Abstract

This research means that teachers should help to prevent the decline of teenager’s characters, if we see from the increasing sophisticated era, education character is often eroded gradually. The teacher’s strategy to instill the character of student by interpolating the values of human behavior associated with God Almighty and humanity. The Division: (1) The hearts consisting of: Religious, honest, responsible, social care and environment care, (2) The thinking consists of: intelligent, creative, likes to read and curiosity, (3) The Body consists of: keep health of the body and the environment, (4) Exercise and initiative consists of: Caring and helping. From several of behavioral the teenager delinquency rate will decrease. Synchronized with the theory of dramaturgy, teacher is becoming an actor in the front stage area as a driving force and guide who not only transfers science but also character educators to be good generations of the nation. From back stage, teacher role as friends to be well received by students and exemplary.

Abstract

This paper presents a description of moral education in the view of Al-Ghazali. Includes in it about his biography and his thoughts on moral education. Moral is not just an act, not just the ability to do, and also not knowledge. However, morals are an effort to integrate itself with a situation of the soul that is ready to bring up the actions, and the situation must be inherent in such a way that the actions that emerge from it are not a moment, but become a habit in everyday life. It's just that today many challenges that can lead to moral destruction of Muslims. Therefore, Muslims should understand correctly and apply the essence of moral education in accordance with the teachings of Islam. The relationship between education and morals is very intimate, because the most perfect human is the best human morality, Al-Ghazali said morality is not a knowledge of good and evil nor nature for good and bad, nor good practice and ugly, but a state of the soul that is steady. Therefore, Muslims should understand correctly and apply the essence of moral education in accordance with the teachings of Islam.

Abstract

Every individual has an important role in maintaining and caring for the environment, environmental damage is not only an obligation of the government but all communities and educational institutions also take responsibility, so the government has issued an Adiwiyata program policy in schools. The aim of the researchers was to find out how far the achievement of the Adiwiyata level and the integration of Adiwiyata in fiqh learning at SMP Bhakti Pertiwi, researchers used a qualitative approach to interpret phenomena that occur and are carried out involving various existing research methods, namely interviews and observations. The article discusses the implementation of fiqh learning in the Adiwiyata program of the Bhakti Pertiwi Middle School based on the results of the researchers concluded that the character of students in environmental education has been very good with the integration of the Adiwiyata program in fiqh learning students can practice directly how to use water and electricity.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze self-efficacy in building the professionalism of Islamic Education teachers at MTs Darul Ulum, Bungatan, Situbondo, East Java. This study uses a qualitative approach with phenomenology. Data collection techniques are carried out through interviews, observation, and documentation. While the data analysis was carried out in a circular manner by following the Spradley model, namely; domain analysis, taxonomy analysis, componential analysis, and discovering cultural themes. The results showed that increasing the professionalism of Islamic Religious Education teachers through self-efficacy at MTs Darul Ulum Bungatan, Situbondo was carried out through; delegation of authority given by the leadership to teachers, strengthening of self-commitment as the basis for strengthening dedication, quality-oriented teacher behavior as an organizational culture and building a positive thinking attitude to strengthen performance and a spirit of dedication.

Abstract

This study analyzes how the concept of punishment is in the learning process. Given how much controversy caused by the application of penalties that are considered not ideal and as acts of violence. Therefore, the concept of punishment is needed to improve the application of penalties that are not in accordance with the provisions of the Law and Islamic Shari'a. This literature study examines the concept of applying the perspective penalty of Ibnu Sahnun, which places more emphasis on the state of child psychology. With the hope that the concept of educational punishment becomes a reference in the process of applying punishment in the learning process. The main source of this study is a book by Ibnu Sahnun which deals with punishment, namely the book Adab al muallimin, also a book written by other writers who support the application of punishment in education. This study concludes that there are three types of educative punishment by Ibnu Sahnun, namely bi nadri (see with a cynical view), bi oral (advise), bi darban (punch). The three types of punishment are very relevant when applied in the learning process

Abstract

This paper presents the Smart Parenting Democratic in Building the Character of the Child. The character that is embedded in a child is strongly influenced by the role of the parent, in which the parent becomes the first person in terms of planting moral, religious, social and other values. Related parenting methods of parenting, there are various types that can be used such as authoritarian parenting, permissive parenting, and democratic parenting. Therefore, to be a smart parent is very necessary to always develop a method of care that is considered good to be applied to his children. Democratic parenting is one of the most effective parenting styles compared to other parenting styles.

Abstract

Kajian ini membahas tentang pengaruh manajemen sarana prasarana pendidikan dan efektifitas belajar terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk mengetahui berapa besar pengaruh manajemen sarana prasarana pendidikan dan efektifitas belajar terhadap motivasi belajar siswa di SMP Nurul Jadid, Karanganyar, Paiton, Probolinggo. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian analisis data kuantitatif dengan penelitian regresi linier berganda yang menggunakan rumus parsial somers’d dimana variabel X1 diuji kekorelasiannya terhadap Y (X1-Y) dan X2 terhadap Y (X2-Y) serta menggunakan rumus simultan untuk regresi linier sederhana dengan variabel X1, X2 terhadap variabel Y (X1,X2-Y). Adapun data yang diperoleh dari analisis tersebut menunjukan terjadinya signifikan dengan Approx. Sig. 0.000 < 0.05 artinya, bahwa nilai data lebih kecil daripada 0.05 secara parsial yang menggunakan rumus somers’d, dan Approx. Sig. 0.000 < 0.05, yang artinya bahwa nilai data lebih kecil dari 0.05 secara simultan dengan menggunakan rumus regresi linier berganda.

Abstract

This study to determine the challenges of boarding school education in fostering the character of millennial santri at Al-Amanah Islamic Boarding School, which is a boarding school that educates and fosters the character of students. This research uses qualitative research with a type of case study. The informants in this study were the boarding school caretakers, namely the kyai, the ustadz / ustadzah and students in the boarding school environment. The results of the research regarding the challenges that must be faced by students are as follows: first, cultural differentiation. One way of communicating is that the culture and personality of the students are different. Second, the uswah factor. Exemplary and role models for students in Islamic boarding schools. Third. Impact technology. Be aware of advances in technology and information for students so that they are not left behind. Fourth. Double Personality.

Abstract

Abstract: This paper will present the concept of character education in Islamic boarding schools that have provided many benefits to the community. Islamic boarding schools are the right place to implement character education. In Hasan Baharun's concept, the concept of character education in Islamic boarding schools is called Total Moral Quality (TMQ). In this case the researcher is interested in examining whether this concept is very influential on the character of students by doing research in Islamic boarding schools. That way the researcher can conclude that, Total Moral Quality (TMQ) said by Hasan Baharun is the concept of education that is very influential on the character of students in the pesantren. because, in this concept will form a perfect human being who always makes noble character as a basis in every activity of his life.الملخص : ستعرض هذه الورقة مفهوم تعليم الشخصيات في المدارس الداخلية الإسلامية التي قدمت العديد من الفوائد للمجتمع. المدارس الداخلية الإسلامية هي المكان المناسب لتنفيذ تعليم الشخصيات. في مفهوم حسن بهارون ، يسمى مفهوم تعليم الشخصيات في المدارس الداخلية الإسلامية "الجودة الأخلاقية الشاملة" (TMQ) ، وفي هذه الحالة يهتم الباحث بفحص ما إذا كان هذا المفهوم له تأثير كبير على طبيعة الطلاب من خلال إجراء الأبحاث في المدارس الداخلية الإسلامية. وبهذه الطريقة ، يمكن للباحث أن يخلص إلى أن الجودة الأخلاقية الشاملة (TMQ) التي قالها حسن بهارون هي مفهوم التعليم المؤثر جداً على شخصية الطلاب في المدارس الداخلية. لأنه ، في هذا المفهوم سوف يشكل الإنسان المثالي الذي يجعل دائما شخصية النبيل كأساس في كل نشاط من حياته

Abstract

This paper describes the charismatic principal in improving teacher work discipline in pesantren-based madrasah. Teacher work discipline is quite essential because departing from the work discipline of the teacher, and it can also be seen how the process and quality in the institution. This research takes place at Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Jadid Paiton, which incidentally is a pesantren-based madrasah. This study aims to contribute ideas guidelines for madrasah principals in improving work discipline. This research uses a qualitative case study approach. The informants included the head of the madrasah, deputy head, organizational builder, waka curriculum, waka student, teacher, and one student of Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Jadid Paiton, through purposive sampling. The data analysis uses Miles and Huberman's concepts, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions or data verification. The research results obtained include; 1) A strong personality aura that is respected as one that affects the discipline of the teacher's work; 2) Being responsible for the main tasks and positions becomes the teacher's consideration for discipline; 3) Visionary in compiling and innovating about the future direction of the madrasah; and 4) Becoming an example in all aspects for their subordinates in the discipline.
