The safety and health of the workers must be considered, which is carried out based on the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SMK3) applied by the related company. <![CDATA[In this advanced technology, the need of information is needed in supporting the accurate, on time, and relevant information, The information got from the process of a system of information. Thereforem a company needs a computerized system of information. It began with the efforts of PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia to have a partnership in the field of telecommunication. Thus, PT. Agung Karunia Utama was chosen as one of the contracted partners in the form of letter of partnership.In recruiting that is in collecting application files sent by the applicants that are selected in the form of documents that will take the time to select the files one by one continually, and it will make the obstacles in selecting the data of applicants. The candidates of applicant send the files of application in the form of hard copy used in administration selecting, then from the side of HRD should input the data of the candidates on by one into the database, so it need a longer time to the process of administration selection. With the advanced IT, e-recruitment by using company website as the effective method. Since it gives the opportunities to know more about the company only but it also can give the detailed descriptionabout the offered job. The using of e-recruitment helps the company to run the process of recruitment that is fast, effective and resulting consistently.]]>

<![CDATA[In the system of readymix concrete production material procurement at PT. SCG Indonesia Readymix Plant Cilegon, the company was still conduced by manual system. It used filing system that stored in the production division. The entry system used the form that submitted directly, therefore in making report, it needed inefficient time and created difficulties for the clerk to input the data manually in receiving production material. If the company required the data about material production, they must seek the data from the stack of existing archive. Besides that, the report generated less efficient because in the recording the data was conducted by employee that still used system manually. Therefore, sometime the result of report contained some errors. To overcome the existing problems, it is necessary to use the computer based of production materials procurement information system. The aims were 1) to facilitate the procurement of material for the production process, 2) to make easier for the employees to find out and to enter the necessary data of production materials procurement, 3) to create the effective and efficient work, and 4) to use in making report of production material procurement quickly and easily.]]>

<![CDATA[The development of mobile technology is currently widely used by android smartphone, especially the most widely used. The need to use this technology is very much needed as a mobile-based information service media. The information service system for students at Politeknik PGRI Banten is currently computerized by utilizing web-base technology not yet following the development of mobile technology. Therefore, the development of a hybrid android based mobile information system service was carried out with the aim of developing an existing service system into mobile smartphone-based system service. From the results of the study, the utilization of student information system techonlogy services based on hybrid android mobile and supported by pus notification in real time can help financial and academic departements in providing information related to lecture payments and information related to lecture schedules.]]>

<![CDATA[Sistem informasi repository Universitas Banten Jaya pada saat ini masih manual, proses untuk mengakses karya ilmiah dilakukan dengan cara meminjam melalui perpustakaan. Tujuan dari perancangan sistem ini untuk mempermudah mahasiswa mencari referensi karya ilmiah secara online. Pengembangan perangkat lunak menggunakan metode waterfall, pada tahap analisa dan perancangan sistem usulan penelitian mengguanakan pemodelan Diagram Arus Data (DAD). Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara langsung dengan kepala perpustakaan dan staf Universitas Banten Jaya serta melakukan observasi di Perpustakaan Universitas Banten Jaya dari wawancara dan observasi didapatkan informasi prosedur yang sedang berjalan dan kendala yang dihadapi oleh mahasiswa, kemudian data tersebut dianalisa dan digunakan sebagai informasi untuk merancang aplikasi. Proses perancangan aplikasi dilakukan dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL. Hasil penelitian ini adalah berupa rancangan aplikasi repository yang dapat memudahkan mahasiswa dalam mengakses karya ilmiah pada Perpustakaan Universitas Banten Jaya. Dengan menggunakan aplikasi Repository dapat mengurangi terjadinya kerusakan, kehilangan koleksi karya ilmiah, mempermudah penggunaan perpustakaan dan menghemat penggunaan ruangan dan dengan diterapkan aplikasi Repository diharapkan dapat menunjang kinerja perpustakaan dan membantu para pengguna perpustakaan dalam mencari informasi yang dibutuhkan.]]>

<![CDATA[In the world of software development, the crusial thing we must do is design the architecture. We can said the system is good if it has a good architecture too, because the system architecture will affect the performance of applications itself, from the architecture we can also read what technology is used until security aspect. The main problems that i want to solve are two things, first the problem in the process of software development which will be solve by implementing Docker container architecture & Node.JS and second problems is in society that will be solve by the Expert Assist application. In the case of software development the problems is often when developing applications the architecture is not scalable, conflicts between applications in the system, services that are still centralized, application portability issues, security optimization problems and different environments between the development and production server that will affect developer productivity, problems about not independent and robustless app, resource efficiency and the problem with blocking code that appear in server side conventional programming languages. The problem in society is the difficulty to finding a mentor who can help us to solve the problems we have, that is why Expert Assist application was made. Expert Assist is a web based online platform that will help all people in various fields to finding a mentor who is an expert in his field because not all problems can be solved by independent research or self-taught, if the problem is very complex we need someone who can help us to provide advice in order to solve our problem.]]>

<![CDATA[SMA Negeri 1 Pabuaran is one of the schools that has implemented the 2013 Curriculum. The change from the KTSP curriculum to the 2013 curriculum certainly changes the value management process. The process of managing report cards carried out is currently less effective and efficient because the process is carried out separately using Microsoft Excel. There is often a difference in the format of report values between subject teachers and homeroom teachers, so homeroom teachers need to change these scores to fit the proper format. The purpose of this study is to design and develop a value management information system using a web-based E-Report and to conduct quality testing using the Expectation Confirmation Model (ECM) method on the information system developed. The system design used in this research is using the Waterfall method so that it is easier to develop and use UML (Unified Modeling Language) for visual system modeling. The results achieved after the implementation of this application make it easier for users (teachers, homeroom teachers, and student parents) to do their work and overcome the difficulties of inputting report values that have been done in schools. The conclusion obtained is that using the e-rapport application can support improvements in work so that the process of inputting values is more effective and efficient. The value of the report becomes more structured and well-documented. The results of the research on the level of user satisfaction with thee-rapport system are in the very good or very satisfied category.]]>

<![CDATA[The development of current computer technology with the speed of the process has enabled developers of computer-based information systems, which makes it easy for users from various fields. The preparation of this thesis discusses the creation of a web-based academic information system in the Integrated Vocational School of Bani Rusydi Cimarga. After conducting research, the authors found the problems that exist in the work unit, among others, from the data processing in the academic section has not used an integrated database system. In the processing of the schedule does not use a system that is integrated with the subject database and the teacher database. Not yet integrated between the student database in the financial section and the student database in the student / BK section. Not yet integrated between the teacher's value database with the value database in the curriculum, these problems make the performance process less effective and require a relatively longer time. From the results of the analysis that has been done, the idea is obtained that a computerized system is needed for the purposes of data processing, schedule processing, and value processing. In order for the academic system currently running at Bani Rusydi Integrated Vocational School to process data, process UTS / UAS cards and process student grades, an integrated academic information system application needs to be made.]]>

The information system can be withdrawn designing or designing a good system, it is the operating steps in the data processing systems and procedures to support the operation of the system. And the purpose of the information system globally are bracing data processing system with the help of computers. Receipt of goods is defined as the activity of receipt of goods or materials based on receipts, expenditures are expenditures activities or materials in accordance with the list of receipt of goods from work units or departments that need. Methods of data collection in the preparation of this paper uses the method of observation, interviews, and literature.
