Abstract

Kemiskinan perlu dipahami sebagai masalah sosial yang multi-dimensional. Jika kemiskinan hanya dipahami secara ekonomi dan pemenuhan kebutuhan pokok, maka pemahaman ini tidak menyentuh akar kemiskinan. Implikasinya, program dan skema yang dikembangkan, lebih pada upaya peningkatanekonomimelaluipendistribusian bantuan modal usaha.Pemahaman bahwa kemiskinan sebagai masalah sosial multi-dimensional, membawa implikasi pada upaya pemberdayaan yang diarahkan untuk memampukan, dan memungkinkan fakir miskin menolong dirinya sendiri, baik secara ekonomi, sosial dan mental spiritual. Pemahaman ini didukung oleh berbagai kajian, bahwa kemiskinan yang terjadi di Indonesia lebih bersifat struktural. Sehubungan dengan itu, maka advokasi sosial atau advokasi pekerjaan sosialmenjadi sangat urgen dan relevan ditempatkan sebagai strategi pemberdayaan fakir miskin.Kata kunci : advokasi sosial, pemberdayaan,fakir miskin.

Abstract

Development of social welfare implemented to help every one who have experienced social dysfunction, including children who have abandoned to the poor households. In the year 2009, children stranded in Indonesia is still quite large numbers, its estimated 17.6 million people or 22.90 percent of the population of children. The condition has been associated with menerable because of declining quality of the young generation and the threat to the sustainability of devel- opment in the future. Therefore, the necessary handling really in the form of social protection programs for children are poor and needy. Design Vocational social protection for children re- ferred to the poor integrated with poverty reduction programs.Keyword : children of poverty, social protection, social investment,sustainable development.

Abstract

Conflict as a social phenomena is never ending in human history. Moreover for the plurality in Indonesian people, conflict is a potential condition as a trigger to social conlict. In Sociologist, the factor of social conflict are caused by treatened for the resource access, basic human right among the people, or maybe people and the government. Conflict social among people and government could be happened since the public policy and development program didn’t have affirmative action to community welfare. Thus we need government bureaucracy revitalitation to reform the model and development approach to the community welfare, for arising social peaceful life.Key word : social conflict, bureaucracy, social peaceful.

Abstract

Community is a complex social unity, cause have social, economic, cultural, politic, religious and enverimental dimension that affect each other. All these dimension show the complexity of the problems in the community. Therefore, in the frame of community development astrategy which is oriented to a solution of complex problems, is needed approach to this problems solution is a generalis approach, that integrated micro, messo and macro approaches in synergy, and supported by various practical principles and basic system in community development.Keyword : community empovernment, dimension and strategy.

Abstract

The social problems these days are so complex that it is impossible to solve it only by one elimensional approach since this approach is actually not for used on solving the problems.To solve then social problems, we need to develop multi dimensional approach. Social workers provide that approach. In general, social workers provide social intervansion which is focused on problem solving which implement various approaches comprehensively (from various perspectives).
