Abstract

The study was conducted in order to determine the effect of communication, leadership and compensation simultaneously and partially on employee job satisfaction, as well as where the dominant variable affecting job satisfaction of employees in PT BPR Nusamba Mengwi. Census method used to determine the number of samples is 45 employees. Interview, observation and questionnaire used in data collection. Data were analyzed using confirmatory factor analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results were obtained conclusion that communication, leadership and compensation simultaneously and partially positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, where compensation is variable dominant effect .

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja, pemberdayaan karyawan, dan stres kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada karyawan CV. Akar Daya Mandiri Cabang Badung. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 94 orang responden. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala likert 5 poin untuk mengukur 21 item pertanyaan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis ditemukan bahwa variabel kepuasan kerja dan pemberdayaan karyawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi. Stres kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi. Pihak perusahaan sebaiknya selalu memperhatikan kepuasan kerja, pemberdayaan karyawan, dan stres kerja karyawan sehingga karyawan akan memiliki komitmen yang tinggi terhadap perusahaan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh komitmen organisasional dan kepuasan kerja terhadap turnover intentiondi CV. Bengkel Bintang Pesona Group.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 45 karyawan di CV. Bengkel Bintang Pesona Group.Teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh dengan menggunakan keseluruhan populasi.Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuisioner dan wawancara.Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda dengan SPSS 18.0 for windows.Hasil analisis menunjukkan komitmen organisasional  berpengaruh negatifterhadap turnover intention dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap turnover intention. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa apabila komitmen organsiasional dan kepuasan kerja meningkat maka tingkat turnover intention karyawan akan menurun.

Abstract

Human resources is key to the success of an enterprise. Companies must pay attention to the promotion process, because then compensating employees who have high initiative in obligate job will be compelled to carry out the work with the best. Compensation to employees should be fair according to the results of work of employees, especially in the provision of incentives for the provision of fair compensation and better then the employee will be motivated. This study took place at the Melia Benoa Hotel with a respondentses as 72 peoples. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of data analysis known physical work environment, promotion and compensation, and simultaneously have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction partially Melia Benoa Hotel and also note that the variable compensation as a dominant variable on employee job satisfaction Melia Benoa Hotel.

Abstract

Factor of human resources (HR) is an element that must be considered by the company as an effort to optimize the service to the community, it is necessary for human resources that have the skills and high professionalism, offset it needs to be supported having regard to employee satisfaction so that the employee's performance can be optimized. This study aimed to determine the effect of communication, motivation, and discipline, employee job satisfaction in the Department of Revenue in Tabanan. The population at the same samples in this study were employees of the Department of Revenue in Tabanan as many as 116 orang.Metode analysis used is multiple linear regression with the F test and t test. Regression analysis showed that communication, motivation, discipline and positive effect on employee job satisfaction Revenue Service in Tabanan. F test and t test showed that the variables of communication, motivation, and discipline positive and significant impact on job satisfaction Revenue Service employee in Tabanan

Abstract

Job satisfaction an important element in improving employee performance for achieving high level of employees job satisfaction, a companies need to consider factors that affect job satisfaction of the employees. In this study predictor which are considered to affect job satisfaction are transformational leadership, work environment and compensation. The number of samples is 98 employees. Techique of analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The result show that transformational leadership style, work environment and compensation for partially and simultaneous affect employee job satisfaction. Out of the three predictors, compensation emerges as dominant predictor of employees job satisfaction. To improve job satisfaction Laundry Langeng corporate leaders should improve relations with employees in order to increase job satisfaction, attention to the work environment and a better compensation.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to determine the impact of financial compensation, post promotion and physical work environment simultaneously and partially to employee work satisfaction as well as to identify the most dominant influential variable to employee work satisfaction in Parigata Resort and Spa Sanur – Bali. Analysis is using multiple linear regressions. The result is identified that variable financial compensation, post promotion and physical work environment simultaneously impact the employee work satisfaction in Parigata Resort and Spa Sanur – Bali with contribution 82%. Variable financial compensation, post promotion and physical work environment are also impact partially and positively to the employee work satisfaction in Parigata Resort and Spa Sanur – Bali with the variable financial compensation as the most dominant influential variable to employee work satisfaction.   Keywords : financial compensation, post promotion, physical work environment, employee work satisfaction

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of financial compensation, participative leadership and physical work environment on employee performance at Dyana Villas in Seminyak. This study used a qualitative research using surveys and questionnaires to 46 respondents. It was found that there is positive and significant variables simultaneously between financial compensation, participative leadership and physical work environment on employee performance at Dyana Villas in Seminyak. The next results show that there is positive and significant partial compensation between financial variables, participative leadership and physical work environment on employee performance at Dyana Villas in Seminyak. Physical working environment variable is a variable that is most dominant influence on the performance of employees at Dyana Villas in Seminyak

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of financial compensation and job satisfaction on organizational commitment. The population in this study were 49 employees. Sample determination method used is saturated sample method, then the entire population will be sampled. Object in this research is financial compensation and job satisfaction and its influence to organizational commitment in PT. Asuransi Sinarmas Denpasar Branch. Data collection methods used were questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The result of this research is financial compensation have positive and significant effect to organizational commitment, and job satisfaction have positive and significant influence to organizational commitment.
