Abstract

Pineapple is one of the commodities that make a significant contribution to the Gross National Product (GDP) Indonesian horticulture. South Sumatra is one of the provinces that have a high volume of pineapple production. Pineapple production center is located in Ogan Ilir regency. There are problems in the marketing of pineapples that affect farmers income. The problem is the high margin difference between farmers and consumers. Therefore, this study aimed to analyze marketing system of pineapples in Paya Besar sub regency. This study used structural approach, conduct approach and market performance. Based on the analysis, there are three channels of pineapple marketing in Paya Besar sub regency. Every channel has different marketing areas. The third channel is more efficient than the other channels. These channel involves farmers, traders village, local wholesalers, and foreign wholesalers. The third channel has the smallest margin, the largest farmers share and the most equitable spread of benefit cost ratio. In addition, sales volume pineapple third channel is the highest volume and most widely used by farmers.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPermasalahan pokok dalam penelitian ini adalah masih kurangnya kemampuan anak dalam berkomunikasi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memperbaiki proses pembelajaran dengan menggunakan metode tanya jawab untuk meningkatkan kemampuan anak berkomunikasi di kelompok B TK Andine. Setting penelitian ini yaitu anak di kelompok B TK Andine yang berjumlah 15 anak terdiri dari laki-laki 9 anak dan 6 anak perempuan. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah tindakan kelas yang dimulai dari perencanaan,pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi dan refleksi, yang dilakukan dengan 4 kali tindakan dalam 2 siklus. Data dikumpulkan dengan cara observasi, tanya jawab, pemberian tugas dan dokumentasi, serta alat yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi baik untuk aktifitas guru maupun murid. Selanjutnya dianalisa secara persentasi untuk menarik kesimpulan.Kata Kunci : Komunikasi dan Metode Tanya Jawab

Abstract

Kementerian Perhubungan sebagai koordinator penyelenggara pelaksanaan angkutan lebaran selalu melakukan antisipasi terhadap peningkatan jumlah penumpang yang hampir 50% jika dibandingkan dengan hari normal. Pendekatan yang dilakukan selama ini berupa travel supply management dengan menyediakan sarana dan prasarana di sektor transportasi. Namun pendekatan tersebut belum merupakan solusi yang tepat. Untuk itu perlu dilakukan pendekatan lain berupa travel demand management seperti penggabungan libur lebaran dan libur anak sekolah sehingga dengan adanya libur yang panjang memberikan peluang untuk mudik lebih awal H-7 dan balik setelah H+7. Untuk itu perlu kajian lebih lanjut terhadap dampak dengan adanya penggabungan libur sekolah dan libur lebaran tersebut. Analisis yang digunakan dalam kajian ini berupa analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan analisis regresi linear. Analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dilakukan untuk melihat dampak penggabungan hari libur berdasarkan respon masyarakat dan pekerjaan masyarakat. Sedangkan analisis regresi dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan panjang libur dan jumlah pemudik. Dari hasil analisis diperoleh bahwa berdasarkan respon masyarakat, terjadi penurunan jumlah pemudik sebesar 22% adanya penggabungan libur lebaran dan libur sekolah. Berdasarkan pekerjaan, terdapat 18.5% masyarakat pemudik yang memiliki pekerjaan ibu rumah tangga dan pelajar atau berdampak pada pengurangan 4.359.176 pemudik. Sedangkan penurunan jumlah pemudik 19% atau 4.476.992 pemudik akan terjadi bila penggabungan libur apabila dilihat dari keterhubungan antara jumlah hari libur dan jumlah pemudik. Sehingga penurunan rata-rata apa dilakukan penggabungan hari libur adalah sebesar 19,8% atau 4.665.496 jumlah pemudik. Meskipun jumlah tersebut tidak begitu signifikan namun dampak lain seperti kecelakaan dapat dikurangi.

Abstract

The high traffic in OKI Jakarta is not only influenced by mavements in but also commuters from sub-urban areas like Bekasi District. For that we need to know the characteristics and distribution of the movement from North Bekasi to Jakarta. The purpose of this study was to determine the distribution of travelling from Bekasi to Jakarta. The research methods used are the establishment of Inter-Zone Travel Time Matrix, trip generation modeling (multiple regression analysis), Travel Distribution Modeling. In addition, the quantity method is used to identify travel time, total travel costs and advanced modes are used when using public transport. Based on the results obtained by the analysis of trip generation models Y = -1.44 of public transport + 2:14 of private vehicles. Trip distribution of Bekasi's population towards OKI Jakarta are Central Jakarta (261 trips/day), East Jakarta (180 trips/ day), South Jakarta (125 trip/day), West Jakarta (74 trips/day), and East Jakarta (87 trips/day). The different of travel time between private vehicles and public transport is average 30 minutes. Private vehicle users must expend more vehicle surcharge of Rp. 11 553 which compared with public transport.

Abstract

Implementation of the BRT-Lite TransMusi has aims to improve services such as more safe, comfortable and high capacity. However, its development are still encountered various problems related to safety for users and the environment. Using analysis of accident data oredered probit modeling, and hierarchy analysis process, the study was to determine the characteristics of crashes which involving Transmusi Indonesia, the safety factor influance, as well as knowing the factors that affect the BRT safety. Based on data and analysis, BRT-Lite Transmusi has more than 80% accidents occurred at bus stops and bus lanes in mix traffic. In line with users, AHP result as experts argue that the safety of BRT-Lite is strongly influenced by the safety facilities on the bus and infrastructure (non-bus). Safety facilities at bus such as seat belt. Moreover, the safety of infrastructure facilities (non-bus) includes safety facilities at shelter,marking, land use and improving driver knowledge.Keywords: Transmusi, Facility, Safety, BRT-Lite Penerapan BRT-lite Transmusi di Kota Palembang dalam memberikan pelayanan yang semakin nyaman, kapasitas angkut semakin besar. Namun seiring dalam perkembangannya masih ditemui berbagai masalah terkait dengan keselamatan baik bagi pengguna maupun lingkungan sekitar. Untuk itu, dengan menggunakan analisis data kecelakaan, Analisis Hirarki Proses (AHP) dan permodelan oredered probit, kajian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui karakteristik kecelakaan yang melibatkan Transmusi, mengetahui kebutuhan fasilitas keselamatan, sehingga dapat dirumuskan upaya prioritas untuk meningkatkan keselamatan yang ada Transmusi,. Berdasarkan data dan analisis, sebagian besar (lebih dari 80 %)  kecelakaan terjadi di halte dan lajur bus. Senada dengan pengguna jasa, berdasarkan analisis AHP dengan para pakar transportasi sebagai responden bahwa tingkat keselamatan operasi BRT-Lite sangat dipengaruhi oleh kelengkapan fasilitas keselamatan dari sarana (bus yang dilengkapi dengan sabuk pengaman dan halte dengan fasiltas keselamatan) dan prasarana (rambu, marka kondisi geometrid an zebra cro.ss). Upaya dari segi non fisik berupa penyediaan fasilitas penyeberangan dan perungkatan kualitas pengemudi. Kata Kunci: Transmusi, Fasilitas, Keselamatan, BRT-Lite

Abstract

Various solutions have been implemented by the DK! Government of to solve the problems of urban transport. However, these efforts have not been reduce private vehicle users as a cause of congestion. It is necessary to study on the selection mode of policy implementation plans prirnte Pelzicle restrictions. Mode choice method used in this study is Multinominal logic. The analysis will examine if the four transfer modes applicable policy. Those policies are congestion costs, increased taxes, increased parking fees, and fuel prices increase. From the results obtained that the implementation of four policies relating to the additional costs traveling to private vehicle users will have an impact on the shift to other modes of the motor (35.63%), railways (20:44%), and the busway (20.50%). Congestion charging at 20% will have an impact on the movement of the motor car users (27.57%), train (10.21 %), and the busway (12.35%); increase in vehicle tax rate of 20% will have an impact on the movement of the user to motor cars (26.10%), train (16.84%), and the busway (15.73%), an increase of 40% is the motor (29.52%), train (18.23%), busway (17.9%); increase in parking fees by 20% will have an impact on the movement of the motor car users (25.74%), rail (4.03%), and the busway (4.70%); increase in fuel prices 30% will have an impact on the movement of the motor car users (31.26%), rail (6.75%), and the busway (5.13%).

Abstract

Rural transportation system is far behind when compared with urban transportation which resulted in decrease of rural transport demand. Therefore, for increasing the rural transport demand is needed a standards and concepts of rural transport for improving transport services both in infrastructure and facilities. Bus stop for rural transport is One of the support facilities that no avilable. This standar involves a specific standard for rural transport. The study was conducted in Jember and District Kalianda. The method used in this study is a qualitative and quantitative analysis. Analyses were performed using standard guidelines stop I stops of public transport which will be further developed a standard stop for rural transport. The analysis is based on the major facilities and supporting public transport standards issued by the Directorate General of Land Transportation can not be met properly. In other hands, planning of bus stop is appropriate but layout of bus stops at the intersection is outside the specified minimum standards. To obtain the size of the standard concept of bus stop (length: 3m-5meter ), location of bus stops that have noticed the condition of the land use and supporting facilities of bus stop such as pedestrian markings should be provided.Keywords: rural, bus stop, rural transport Sistem transportasi perdesaan memang jauh ketinggalan jika dibanding dengan transportasi perkotaan yang berakibat pada kurang diminatinya angkutan perdesaan. Untuk itu diperlukan suatu standar-standar dan konsep peningkatan pelayanan angkutan perdesan baik dari sisi prasarana dan sarana maupun dari kompenen utama dan komponen penunjang. Salah satu fasilitas pendukung yang belum ada standarnya adalah halte dan tempat hentian untuk angkutan perdesaan. Untuk itu diperlukan suatu standar khusus untuk angkutan perdesaan. Penelitian dilakukan di Kabupaten ]ember dan Kabupaten Kalianda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diperoleh bahwa fasilitas utama dan penunjang sesuai standar angkutan umum yang dikeluarkan oleh Ditjen Perhubungan Darat tidak dapat terpenuhi dengan baik sedangkan dari sisi perencanaan sudah sesuai kecuali letak halte dengan persimpangan masih diluar standar minimum yang telah ditentukan. Untuk konsep standar halte diperoleh ukuran halte (panjang 5 meter-3meter), lokasi halte yang telah memperhatikan kondisi tata guna lahan dan fasilitas pendukung halte seperti marka penyeberang jalan harus disediakan.Kata Kunci : perdesaan, halte, angkutan perdesaan

Abstract

This paper describes the development process of Adobe Captivate  based e-learning teaching modules. The subject matter and the topic is Physics for high school students class X. There are five process in the development, firstly is information collection to determine the need of the developement process. Second is design phase includes determining topics of subject matter, designing multimedia and flowchart, and development of storyboard. Third is integration of storyboard into Adobe Captivate program and disigning multimedia such as  illustrations (picture, images), visualization (animation, video and audio), as well as packing an evaluation tool. Fourth is module evaluation. This stage involves review process of the content and media program by experts. Fifth is one to one tryout process. This process conducted in SMAN 83 East Jakarta for physics teacher in small group. The results showed that the topics in module quite good and suitable for high school students. Furthemore, the expert of media stated that the visual, animation, videos, sounds and interactivity Adobe Captivate based e-learning teaching module is very good. Meanwhile, teacher opinion about the trial of this module is quite suitable as evaluaton tool to assess the students achievement. Artikel ini menggambarkan proses pengembangan bahan ajar (modul) e-learning berbasis adobe captivate. Modul ajar yang dikembangkan adalah untuk mata pelajaran fisika dengan topik guru untuk siswa SMA kelas X. Pengembangan modul ajar berbasis Adobe Captivate meliputi beberapa proses tahapan yaitu: pertama, mengumpulkan informasi yang berguna untuk menentukan kebutuhan akan pengembangan modul ajar e-learning. Kedua adalah tahap disain yang meliputi pengembangan garis besar multimedia dan naskah mata pelajaran fisika yang akan dijadikan modul e-learning. Ketiga adalah tahap pengembangan modul ajar berupa pengintegrasian ke dalam program captivate dengan menentukan sistematika penyajian materi, ilustrasi (gambar), visualisasi (animasi, video dan audio), serta perancangan alat evaluasi. Keempat adalah tahap evaluasi yang dilakukan oleh ahli materi dan ahli media. Kelima adalah tahap ujicoba dalam skala kecil kepada guru fisika di SMA. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa sajian materi berdasarkan review ahli materi adalah cukup bagus, sedangkan penilaian ahli media menyatakan bahwa tampilan visual, suara, format penyajian dan interaktivitas modul ajar berbasis Adobe Captivate adalah bagus. Sementara itu uji coba kepada guru SMA menggambarkan bahwa modul ajar berbasis Adobe Captivate dapat dijadikan sebagai materi ajar terutama dalam pengembangan bank soal sebagai alat evaluasi untuk menilai pemahaman siswa.

Abstract

Theory of emotional intelligence has been proven to contribute to the teaching and learning process, and increase students’ achievement. This research was aimed at investigating if there was any correlation among emotional intelligence, reading motivation on reading comprehension achievement of eleventh grade students of SMAN 2 Kota Lubuklinggau. Two hundred and ninety four students participated in this research. Emotional intelligence questionnaire, reading motivation questionnaire and students’ reading comprehension test were used as the instruments. Analyses by Pearson Product-Moment Correlation revealed that there was correlation between emotional intelligence and reading comprehension achievement with r-obtained (.155) and p (.008). At the same time, there was also correlation between reading motivation and reading comprehension achievement with robtained (.165) and p (.005). Furthermore, regression analyses showed that emotional intelligence and reading motivation could predict reading comprehension by explaining 4.6% of the changes in reading comprehension achievement respectively.

Abstract

Reading comprehension is a bridge to understand scientific books that is why the students of Indonesia should to understand and comprehend. The study aims to know whether story grammar strategy improve the students’ reading comprehension or not. The focus of this study was the tenth grades students of SMA Negeri Bangun Jaya, X1 as experiment group and X3 as control group. The sample was chosen by the cluster sampling technique. This study was non-equivalent control group design. The data was analyzed by using pretest and posttest data. The result showed there was significant difference in reading comprehension achievement between the students who were taught by using story grammar strategy and those who were taught by using conventional strategy. The students who are taught by using story grammar strategy could improve their reading comprehension achievement significantly. Most of the students in the experimental group could share the information of the next to their classmates.
