Abstract

Data collected through interviews, observation, and questionnaires. The study population was a civil servant at the Civil Service Police Unit Member of Denpasar. Samples taken in startified random sampling as much as 81 respondents. The analysis technique used to answer the problem of this research is the technique of path analysis with SPSS for Window 21. The results of this study indicate that 1) the education variable positive and significant effect on the variable organizational commitment; 2) variable work experience positive and significant effect on organizational commitment; 3) organizational commitment variable and not significant positive effect on job performance; 4) education variable positive and significant effect on work performance and 5) variable work experience and significant positive effect on work performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of leadership and job satisfaction on turnover intention and its impact on employee’s performance at PT Agung Automall Kuta. The population in this study were all employees of PT Agung Automall Kuta. Sampling technique using quota sampling as many as 71 employees. The research data is primary data obtained from the database of workers and secondary data is vehicle sales. The research instrument used questionnaires and analysis techniques used SEM variants based is Partial Least Square. The results showed that the leadership has positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, leadership has not a significant negative effect on turnover intention, leadership has not positive and significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has negative and significant effect on turnover intention, job satisfaction has positive and significant effect on employee performance and turnover intention has negative and significant effect on employees performance of PT Agung Automall Kuta.

Abstract

Leadership plays an important role in an organization, the leader is the main driving force in the organization so that all of the goals, vision and mission of the organization can be achieved, to achieve all that organizations need to pay attention to the efforts that the work motivation of teachers and employees are motivated to work more optimally and providing all resources to the organization. So teachers and staff need to be supported by giving attention to the needs of teachers and staff. Job satisfaction of teachers and employees seen from the high level of perceived satisfaction in working condition, while the performance of teachers and staff, the increase of the existing competence is from generating optimal performance. The population in this study were all the teachers and staff of the Dwijendra high school unit Denpasar, the sampling method used is the census and the sample size of 60 people. Examiners research hypotheses using PLS with the data processing program. These results indicated that: (1) the positive effect of behavior leader on work motivation. (2) the positive effect of behavior leader on job satisfaction. (3) the positive effect of behavior leader on performance. (4) work motivation positive effect on performance. (5) job satisfaction has positive influence on performance. The implication of this study were behavior leader, work motivation, job satisfaction, performance of teachers and staff need to be improved in order to increase the job satisfaction of teachers and staff of the Dwijendra high school unit Denpasar. If the increased satisfaction would be able to improve the performance of the teachers and staff of the high school Dwijendra Denpasar.

Abstract

OCB an extra role shown by a person so as to affect the performance of the organization. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between personality with organizational citizenship behavior, and knowing moderation transformational leadership role in the relationship of personality with organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) with Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The research instrument used 79 respondents out of 379 employees at the State General Hospital. The results showed that personality has a positive and significant impact on OCB. Furthermore Transformational Leadership has a positive and significant impact on OCB. This indicates that the higher the effect of transformational leadership, the higher OCB owned by employees and employee proficiency level. While in the interaction did not prove transformational leadership role as moderating the relationship between the personality of the OCB. The implication of this research is to serve as a reference in future recruitment.

Abstract

Organization expects to achieve a good performance. Organizational performance can be measured if the individual or group of employees has had had success criteria or standards set by the organization. Organizational performance is often not be optimal for several reasons including a lack of support for human resources quality. Perceived job satisfaction of the employees, as well as the placement the employees in the organization and work competencies possessed may have impacts on the achievement of employee performance and organizational performance. This study was conducted to access the influence of competency and placement of employees on satisfaction and performance of employees of the Department of Education, Culture, Youth and Sports (PKPO) in Ngada Regency. 66 employees are selected. Data were collected by questionnaires and the analyzed using path analysis. The results of the analysis prove that the competency and placement have positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and that the competency and placement have positive and significant impact on employee performance. It is also proved that job satisfaction has positive and significant impact on employee performance. Validation of the model shows the value of the coefficient of determination of 0.94, which means the performance variable is explained by competence, placements and job satisfaction of 94% and the remaining 6 % is explained by other factors beyond our model instance variables such as work environment, discipline, leadership and culture organization. Competence variable is proven affects the performance through satisfaction, but in influencing the performance, direct competence affect performance is more powerful compared to the competence affect performance through job satisfaction. Placement variable is proven affects the performance through satisfaction, but in influencing the performance, direct placement affect performance is more powerful compared to the placement affect performance through job satisfaction. The analysis concluded that the variable competence, placement and job satisfaction have positive and significant impact on the performance of the officer. In an effort to achieve an optimized organizational performance, it is recommended that further enhance the performance of the officer, the officer job satisfaction in the work should always get the attention of the organization. Placement officers in acting roles and responsibilities of the organization should also base on competence, experience and interest and continue to increase the competency of officers because of the competency of personnel adequate and appropriate organization standard, the performance and the organization's goals can be achieved.
