Abstract

Pharmacy store Pekan Labuhan of Medan Health Office is a technical implementation unit manager of the medicine in the Medan Health Office were instrumental in ensuring the availability of medicine in the region of Medan Health Office. Implementation of management informations system medicine of Pharmacy Store Pekan Labuhan of Medan Health Office refers to existing systems that is based on the Report of Medicine and Demand then processed manually and partly by a computer. Due still use the manual way to manage the availability of medicine informations systems, so sometimes the information generated is less accurate, relevant and timely. This in certainly a very impact on the efficiency an effectiveness of the medicine availability informations. The goal of designing this system is to have medicine control management that can process the data and produce the information of the good medicine availability for supporting the medicine programme management and health supply in Pharmacy Store Pekan Labuhan of Medan Health Office. The design of this system uses system development life cycle. This life cycle has several stages. They are planning stage, analysing stage, designing stage, testing stage and keeping stage. The result of designing this system is the report of the medicine availability, medicine entry and out as of the date, month, year and donors. After doing this research, there is a suggestion that can be applied in Pharmacy Store Pekan Labuhan of Medan Health Office. It is to develop the system to be a client server information system. It is needed some trainings for administrators and operators of the new system to have the accuracy in inputting the data. Abstract

ABSTRACT Still today Inanta General Hospital using manually billing system serviced on collecting, gathering, and calculating patient bills that considered less effective caused longer time services and quite a lot of human resources. By using computerized billing system, the obstacles either direct or indirect such as mistakes in calculating hospital fee, lost data transaction, error documentation and slow transaction handling will be quickly and appropriately assisted thus it can improve the quality of administrative service in hospital. The study aims to plan billing system in the Inanta General Hospital using computer technology MYSQL and C#. The development of this system is designed by using the System Life Development Cycle (SLDC) method consists of three stages, namely analysis, design, and implementation. The result of this system programming consist which includes the input design namely patient identity, doctors data, drug data, and medical records. The file design is a storage and database processing. The output design created consist of two reports, namely the report outpatient care cost and inpatient care cost. Billing system program will give the easiness in administrative health service. It is expected that the hospital will apply this program in the administrative hospital.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Multicollinearity is the correlation between some independent variables which makes coefficient regression yielded by multiple regression analysis cannot be used in estimating. The problem of multicollinearity which is indicated by the value of Variance Inflation Factor (VIF) > 10 occurs when the influence of age, obesity (IMT), and cholesterol were modeled toward systole and diastole blood pressure. The objective of the research was to obtain the regression model of age, obesity (IMT), and cholesterol with systole blood pressure and with diastole blood pressure of patients suffered from hypertension at the Inpatient Wards of the RSUD (Regional General Hospital) Sidikalang, in 2014. The samples consisted of 105 patients. The data were secondary data and using α=0,1. Analyzed by using ridge regression in order to obtain correct regression model. The result of ANOVA test showed that p < 0.000 which indicated that, simultaneously, there was the influence of age, obesity (IMT), and cholesterol on systole and diastole blood pressure. The equation for modeling blood pressure was obtained at k = 0.07; they were Y systole = 21.2828 + 0.7169 Age + 1.7986 IMT + 0.2222 Cholesterol, and Y diastole = 24.5290 + 0.5025 Age + 0.6648 IMT + 0.0946 Cholesterol. It is recommended that the next researchers solve the problems of multicollinearity during the modeling; one of them is by using ridge regression analysis.
