The progress of a school cannot be separated from the influence of how the ability of school principals in managing all the resources that exist in the school. Therefore we need qualified human resources in this case the teachers who have the potential and achievements of the school in order to become the head of a quality education can be realized. Until now the appointment of principals in both primary and secondary schools is based on an assessment for someone serving as a teacher. These procedures contain serious flaws. Decision Support System is a system that can help the Department of Education of Bandar Lampung in decisions determining the appropriate teachers for the office of State High School principal and improve the quality of the resulting decision of selection committee. The method used in the manufacture of this website is SAW (Simple Additive Weighting), System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Waterfall models. Data was collected through observation and literature while the implementation of the waterfall model is described through system analysis, DFD, database table structure, and design input output. BPKP (Badan Pengawasan Keuangan dan Pembangunan) Perwakilan Propinsi Lampung sebagai institusi pengawasan bertugas melaksanakan pengawasan secara professional pada semua unit/satuan kerja yang berada dalam wilayah Propinsi Lampung. Proses kerja BPKP Perwakilan Propinsi Lampung telah menggunakan fasilitas komputer, sebagai sarana utama dalam aktivitas pengolahan data. Namun penyimpanan data didalam komputer belum terorganisir dengan baik sehingga menyebabkan pencarian kembali data membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama, dan keamanan data yang masih rentan. Maka dengan adanya Sistem Pengolahan Data Pelaksanaan Program Kerja akan mempermudah pada saat pembuatan dan pencetakan laporan, pencarian data, adanya fitur-fitur yang memudahkan user (pemakai) dalam melakukan pengolah data pelaksanaan program kerja, serta dilengkapi dengan sistem Restore (mengembalikan data yang sudah dipindahkan) dan Backup (memindahkan data kemedia penyimpanan lain untuk sementara). System ini dibuat untuk user (pemakai) tertentu saja sehingga tidak semua pegawai dapat mengaksesnya yang merupakan salah satu langkah untuk pengamanan data.Keyword : Pengolahan Data, APD, BPKP

IBI Darmajaya is one of the universities in Lampung, which has the vision of becoming a college superior and competitive base in technology and business. IBI Darmajaya so consent to make it happen, it can be seen in the curriculum and in line with the real action in preparing young people who have the entrepreneurial spirit. Business incubator is a place for the development of entrepreneurship from all societies, students, lecture, and staff. Business Incubator has progressed; it can be seen from the various types of businesses and products that are marketed as well as the increasing number of visitors. Some of the products made by students and lecturer have been marketed in the Business Incubator and the many partners who have entrusted the product for marketing. This development is a positive signal in realizing the vision of IBI Darmajaya. Therefore, it is time that the market share is not only for internal Darmajaya but to the public so increasingly wide range of its market. In order to achieve this, it takes a phenomenal breakthrough for Business Incubator as a business center embryo in Darmajaya, namely theres the e-Catalogue. The purpose of this study was to develop and result a software e-Catalogue Business Incubator IBI Darmajaya. E-Catalogue Incubator Binsnis IBI Darmajaya provide information to users about the types of businesses and products that exist in the Business Incubator, as well as a media campaign to support the development of a Business Incubator.Keywords: e-Catalogue, Business Incubator.

Have been conducted a research of web based library information system development on-line at Darmajaya. At this time, Darmajaya`s Library has 4551 eks with 1993 titles, 86 eks Journal with 44 titles, 660 eks of final assignments,Â 186 eks of Skripsi and 443 eks of KP report, and this will be continued to increase along with the program of book levying coming from student. Donation and also form institution. At this time data of book`s catalogue at Darmajaya`s Library still using Microsoft Excel Application, and final assignment report data, skripsi, and KP report recorded at main book. This system, will have major influence with Darmajaya Library Services to members. With this Research Result can facilitate all library member to access the book information, Journal, KP report, Skripsi / Final Assigment, and GBPP through Internet. This Library Information System can improve Darmajaya Library services and represent one of place for the publication of scientific innovation / creation for all lecturer or student.

IBI Darmajaya as institutions engaged in the field of education it should perform community service activities as a form of discordant to the public anyway. One location for community service activities is Sumber Jaya. In the village of Sumber Jaya livelihoods of the majority are farmers, but there are some efforts made public in the form of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) such as SMEs chips, Mushroom, Springbed, Tempe and others. These SMEs will need to be preserved and developed to become the economic strength of the local community, so there needs to be a touch of technology to publicize its existence as a medium for the promotion of SMEs. Education is very important for the formation of a developed country with HR (Human Resources) were superior. Education is also a provision to compete in the world of work, especially in higher education. But education at the college level, both public and private sector can not be felt by all citizens of Indonesia who have graduated from educational level of SMA / SMK / MA this Sederajat.Saat IBI Darmajaya not yet have a facility that serves the community outside the campus IBI Darmajaya, especially graduates SMA / SMK / MA who want to learn more about the lecture material corresponding departments in IBI Darmajaya, but they do not have the opportunity to come and study at the campus IBI Darmajaya. Therefore, the need for an online instructional media (E-learning) that can facilitate them to learn and gain knowledge as male and female students who enrolled diperguruan particularly high in IBI Darmajaya. Media teaching online (e-learning) is built using PHP, MySQL, and while the bootstrap method is the prototype development. Health is a very important thing since it affects daily activities. If we have health disturbance, we certainly do not like it. One of these disturbances is skin disease. When we want to identify skin disease we usually visit a doctor. However, we sometimes find a problem in handling this skin disease identification which may be influenced by the high cost of visiting doctor. Because of this reason, an expert application system is needed as consultation assistance to replace doctorâs role in giving solution toward problems related to skin disease.This study uses Case-Based Reasoning (CBR) method, of which CBR is one of knowledge based approach methods to study and solve problems according to problem experience in the past to be stored in a system called case-based. In this case, there are 44 different symptoms and 14 kinds of skin diseases. The management of data similarity uses attributive value with the closest margin. These values are calculated by using Nearest Neighbor method in order to find out the highest similarity value among existing 14 old cases. In accordance with the input result from the existing case example it shows that the result of manual calculation and system calculation are the same. This system can assist in diagnosing kinds of skin disease by taking conclusion obtained from the highest similarity value from the existing cases based on some symptoms which are input by the users (patient), and the system can also give solution in handling the problems.Â Keyword: Skin Disease, CBR, Nearest Neighbor

The Regional Technical Implementation Unit of the Tresna Werdha Social Home for the Elderly of Natar South Lampung does not yet have a systematic calculation, which can be a parameter of the quality level of each service. This study develops a system to solve the problem of the calculation gap between perceptions and expectations in determining the quality level of each service, namely the Decision Support System using the Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technique Method (SMART) and Fuzzy Service Quality. The results showed that the SMART method obtained an accuracy rate of 85.71%, 75.00% Precision, 100% Recall, and 100% Specificity, while the Fuzzy Service Quality method obtained an accuracy rate of 71.43%, 66.67% Precision, 66.67% Recall, and 75.00% Specificity. So that the Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technique Method (SMART Method) is superior, so it is more appropriate to solve the problem of decision-making on the level of service quality at the Regional Technical Implementation Unit of the Tresna Werdha Elderly Social Home, Natar South Lampung.
