Abstract

Internal control structure includes organizational structure, method and size are coordinated to maintain the wealth of the organization, check the accuracy and reliability of the organization´s accounting data, promote efficiency and encourage compliance with management policies. The purpose of the internal control structure based on the definition are: (1) maintain the organization´s wealth, (2) check the accuracy and reliability of accounting data, (3) promote efficiency, and (4) encourage the patuhinya management policy. PT. SHARP ELECTRONICS INDONESIA Yogyakarta Branch has two main principles of sincerity and creativity as well as three supporting principles of harmony, civility and truth also requires a sound internal control structure .. Thus the application of the internal control structure of personnel services is necessary for employees to work well in accordance with their respective functions. The results of research the author of personnel services system run by PT SHARP ELECTRONIC INDONESIA Yogyakarta Branch is covering present time recording procedures, payroll processing procedures and salary payment procedures. Through the research stage, payroll systems and procedures in PT. SHARP ELECTRONICS INDONESIA been going pretty well and are adequate. It is known by the organizational structure which shows a separation of functions and clear responsibilities, authority and procedures for recording systems that provide adequate protection against property, debts, income and expenses and a healthy practice in carrying out its duties and functions within each organizational unit. Abstract

Penentuan kesesuaian lahan (pemukiman, industri, kehutanan, rekreasi, serta tempat pembuangan limbah) di suatu daerah tertentu merupakan hal yang sangat memerlukan perhatian para pengambil keputusan baik di tingkat pusat maupun daerah. Berbagai parameter (misalnya jaringan jalan, kemiringan lereng, ketersediaan air, dan sebagainya) perlu dipertimbangkan secara seksama sehingga para pengambil keputusan bisa melakukan pengambilan keputusan yang berkualitas berkaitan dengan kesesuaian lahan. Dalam tulisan ini, kami memilih  metoda AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) sebagai metoda yang akan digunakan sebagai basis pengambilan keputusan. Berkaitan dengan hal ini, SIG (Sistem Informasi Geografis) yang mampu melakukan visualisasi area geografis tertentu dapat digunakan sebagai sarana untuk menampilkan hasil perhitungan AHP ke layar monitor komputer atau ke dalam bentuk peta tercetak.

Abstract

Background: Standart evaluation and quality control exlpain that nursery services guarantee a high quality of nursing by involving themselves into quality control in the hospital. Job satisfaction must be created goodly, in order to job morality, disciplined, dedication and job performance can be increased. The employee can work produce or not was depent on motivation, job satisfaction, the level of stress, phisicly condition of job, salary, project of work, aspeck of economy and technics. The aim of this reseach was to know correlation job satisfaction and job performance. Methods: The study was analytic quantitative with cross sectional method. Data were analyzed quantitatively with Product Moment correlation analyze. The population was all of nurse (110 persons) in the nursery room services at the Klaten Islamic Hospital. The tool of the study was questionaire toward 52 respondents. Sample taken by proportional random sampling. Result: The result of the study showed that job satisfaction of nurses was on the moderate level reached (63,5%). Job performance of nurses was on the good level reache (78,8%). There were positive correlation between job satisfaction and job performance, with correlation coefficien r = 0,393 (on the low level); with p=0,004. Conclusion: There were positive correlation between job satisfaction and job performance of nurses. Key words: Job satisfaction, job performance, nurse.

Abstract

AbstractThis study used cognitive approach to reduce adolescents’ delinquency tendency. This approach aims to help adolescent be able to evaluate and criticize their negative self concept. Participants were 10 adolescents, aged between 13 to 15 years, who have a tendency of high and medium delinquency behavior. Five participants included in the experimental group and five participants in the control group. The Result of Wilcoxon SignedRanks Test showed there are decreasing in subject’s delinquency behavior after cognitive therapy, that was while the pre-test to post-test with a value of z = -1.753 with p = .04 (p <0.05). While the post-test to follow-up, with the value z = - 0.944 with p = .173 (p> 0.05). While the pre-test to follow-up with the value z = - 0.677 with p = .249 (p> 0.05). The results showed that writing negative criticism about their self in the application of cognitive approachable to reduce delinquency behavior tendency inadolescents.Keywords: cognitive approach, delinquency behavior tendency.

Abstract

Penelitian  bertujuan  untuk  mengetahui  pengaruh  macam  komposisi  dengan  penambahan  bahan organik (ekstrak kedelai, jagung dan minyak ikan) dan konsentrasi ZPT pada media kultur terhadap pertumbuhan  planlet  anggrek  hasil  persilangan.  Penelitian  dilaksanakan  di Laboratorium  Fisiologi  dan Bioteknologi Tanaman Fakultas Pertanian UNS mulai bulan April sampai dengan Oktober 2009 Penelitian ini  dilaksanakan  dengan  menggunakan  Rancangan  Acak  Lengkap  dengan  2  faktor  perlakuan,  yaitu  : Faktor I adalah media bahan organik, terdiri dari 3 taraf : ekstrak kedelai,   ekstrak jagung,   dan  minyak ikan. Faktor II adalah konsentrasi  atonik, terdiri dari 3 taraf : 0 cc/ltr, 0,5 cc/ltr, dan 1 cc/ltr. Masing- masing kombinasi perlakuan diulang 4 kali.Hasil   penelitian   menunjukkan    bahwa   anggrek   hasil   persilangan   ♀Phalaeonopsis    pinlong cinderela><  ♂Phalaeonopsis  joanekileup  June”, perlakuan bahan organic jagung memberikan  pengaruh nyata  terhadap  saat  kemunculan  akar  (21,83  HST)  dan  jumlah  akar  (1,92).Perlakuan  bahan  organic minyak  ikan  memberikan  hasil  yang  berbeda  nyata  terhadap  panjang  akar  (2,82  cm) dan jumlah  akar (1,92), serta memberikan  hasil terbaik terhadap panjang daun. Sedangkan  untuk perlakuan  ZPT Atonik dapat menambah jumlah daun dan jumlah akar.

Abstract

Image classification can be done by using attribute of text that come along with the image, such as file name, size, or creator. Image classification also can be done base on visual content of the image. In this research, we implement a image classification model base on image visual content. The image classification is based on decision tree method that adapt C4.5 algorithm. The decision variable used in the decision tree generation process is image visual features, i.e. color moment order-1, color moment order-2, color moment order-3, entropy, energy, contrast, and homogeneity. The result of this research is an application that can classified image base on the knowledge of the previous classification cases.   Keywords: image classification, decision tree, C4.5 algorithm

Abstract

This paper presents the utilization of knowledge management system for information and knowledge model development of enterprise projects. This information and knowledge management model is based on ontology semantic data model. The ontology data model is new technique for representing information and knowledge base on more semantically conception of meanings of objects, their properties, and relations between them that may arise within certain domain knowledge. The concern of the knowledge management model is to ensure that the model allows the process of creation, access, and utilization of data in a semantically manner (for querying process) and information or knowledge of enterprise projects. The experimentation shows that project ontology model has satisfied all consistent, valid, complete, and correct ontology model criteria and can be used for semantic reasoning computation. A prototype of the proposed model can access information and knowledge from the knowledge ontology model.   Kata Kunci: knowledge management system, semantic data model, ontology model, semantiq query, enterprise projects

Abstract

Upaya peningkatan mutu genetik Anggrek memiliki kendala pada teknik persilangan dan perbanyakan biji hasil persilangan. Penelitian  bertujuan untuk: (1) mendapatkan teknik persilangan yang dapat menghasilkan biji dengan tingkat fertilitas tinggi, (2) untuk mendapatkan  hibrida baru yang memiliki keunggulan karakter pada bunga. Penelitian dilakukan di Pusat Konservasi Tumbuhan Kebon Raya LIPI Bogor .Penelitian merupakan persilangan interspesifik yaitu ♀Vanda celebica x ♂ Vanda tricolor,♀Vanda celebica x ♂Vanda dearei, ♀Vanda celebica x ♂Vanda insignis. Dan persilangan resiprok (kebalikan) yaitu ♀ Vanda tricolor x ♂ Vanda celebica,  ♀ Vanda dearei x  ♂Vanda celebica, ♀ Vanda insignis x ♂Vanda celebicaPersilangan dilakukan dengan cara menyilangkan tetua terpilih sebagai tetua jantan atau betina. Kegiatan meliputi karakterisasi tetua, persilangan, panen, penyebaran biji, Penyebaran biji dan transfer dilakukan secara aseptik di laboratorium kultur jaringan. Pengamatan meliputi keberhasilan persilangan, saat terbentuk buah, masak buah, dan terbentuk protokorm.      Dari penelitian dihasilkan 5 seri silangan sampai terbentuk protokorm yaitu Vanda dearei x Vanda Celebica, Vanda celebica x Vanda dearei, Vanda insignis x Vanda celebica, Vanda celebica x Vanda insignis, Vanda  celebica x Vanda tricolor. Keberhasilan persilangan 33%-100%, Waktu yang diperlukan untuk masaknya biji bervariasi antara 122-262 hari, lama berkecambah  16-23 hari.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organic and inorganic fertilizers and cropping systems on P uptake and growth and yield of rice determine the most optimum. The research was conducted in paddy fields in the village of Subdistrict Wotgaleh Sukoharjo Sukoharjo in February 2013 to May 2013 . This research is using RCBD (Randomized Complete Block Design) with two factors . The first factor is the culture system consisting of two levels are conventional systems ( B1 ) and  SRI systems ( System of Rice Intensification ) ( B2 ) . The second factor is the balance of organic and inorganic fertilizers ( P ) consisting of five levels are : ( P1 ) 100 % organic fertilizer ( Petroganik : 10 tons / ha ) , ( P2 ) 25 % organic fertilizer ( Petroganik : 2.5 tons / ha ) + 75 % inorganic fertilizer ( Phonska : 225 kg / ha ) + Urea : 150 kg / ha , ( P3 ) 50 % organic fertilizer ( Petroganik : 5 tons / ha ) + 50 % inorganic fertilizer ( Phonska : 150 kg / ha ) + Urea : 100 kg / ha , ( P4 ) 75 % organic fertilizer ( Petroganik : 7.5 tons / ha ) + 25 % inorganic fertilizer ( Phonska : 75 kg / ha ) + Urea : 50 kg / ha , ( P5 ) 100 % inorganic fertilizer ( Phonska : 300 kg / ha ) + Urea : 200 kg / ha . Parameters measured were available P , soil pH ( H2O ) , P network , stover dry weight , P uptake , total tiller number , and dry weight of harvested grain. The results showed that P uptake in conventional cropping systems is higher than the SRI cultivation system . P uptake in conventional cultivation of 0.135 g / clump whereas P uptake in SRI cultivation of 0.074 g / clump . Balance of organic and inorganic fertilizer with the highest P uptake was achieved in 100 % inorganic fertilizer , Phonska : 300 kg / ha + urea : 200 kg / ha which is 0.134 g / clump . The highest weight of dry grain harvest was achieved in the treatment of conventional cultivation system with 25 % organic fertilizer ( 2.5 t / ha Petroganik) and 7575 % inorganic fertilizer ( 225 kg / ha of fertilizer Phonska and 150 kg / ha urea ) that is equal to 12.98 tons / ha
