and concentration of biological fertilizers as well as the interaction of both factors on the growth and yield of soybean. Based on the research results, it can be concluded as follows: a. Combination treatment of varieties and biological fertilizers showed a significant interaction effect on stem diameter, number of pods per plant but did not show an interaction effect on plant height, leaf number and weight of seeds per plant. The best results were obtained in treatment combinations (V1H3)namely the combination treatment Anjasmoro varieties and concentrations of biological fertilizers 7 ml / liter of water. b. Varieties showed significant treatment effect on plant height, leaf number, stem diameter, number of pods per plant and seed weight per plant. Treatment Anjasmoro varieties (V1)show growth and higher yields than varieties baluran (V2). Biological fertilizer treatment showed no significant effect on plant height, but showed a significant influence on the amount of leaf and seed weight per plant, where the best results are achieved by treatment of H3. Abstract

Purpose of the research is to identify the risk of IT in the company, to assess all the risk, and take security actions to solve the problem. Research methods used are data collection method and analysis method. Data collection is conducted with literature review and field studies by interview and observation. Analysis is conducted using Operationally Critical Threat, Asset, and Vulnerability (OCTAVE)-S method. Abstract

Cocoa is a plant with recalcitrant seed properties. The viability of recalcitrant seeds canonly be maintained for a few weeks or months, even though they are stored in optimumconditions. Cocoa seeds need to be maintained viability during storage / shipping to thedestination of planting. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of sawdust andhusk storage media on the viability of cocoa seeds (Theobroma cacao L.). The results showedthat: a). Storage treatments using sawdust and husk storage media have a significant effect onthe percentage (amount) of germination seeds, speed or rate of sprouts and wet weight of cocoaseed sprouts; b). The treatment of K4 (storage with 100% husk) tends to give a better valuecompared to other treatments on all variables studied, so that cocoa seeds can be maintainedviability during storage / shipping to the destination of planting.Keywords: Viability Of Cocoa Seeds, Recalcitrant, Seed Technology, Sawdust, Huks

Abstract

Siltation of the river, ditches, reservoirs in urban areas is a problem because it causes flooding. The government annually undertakes dredging of the precipitate for the flow of water to flow smoothly. Soil sedimentary water potential to be utilized as a medium of planting in the development of urban agriculture. The research was conducted by survey method in Surabaya city waters. The sample was taken using random method of choosing, that is choosing condition of place environment and soil condition which is possible for planting medium. Soil sediment samples were observed for pH, color, structure, texture, organic matter content, Nitrogen (N-total), K2O and P2O5. The result of this research shows that all of the textured sedimentary soil content of clay is 89,87- 92,14%, organic material content is about 5,96-7,60%, total N-content is 0,09-0,13%, K2O content between 0,88-1,12%, and P2O5 content between 2,08-2,44%. The color of soil was grayish-black-black. The mud deposits of the housing sewer are the most crumbling and the most consumptive reservoir are sludge. Sewage soil sludge is potentially used as a planting medium in the development of urban agriculture.

Abstract

Faculty of Islamic Attahiriyah Islamic University (UNIAT) Jakarta is one of the private universities under the auspices of the Region I Jakarta Coordinator of Islamic Religion (KOPERTAIS), In the process of evaluating the performance of lecturers in the Islamic Faculty of Islamic University of Attahiri, every year. Lecturers who are selected as lecturers by having excellent performance appraisals will later get an award from the Faculty leadership (Dean of the Faculty of Islamic Religion). From this process, it takes a long time to process the calculation of who the lecturer is by assessing his excellent performance and also documents stored in the form of files stored on the archive shelf. One problem solving to find a solution from the system that runs above is by designing a decision support system application for lecturer performance assessment using a web-based Weighted Product (WP) method so that the lecturer performance appraisal can be done in real time and efficiently. Software The application of lecturer performance appraisal decision support can be applied directly as a problem solving solution, carry out maintenance on the application regularly every month so that something or damage occurs so that if a problem occurs it can restore the database again.

Abstract

Cattle are a type of ruminants which are relatively more favored by the general public; but this increase in livestock business has a positive impact, namely producing main products such as meat, milk, and also has a negative impact in the form of livestock waste, which is residual waste in the form of solid and liquid waste such as feces, urine and feed residue. The application of appropriate technology by utilizing cow urine liquid waste into fertilizing material or fertilizer after going through a fermentation process to become a liquid organic fertilizer that is beneficial to plants. This study aims to determine the effect of giving urine urine POC concentration and soaking time and its interaction on stem cuttings of vines so as to increase the initial growth rate. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded as follows: 1. There is a significant interaction effect of cow urine POC concentration factors and soaking time on the length of shoots of grape cuttings, the best value achieved by the P3L2 treatment combination gives a better value of 16.17 cm at the end observation (42 days) compared to other treatment combinations. 2. There is a significant effect of cow urine POC concentration factors as well as immersion long factors on the growth of grape cuttings on the variables studied, including: speed of engagement, number of leaves; although it has no significant effect on the variable bud diameter, number of shoots, root length and number of root cuttings. Overall the best value tends to be achieved by the treatment of P3 and P4, namely 30-40 ml per liter of water and L2 treatment, which is 30 minutes soaking time.Keywords: Cattle Urine POC, Vine Stem Cuttings.

Abstract

Menyikapi perubahan birograsi di indonesia untuk menunjang proses pelayanan kepada masyarakat luas, diperlukan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang memiliki kopetensi tinggi untuk mendukung peningkatan prestasi kinerja pegawai di instansi pemerintahan, Bidang Pemantauan Kinerja Pegawai Unit Kerja X, telah mengembangkan aplikasi manajemen ASN yang terkait kinerja pegawai, Sistem Informasi Sasaran Kerja Pegawai (SKP), Multi Rating 360’ yang digunakan untuk menilai perilaku atasan, rekan sejawan dan bawahan  dan e-LKP sebagai pendukung utama bagi berjalannya aplikasi e-Kinerja untuk menunjang karir pegawai. Pengembanagan sistem informasi LKP menggunakan sisklus penegembanagan  SDLC (System Development Life Cycle), dengan model evolusioner yaitu Incremental Model. dengan mengakomodir peraturan yang ada, berdasarkan fungsi dan kebutuahan. Abstract

Potential products fresh milk from a partners dairy farmers in the area Bendul Merisi Surabaya is still quite favorable, but the technology has not been used in terms of addressing the problem of livestock waste, so the existence of the business partners still largely very simple in handling the waste, which could impact unhealthy society around. The existence of farm businesses that are geographically dense settlements which are urban areas in Surabaya, where villagers are a mixture of local women for newcomers. Required touch technology and knowledge in the group of dairy farmers are still traditional, thus providing added value to the farm business that is expected to have an impact on the surrounding environment healthier.In the implementation of community service (PPM) is made to partners I, namely Mr. Masoud located in the Bendul Merisi, 27 Surabaya and partners II, Mrs. Aslam in the Bendul Merisi, 31 Surabaya, both within the village RW.6 RT.5 Bendul Merisi Wonocolo Subdistrict Surabaya. Priority issues in general partners after advocacy by Tim PPM states have realized the importance of livestock wastewater treatment so as not to impact negatively on the environment and understand the importance of fresh milk production management by developing a broader market access (internet media).The purpose of this devotion 1). provide a good understanding of the handling of liquid waste from the farm; 2). provide a good understanding of marketing management of fresh dairy products; 3). develop household business partners who are economically independent. The method is offered for problems of waste and management are 1) helping to prepare the handling and management of liquid waste effectively is by building bathtub tiered so that the water coming out of the location of the farm is quite clean and does not pollute the environment, 2) help increase the marketing management product by utilizing Internet access.By the conclusion of 2016 IbM have done the steps are 1) the innovation of science and technology in the form of construction of wastewater treatment basin farms in stages; 2) advocacy to partner in improving the understanding of appropriate technology and 3) to facilitate the implementation of Internet technology to expand its internet blog marketing information and business networks. Abstract

Desa Sejaro Sakti terletak di Kecamatan Indralaya ibukota kabupaten Ogan Ilir Sumatera Selatan. Potensi peternakan sangat besar dengan jumlah ternak sapi yang banyak dan ladang penggembalaan yang cukup luas. Salah satu jenis limbah yang dihasilkan berupa urin sapi. Limbah cair tersebut belum dimanfaatkan dengan baik. Sebagai bahan yang mengandung unsur karbon dan nitrogen (C dan N), urin sapi dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai media pembuatan bioinsektisida berbasis bakteri entomopatogen, Bacillus thuringiensis. Dalam aplikasinya, urin sapi diperkaya dengan penambahan 5% molase. Hasil penelitian sebelumnya menghasilkan data tentang kandungan spora dan protein bakteri B. thuringiensis yang dapat mematikan serangga hama. Pada umumnya bioinsektisida berbasis B. thuringiensis digunakan untuk mengendalikan serangga hama namun aman bagi musuh alami. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini untuk memperkenalkan cara membuat bioinsektisida berbasis B. thuringiensis dengan bahan dasar limbah urin sapi. Sasaran kegiatan ini adalah kelompok tani di Desa Sejaro Sakti. Kegiatan diadakan mulai buan September-November 2019. Metode kegiatan berupa penyuluhan dan sosialisasi tentang potensi desa, arti penting dan manfaat limbah urin sapi, serta demonstrasi pembuatan bioinsektisida. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa petani sangat antusias mendapatkan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan tentang pembuatan bioinsektisida berbasis B. thuringiensis. Sebagian besar petani peserta kegiatan paham tentang cara pembuatan bioinsektisida. Mereka menyatakan bahwa pembuatan bioinsektisida tersebut merupakan hal baru dan mereka berminat untuk mempraktekkannya. Telah disadari bahwa selama ini pengendalian serangga hama biasanya dilakukan dengan menggunakan insektisida kimia. Oleh karena itu, untuk mengurangi biayaa pengendalian, mereka akan menerapkannya dalam usaha pengendalian hama di lahan pertanian. Hasil uji coba yang dilakukan di lahan terbatas menunjukkan bahwa lahan yang menggunakan bioinsektisida B. thuringiensis menunjukkan pertumbuhan tanaman yang lebih baik dibandingkan dengan tanpa perlakuan.

Abstract

Terung (Solanum melongena L.) termasuk salah satu komoditas sayuran buah penting yang mempunyai banyak varietas dengan berbagai bentuk dan warna yang khas. Dalam budidaya tanaman terung, beberapa kendala yang sering dihadapi oleh petani. Kendala ini salah satunya adalah adanya serangan organisme pengganggu tanaman. Gangguan hama pada tanaman terung dapat penurunan produksi karena serangan hama mengakibatkan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan tanaman menjadi tidak optimum. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan inventarisasi spesies dan menentukan intensitas serangan hama tanaman terung pada dua sistem kultur teknis di Kabupaten Agam, Sumatera Barat. Penelitian dilakukan dari bulan Mei sampai Juli 2021. Metode yang digunakan adalah survey atau observasi langsung di lapangan untuk mengamati jenis spesies, jumlah populasi dan intensitas serangan hama dengan pengambilan sampel yang dilakukan secara acak. Penelitian dilakukan di dua lahan pertanaman terung dengan umur tanaman yang berbeda. Jumlah populasi dan intensitas serangan hama dianalisis menggunakan uji t pada taraf kepercayaan 5%. Hama yang ditemukan pada tanaman terung adalah Epilachna sparsa (Coleoptera: Coccinellidae), Empoasca sp. (Hemiptera: Cicadellidae), Bemisia tabaci (Hemiptera: Aleyrodidae), Spodoptera litura (Lepidoptera: Noctuidae), Chrysodeixis chalcites (Lepidoptera: Noctuidae) dan Bradybaena sp. (Stylommatophora: Bradybaenidae). Hasil pengamatan menunjukkan bahwa kultur teknis berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap populasi hama dan intensitas serangan hama Empoasca sp., B. tabaci, E. sparsa, S. litura, Bradybaena sp. dan C. chalcites , akan tetapi populasi hama dan insitensitas serangan pada masing-masing pengamatan ada yang tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan.
