Abstract

The usage of informatics in this case was e-governement in the government which was included in presidential instructions No.3 2003 was already implemi through regional e-governement that was adjusted based off of local resources and regional needs. The importance of e-governement was affected by at least 3 factor: electronic communication between public sector and society offering both of them a new way to participate and interact. The cyber room in public service makes the deletion of bureaucracy structure and the classic process in E-governement community can improve the service and also offers information on a local level. Even though the dermaji village government has implemented the e-governement but there's more to delete the old bureaucracy system that was old and complicated. Executive informatics is one of the type of informatics for executive that was used to facilitate informatics need in order to reach the goal of an organization. In the implementation this technology was often time utilized by the Village government for main source of information in supporting decision making, particularly when arranging a weak budget in terms of mechanism and supporting data source. With this system we hope that the decision making in budget arrangement became more objective. The development method in this system was scrum.

Abstract

Sektor industri di Indonesia mempunyai potensial yang cukup tinggi untuk dieksplorasi baik usaha skala kecil dan menengah dalam upaya untuk meningkatkan ekspor. CV Indococo Pasific adalah usaha yang bergerak di bidang pengolahan kelapa dan termasuk ke dalam kelompok tani. Masalah utama yang dihadapi saat ini dimulai dari belum adanya sistem tracing dari bahan baku di pengrajin, pengepul hingga menjadi suatu produk jadi sehingga tidak bisa melakukan pemeriksaan bila ada barang yang cacat dalam proses produksi dengan skala besar. Untuk dapat memberikan solusi sistem yang tepat, maka peneliti perlu mengetahui terlebih dahulu proses bisnis dari CV Indococo Pasific dimana proses bisnis tersebut menggambarkan kegiatan atau aktivitas bisnis yang dilakukan oleh pelaku bisnis berkaitan pencapaian visi dan misi, pemberian layanan atau penyampaian produk kepada konsumen. Dengan metode penelitian yang digunakan mulai dari pengumpulan data hingga melihat GAP analisis. Penggambaran proses bisnis ini dituangkan pada Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN), kemudian dilakukan analisis GAP. Dari hasil pendekatan Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) terdapat beberapa modul yang ditrancang seperti modul untuk bagian sortir barang, bagian pengovenan solusinya membuat form atau pengukuran penyusutan produk dan bagian packing membuat modul untuk men-generate QR code produk jadi.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to design and build an application with the benefit of technology to produce a smart app in form of pamsimas payment with PPOB web service for dermaji village that still uses conventional method till this day. This pamsimas payment app was hoped to help the pamsimas payment process to dermaji villagers so that it'll be easier for them to do the payment. The app was designed in a way that it's as responsive as possible with the Hypertext preprocessor (PHP) and framework CodeIgniter to help the user to use and access this web service

Abstract

The village is a community that has the authority to regulate and regulate the community on the basis of proposals and customs as precisely as discussed in the national government system and is in the Regency. Each village has different potential. Village Potential is all natural resources and human resources that are provided at the same time stored in the Village. Pageraji Village is located in the West of the Capital City of Banyumas Regency with a distance of approximately 9 km and consists of lowland and plateau areas bordering the North of Langgongsari Village, East of Langgongsari Village and Pejogol Village, in the South of Jatisaba Village, Kasegeran Village and Desa Sudimara, west of Cilongok Village and Pernasidi Village. The current economic condition of Pageraji Village is supported by the agriculture, livestock, fisheries, trade and home industries and services sectors. Pageraji Village has a lot of village potential in terms of culture, tourism, culinary, local wisdom and others. However, the potential of Pageraji Village has not yet been raised because it has not found the most appropriate media to support the existing potential. Currently Internet users in Indonesia are more than 50 percent or around 143 million people throughout 2017 according to the latest report by the Indonesian Internet Service Providers Association (APJII). The majority of internet users as much as 72.41 percent are still from urban communities. Pageraji.info Web Portal to support the potentials in Pageraji Village both in terms of culture, tourism, culinary, local wisdom and others. Enabling the potential of Pageraji Village can be lifted well because there is the most appropriate media to support the existing potential.

Abstract

Nowadays, although the pageraji village government has implemented e-government but more to increase services through the elimination of the old and complicated bureaukasi structure. In this case more information systems are used to speed up and automate processes. There is no information system yet focused on supporting the decision process. Pakkades.id is a type of information system intended to facilitate budgeting mechanisms. In the process of drafting village development budgets, community participation or aspirations are urgently needed. However, there are often obstacles to getting aspirations from the community because the mechanism that is implemented now only through deliberations implemented one day, this will narrow the reach. Therefore, with the implementation of Pakkades.id which is the result of the study authors of the Funding Ristek Dikti 2019 is expected to efficiency and effectively process decision making through the process of capturing the aspirations of the community better.

Abstract

Saat ini penerapan e-Government hanya sebatas pada pemerintah di tingkat kabupaten dan belum menjangkau pemerintah desa yang komprehensif. Di beberapa desa telah menerapkan system informasi khusus yang digunakan untuk menangani administrasi desa, namun demikian dalam melakukan pelayanan administrasi tetap masih konvensional. Kekurangan dari proses ini adalah jika surat yang diminta membutuhkan pengesahan resmi (kepala desa), sedangkan yang bersangkutan tidak ada di tempat maka pemohon akan kembali ke balai desa nanti, hal ini berarti ada waktu tunggu yang harus dialami oleh pemohon. Ini akan sangat membuang waktu, pemohon dan juga layanan hanya berlaku selama jam kantor saja dan juga para pemohon tidak bias memonitoring proses surat yang diajukan. Ini akan sangat membuang waktu pemohon dan juga karena pemberian layanan hanya berlaku selama jam kantor saja maka proses menjadi tidak efektif dan efisien. Salah satu cara yang dapat dilakukan untuk menanggulangi permasalahan diatas adalah dengan membuat Prototype Sistem Monitoring Layanan Terintegrasi berbasis REST guna mengoptimalisasi penggunaan data-data yang ada di pemerintahan desa dan mengembangkan sistem monitoring layanan administrasi yang dapat terintegrasi dengan berbagai sistem lainnya seperti: Sistem administrasi desa, Sistem pembayaran PBB Pemda dan Sistem kependudukan Dindukcapil guna mendukung pengintegrasian sistem dalam mencapai e-government desa yang terpadu sehingga dapat mendukung akurasi dan percepatan pemberian layanan .Metode pengembangan sistem pada penelitian ini adalah menggunakan prototype

Abstract

The village of Pageraji is one of the village governments located in the western capital of Banyumas Regency. The process of administration services in Pageraji Village still uses conventional systems. Based on the analysis of the problem, researchers will make planning the enterprise architecture to know in detail the business process and the stages in the Pageraji Village hall. The method used is TOGAF ADM by using four stages, namely architecture stage of vision, business architecture, information system architecture, and technology architecture. The overall analysis of the results of 4 phases of TOGAF ADM obtained the conformity between architectural needs and the recommended architecture seen from the results of analysis of requirement management with the four stages of TOGAF ADM. The results of this study are architectural planning companies.

Abstract

Saat ini masih sangat menjanjikan, berwirausaha di bidang jasa menjahit pakaian, walaupun produksi pakaian jadi sudah ada di beberapa toko baik online maupun offline, dan mudah sekali di dapatkan. Tapi ada beberapa konsumen yang memiliki ukuran tubuh yang berbeda seperti yang disediakan oleh toko, misalnya terlalu kecil atau terlalu besar. Alasan lain mengapa jasa menjahit pakaian masih menjanjikan atau diminati karena ada beberapa model baju yang pas jika dijahitkan misalnya kebaya, jas, pakaian adat, dan model-model lain yang harus diukur pas dengan ukuran badan Platform jahitonline dibangun berdasarkan peluang bisnis e-commerce terutama bidang fashion di Indonesia yang mengalami pertumbuhan yang sangat siginifkan sebanyak 78% di tahun 2018 dan pengguna internet Indonesia mencapai 100 juta jiwa, dan juga dengan dukungan akses internet yang luas. Platform jahitonline fitur khusus order jahit online untuk mewujudkan baju yang memang pas untuk konsumen yang memungkinkan user dapat mengcustom baju mereka sendiri secara online tanpa harus bertemu langsung. Platform jahitonline merekut para penjahit lokal yang berpangalaman bertahun-tahun dibidang fashion. Selain bertujuan untuk bisnis platform jahitonline diharapkan dapat membantu para penjahit dan pemilik butik saling terhubung. Dengan adanya peluang tersebut, maka kami yakin bahwa platform sangat berpeluang untuk dikomersialisasikan pada beberapa fitur-fiturnya
