Abstract

Shipping companies engaged in services are very concerned about service users. One of the companies engaged in services, especially on passenger ships, is very concerned about the satisfaction of service users for the sustainability of the company. This study aims to find out how the passenger service at PT Atosim Lampung Pelayaran is implemented at the Port of Tanjung Emas Semarang. It is hoped that with good service, passenger service time will be faster and more efficient. However, in the process of serving passengers at PT Atosim Lampung Shipping Semarang branch is still experiencing several obstacles that affect the service of prospective passengers. These obstacles are caused, among others: lack of understanding of ticket buyers in ordering tickets and checking schedules online, ineffective health services at PT Atosim Lampung Shipping Semarang branch. The research method used is a qualitative research method by conducting interviews, observations and literature studies. This study found that in order to improve services to prospective ship passengers, PT Atosim Lampung Pelayaran developed an online ticket booking system and improved health facility services.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kepuasan peserta diklat keterampilan khusus yang dilaksanakan di politeknik Bumi Akpelni . Ada banyak factor yang berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan kepuasan peserta diklat keterampilan yang di selenggarakan di Politeknik Bumi Akpelni. Selain itu untuk mengetahui bagaimana kualitas pelayanan dan proses pembelajaran berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan peserta diklat keterampilan khusus di Politeknik Bumu Akpelni. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif. Sampel sebanyak 94 peserta diklat di politeknik Bumi Akpelni yang diambil secara random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner, dan data diuji serta dianalisis menggunakan path analisis ( regresi berganda) dengan SPSS versi 21. Berdasarkan hasil analisis penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa: Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa (a) kualitas pelayanan  berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pesrta diklat, (b) proses pembelajaran berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan peserta diklat.Kata Kunci : kualitas pelayanan,proses pembelajaran, kepuasan peserta

Abstract

Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan memahami akibat akibat yang timbul dengan adanya pencemaran laut yang disebabkan oleh tumpahan minyak dari pengoperasian kapal yang digunakan sebagai sarana transportasi laut.Akibat yang ditimbulkan dari tumpahan minyak tersebut akan berakibat dari rusaknya ekosistem dilaut dan mempengarui keberlangsungan kehidupan makluk hidup dimasa yang akan datang.Sehingga pola penanganan yang terpadu dan terencana dapat meminimalkan akibat yang lebih besar. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penulisan ini adalah dengan studi pustaka dan dokumentasi,dan data diskriftip yang berupa tulisan dari beberapa orang sumber. Hasil pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahkan pencemaran oleh minyak dapat menyebabkan kerusakan ekosistem laut dan keberlangsungan ekosistem laut.Dimana akibat dari pencemaran itu dapat berakibat untuk manusia.Dan pola pelaksanaan pencegahan pencemaran yang baik akan menghasilkan hasil yang maksimal yaitu meminimalkan akibat dari pencemaran laut akibat tumpahan minyak yang bersumber dari pengoperasian kapal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Model pembelajaran dan fasilitas belajar terhadap hasil belajar di AKPELNI Semarang..diduga model pembelajaran,fasilitas belajar, motivasi akan mempengaruhi hasil belajar Ada banyak factor yang berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan hasil belajara di AKPELNI Semarang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran dan fasilitas belajar terhadap hasil belajar. Penelitian ini dilakukan di AKPELNI Semarang. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif. Sampel sebanyak 124 taruna AKPELNI Semarang yang diambil secara random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner, dan data diuji serta dianalisis menggunakan path analisis ( regresi berganda) dengan SPSS versi 16. Hasil penelitian menujukkan fasilitas belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi, (c). model pembelajaran berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap hasil belajar, (d) Berarti fasilitas belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar

Abstract

This study aims to know and understand the labels of aged cargo labels, understand the handling of hazardous cargo on board, and understand the principles of loading principles in relation to the protection of ships, mautan and crew and also know about handling fires caused by hazardous cargo on board and handling patterns in the event of a fire caused by hazardous cargo. The impact arises due to the crew not understanding the labels of dangerous mautan, as well as the arrangement or placement of cargo in containers that do not pay attention to the segregation table that has been regulated in the IMDG Code. Causing cargo to be contaminated, causing fires, container leaks. Meanwhile, if in the loading process does not correctly understand the loading principles that exist, especially in the loading of dangerous goods. It needs special handling that will endanger the ship, cargo, even the crew of the ship itself. The role and understanding of the dangerous cargo of the crew, especially the skipper and the first crew responsible for the loading of the sangant, is important. Both during loading preparation by making a loading plan, during loading, and during unloading. Literature and documentation studies, as well as descriptive data in the form of writings from several sources. The results of the discussion can be concluded even maximum loading management such as the preparation of loading plans, loading that pays attention to the segregation table by referring to the nature of dangerous goods in accordance with the good IMDG Code when loading loads in large quantities in the container carried out by the crew will be achieved shipping safety, ship safety, cargo and also the crew itself. The pattern of handling emergencies when the ship contains good dangerous cargo, by referring to the IMDG Code and Emergency Response Guidebook (ERG) will be able to minimize property losses, namely ship damage, cargo damage, and even life losses can be minimized. Shipping safety is the main objective that we want to achieve in every freight shipping operation including dangerous goods cargo.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to determine the occurrence of the return of containers from the port to PT. Sentra Sinar Baru (Persero) Central Java Region due to not being loaded on the ship, delivery orders issued before confirmation to the depot, damage to containers during loading and unloading at the port and at the depo container yard. The data collection method used by the author is the observation method by making direct observations at PT. Sentra Sinar Baru Semarang Branch, interview method by interviewing several staff at PT. Sentra Sinar Baru Semarang Branch, the method of studying the literature contained in the book as a reference in this writing, as well as the method of documentation carried out by collecting documents deemed relevant to the title. The results of this discussion indicate that the prevention of containers that are not loaded on the ship by PT. Sentra Sinar Baru (Persero) in the Central Java region, reducing the occurrence of delivery orders issued early with effective communication between shipping companies and depots, minimizing damage to containers at the port or at the container yard.
